My first experience was not the most pleasant. The manager/hostess greeted my party with rudeness. She appeared to be upset and didn’t want to seat us in the outside area without a reservation. We were told to come back in an hour in order to be placed on a waiting list. Didn’t make sense. We placed a reservation online since the manager didn’t feel she should attend to us. That reservation seem to upset her even more as we returned 20 minutes later and she had no choice but to have us seated outside. Unfortunately she told the hostess to seat us in the sun. Very unprofessional . What saves my review of this restaurant somewhat is the fact that our waitress, Nicole was a wonderful, kind and attentive waitress. Thank you Nicole for changing a bad situation into a bearable one. Nicole should be managing because of her people skills.

My husband and I went to Cafe Murano for the first time and it was for brunch. It was a beautiful day and reservation had outdoor seating available which overlooks Cranes Roost. Beautiful ambiance, excellent service and food. Highly recommend the smoked salmon appetizer and crab benedict. I enjoyed a strawberry mule and my husband got a tasty bloody mary I’d consider this place to be a special treat type of place and meal and that’s what we were looking for that day. We will definitely return.

3 of us (friends/family) went to Murano for the first time on a week day. The area (Crane Roost Blvd) where the restaurant is was lovely. It was generally a nice place and quite boisterous for a Monday! You can tell there were folks there who appeared to be frequent clients. Restaurant has a long bar which was quite active that night. And we had a great server that day, a young lady. RE food: I can say it was really good, I particularly like the dates appetizer. Can I say food was superb: no. But it was good. I will return there with friends and family for a good time and good food.

Love Murano’s but the waitress Debra has the worst attitude every time I’ve ever had her during a visit. Upon going back for the food and music, I definitely don’t recommend having her serve anyone. Didn’t want to tip her but did so out of courtesy. Other than that it was a nice time for out of town guests I had with me. Even they noticed and hasn’t ever been there.

Had a reservation for 6:15 on Easter Sunday for 5 guests. When we arrived 5 minutes early, the hostess immediately let us know our table was ready. Cocktails were great, food was hot and well presented, and Jennifer, our server, was on top of her game. Absolutely no wait for anything, and even anticipated our needs. First time my wife and I went to this establishment and we were pleasantly surprised. The place was hopping during Friday Happy Hour but the service was quick and very efficient. Stuffed dates are a must try and both chicken dishes we had - the pizzaiola and rollatini were very tasty and reasonably priced. There is a nice outdoor eating area over looking the lake at Crane's Roost Park. Parking isn't great but that's what poor planning and overpopulation will get you. Anyway, very good Italian restaurant and friendly staff!

Reserved for party of 8 inside, when we arrived they were all ready with our table set and we were greeted by our friendly server - then we decided to move to the outside patio and they did this cheerfully! Excellent friendly service and delicious food. We enjoyed several orders of the stuffed dates for appetizers and then sampled a wide variety of entrees from pizza to pasta dishes to risotto and different salad options - all were excellent! We will be back soon! The warm and friendly staff make all the difference in a dining experience :)
