A gleaming rotisserie is used to slow-roast chicken à la broche, whole lobster, and even rum-scented pineapple. We are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, and offer brunch on Sundays.

The vintage-inspired ambiance is highlighted by a comfortable lounge and wraparound banquettes, a dining counter, and a semi-private room that accommodates up to eight guests. Striploin was sinewy and unchewable. The rest was very good.
Service outstanding, very amenable and welcoming staff. They put in the extra effort to bring the expérience to the next level.
We had a wonderful anniversary dinner. The food was absolutely delicious and the service impeccable. We would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a special evening out. We will definitely be returning. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of us!
Excellent food quality and services. Make sure you try the duck and chicken dishes. We we’re impressed with this French restaurant, definitely worth recommend to people.
Always excellent, been there many time for the roast chicken at lunch, best in the city.
and many time for the quenelles de Brochet and the roast duck at dinner time.
Should be there soon with Charles Baker for the Chicken.
I woke up late and wanted breakfast even though the restaurant already switched to the lunch menu. Our server was very nice and he asked the kitchen to make Eggs Benedict anyway. I’ve been here several times for breakfast and dinner and overall my experiences here are excellent.
This Boulud restaurant fails to make an impression. It fails the Boulud test and, more importantly should not be in the Toronto Four Seasons. What was Four Seasons thinking? We've been to the Boulud flagship in NYC and their restaurants in Montreal and Las Vegas. This is Boulud dumbed down. Our main was good but the sides are sloppy and bland.
Prices are reasonable but the food really lacks. Definitely not a restaurant worthy of the Four Seasons.
Would never return.
Service was terrible and food was mediocre. We arrived at 8pm and finished after midnight. Waiting staff had the worst attitude.
White wine served warm. Food was not hot and needed to be sent back. Service poor.
I have dined here numerous times but will not go back.
Always a 5-star experience at Cafe Boulud! Our friends and we enjoyed the cod, duck, chicken, multiple appetizers and delicious desserts. Shea was attentive and engaging--fantastic service!
Been here many times with no issues. This time steak was over cooked and tough. Seems the QC has slipped on this occasion.
Yummy, flavorful food. Very mediocre service for a restaurant in this price range.
Very good food above average and amazing wait staff portion size was small and the meat and cheese platter suffered from a very small portion of meat
Food and services amazing ! Love the duck !!! The baked Alaska amazing !
Little bit disappoint that wine by the glass not as good. Should have more high-end choices , kind of disapoint with pairing for the amazing duck or yummy oysters
Service and food was good. Wine prices too high. Noise level was so high it was difficult to hear my dinner guest across the small table. Music was too noisy and repetitive so everyone had to talk loudly and so the noise level went higher than the music. Some nice French background music would improve the ambiance.
It could have been much better. Poor service start but it improved. Wine list was so so, but great sommelier. The preparations could have been better, but the dessert was wonderful. It just wasn’t worth it. Next time we’ll sit at the bar and go plain and simple.
Enjoyed the ambiance and food. Service is a bit rushed.
I ordered duck on waffles as a main course. It was a minuscule leg, and the meat was very dry.
Celebrating new jobs!
Excellent as always. Celebrities spotted as usual.
Aside from the 45min wait to be seated for our reservation time was a great experience. We were comped for drinks and desert so that made up for the wait. Nice atmosphere and friendly service. Overall a great pic.
Amazing restaurant. Service was outstanding and the food was great
I had the tuna tartare for my appetizer
The scallops for my main
And the profiteroles for my dessert
It was amazing!
We were disappointed with the noise level emanating from the bar downstairs. Two of our party are a little hard of hearing, and conversation was difficult. Food just too over-the/top. Potage parmentier had to have half a pint of cream - much too rich. Service good and pleasant but we will not return.
Zach, our waiter, was knowledgeable and a consummate professional The food was outstanding and the timing was not rushed despite it being a very busy night during TiFF.
It was a nice professional place.
A chic place to get together with friends or have a romantic dinner. The food is inventive and delicious, service is very professional.
The food was very nice and service was also excellent. Much enjoyed our meal.
Food is always exceptional. Worth every cent. Good ambience.
Server was very good. Food was just okay, especially considering the price.
Good location, nice restaurant, but there are so many more delicious offerings in Yorkville.
Wonderful food definitely will keep in mind for anniversaries
Wine prices high!
Well, cafe boulud fine dining was my fav restaurant in the city before....
Now cafe boulud the want to hip restaurant is not at all my taste.
So I will not come back. It's a shame for the price point they want, for the decor and style they have now chosen.
Deft kitchen and service. Excellent tartars - both tuna and beef. Of course the rotisserie chicken remains a defining experience
Excellent food. Attentive service. Highly recommended.
Went to Café Boulud for a lunch business meeting and I have to say that the food quality was incredibly disappointing. Because it was boulud, the four seasons and fairy pricey, I expected the food quality to reflect that and it simply didn’t. Nothing tasted bad - except the vinegar taste on the eggs Benedict was much stronger than it should have been - but I could have had close to the same quality meal at sunset grill for half the price. I suppose you are paying for the atmosphere but that’s not enough to bring me back. He food has to be good as well. Will not return, even on a company’s dime.
Server was great. Too bad they let a dog in to table next to us. If it’s a service dog it should be clearly identified. Also take note of the dust and bugs hanging in the drapes. Brought this up with manager who dismissed everything and made excuses. Never again
This was my third weekend brunch at Cafe Boulud. The first time was amazing. The second time the food was excellent but the service was substandard. This time the entree and the service were both disappointing. Our reservation was at 11am; we received our entree over an hour and a half later. We were celebrating my niece’s eighth birthday. The waiter brought out her birthday dessert at the same time the adults received their eggs benedict. We all agreed that the eggs benedict did not taste as good as previous times. Our appetizer, the Berries Tartine, was delicious. Initially we ordered the Profiteroles (a delectable ice cream dessert that we enjoyed during our previous visit) but had to cancel it because we had other birthday plans and had to leave. Overall the food at Cafe Boulud is delicious but I do not know if the food is worth the wait.
Weekend brunch menu had a wide range of selection- there’s definitely something for everyone. We found certain dishes bit too heavily seasoned though. It does get busy so make sure to book a reservation.
Super awesome - this place is the real deal for quality everything. Have a Led Zeppelin cocktail and share everything. apps and ‘seasonals’ warrant sharing to try more - desirable to skip mains and go aggressive on top half of menu.
Loved the ambiance and the food. I’m not so sure about the service, we kept on having to flag down the waiter
