    We really enjoyed our meal at Canoe. The food and drinks were all exceptional. The most memorable dish was the Onion Soup. Amazing presentation and absolutely delicious. Our waiter, Jesus, was also wonderful and very professional. He made our experience that evening even better. Will definitely be back!

    Great food and an awesome wine pairing. Our main waiter was very good explaining about the wines, and he gave an outstanding service. All waiters serving us were good and professional. When we were about to leave my husband saw the house whisky on a display and we asked if we could by a bottle. Unfortunately they have just opened the last one for drinks. They offered to deliver a bottle from one of the other location at our hotel reception. So during the night I received an email confirming delivery and the next morning I picked it up at the reception. That is beyond excellent service - thanks so much for giving us a good vacation memory.

    We chose the tasting menu and were really impressed by our experience! Everything was delicious, the presentation was amazing, the staff knew what they were talking about, were friendly and effective. The view from our table was stunning. We recommend Canoe strongly, we had an amazing experience

    it was an amazing experience especially it was the first time for my Boss and to correct Ken Librot has left BMO and this reservation for my new boss Sid Deloatch just to keep this for the record. The food, ambiance, service, everything was outstanding and the view was stunning. Overall fantastic experience!!!

    Overall it was enjoyable and would definitely come back but what’s disappointing was the seating. They decided to place me and my partner at a chefs rail when I requested to be sit at windows table.

    We ordered the surf and turf, when the food came the server didn't known what cut was who's and it went back to the kitchen, when the meat came back, it was at best room temperature. We asked a simple question when the food came, "which one is the medium rare cut" and they didn't know, as a result paid the price.

    Fantastic cocktails and creative food selections, and the stunning view to top it off. I started with the bison tartare, then crispy pork jowl, Gouda, and rhubarb terrine for dessert. Server recommended wine accompaniments. Loved watching the planes land at Billy Bishop Airport on Toronto Island.

    Pretty disappointing, had the tasting menu a couple of highlights, beef fish tartare was good but the main fish halibut was overcooked and dry and the veal sausage dish was so overly salted barely edible. All a bit clumsy really.

    The food was wonderful and service was wonderful. We did the chefs selection of the eight course meal. It was absolutely fantastic and you did not have to worry about deciding want to order, they just brought the food over.

    I saw some review who commented you paid for the view at Canoe. I agree but not totally, cos the food was good, presented nicely with thoughts, complimented with the innovative combination of ingredients and sauce, in the tasting menu, not 8 out of 8 dishes made a "wow" response, it was pleasant and refreshing overall. Service was excellent from our server and the sommelier. The view was beautiful throughout the dinner. The value was good, we will likely return on our next trip to Toronto.

    food seems a bit salty. one of my dishes was really hard to intake due to salty taste and waiter is really kind to have chef prepare another dish to replace. I don't recommend to pick tasting menu anymore due to the taste and cost for each, very pricy. Service and atmosphere are good though, but rather choose a la carte next time if revisit
