Food was average, didn’t know that menu was with such a limited choice if you come as a part of the package with the stay in the hotel. Not everyone likes cheesecake, should be a choice of at least three desserts. Very poor value.
This was our first time to the Cannery Restaurant. We had a 2 hour time slot and the meal was spaced out perfectly to allot for this time available. Appreciated the time between courses in order to savor what we had just eaten as well as relax and enjoy what was about to come next. I had the stuffed chicken and my husband had the salmon. Extremely tasty. The cheesecake desert was the best we had ever tasted. Hope to visit again in the not too distant future. Bon Appetit !!!
This hsd always been my favourite restaurant in Niagara on the Lake and has never disappointed. Another great dinner.

We drive to NOTL several times a year just to have breakfast in the Cannery Restaurant at Pillar and Post. We throughly enjoy the food and ambiance. We enjoying catching up and chatting with our favourite waiters, Frank & Silvana. For us there is no place in Toronto as warm and inviting, we look forward to our next visit very soon!
How incredibly disappointing! I booked a lunch reservation to eat in the Cannery and was told the restaurant did not open for lunch and was sent to eat in the lounge! This was supposed to be a special birthday lunch for myself and my girlfriend, which I mentioned in the booking. The menu we were offered was no where near comparable to that of the Cannery. I found this to be incredibly misleading. I would never have booked a special birthday lunch in a dark and dismal lounge in the basement with so many wonderful and bright alternatives in Niagara on the lake.
It is a very good restaurant doing everything possible in the current circumstances to serve the clients and to feed them fine food, particularly at Christmas.

Had 2 meals there. My husband and I had the short ribs, salmon, and chicken. By far, the short ribs were our favourite.
Delicious and well presented. Excellent service from the wait staff. Beautiful setting, fireplaces all throughout the large restaurant to give it a cozy ambiance. Because of COVID all the tables were spread out. Five star ⭐️ establishment.

This is an excellent location for a terrific meal in Niagara-On-The-Lake. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the location is excellent and the food is always prepared to order.
One of the best dining we had in Niagara Region. From the place to the food and the service, everything was perfect. The price is very reasonable. Looking forward to go back again when everything goes well with this pandemic. Highly recommended.

Very nice place to eat. We dined with our 1.5 year old daughter and they were extremely accommodating. It was very quiet, which was nice but I felt like I was on eggshells with my daughter. Overall it was very nice and the food was great. It is a bit more expensive than I am used to, but my expensive might be someone else’s cheap

Our server Sharon was wonderful. Wine and meals arrived in good time. Sharon was professional and fun, contributing to a lovely dinner. Food was fantastic, portions were generous and the wine selection was impressive.

It was the best of times it was the worst of times. I had the prime rib which was amazing. My wife had the beef gnocchi and it was the worst dish we have ever had. It was like a bowl of soup with very little beef and stringy vegetables. This entree has no place on the menu of a restaurant such as this.
