A great meal and excellent service! The Canyon Dip is amazing.
The food and service were very good BUT their promotion where they send $20 and 20% discount coupons are deliberately misleading !!!
Be careful and read the small prints (which are so small you can't read)
They were not willing to accept both coupons and this was the main reason we went there.
They made a big mistake since they lost a client - we don't plan to go there any more
From a pleasant evening it became an a anointing one.
The lady that served us was amazing and the food was good .... so why is there a need to mislead the clients?
Service was good. Food was dry and under seasoned.
Waitress was extremely helpful, professional, and personal. My husband and I were celebrating a milestone in our life, and she made our special night something to remember.
The food was superb and the staff were excellent!
Food was fine, service was horrible! The waitress was rude, didn’t listen to what we were asking and after speaking to a manager, the waitress avoided serving us. With two kids we waited over an hour for our food. I would not go back to this location!!
Prices seem a bit higher than I remember.
Service was great. Food great.
The $40 menu idea for dinner, not really a great deal.
Delicious, lovely and satisfying
Service and food was great. Will definitely come back another time.
Canyon Creek is a lovely restaurant, good food, reasonable price and great service.
Our server was very friendly and welcoming; she was attentive and service overall was very quick. The food was good and reasonably priced. There was also complimentary bread with very delicious butter! A large party left as we were seated, so the lower lighting and the moderate noise was quite nice and allowed for ease of conversation. I have never been to Canyon Creek but would definitely go again!
The service was good and prompt. The server gave us the attention we expected with a cheerful attitude.
We were seated and promptly taken care of by the staff. We ordered from the special menu and were very pleased with the quality and quantity of the food presented.
After dinner coffee and dessert were included in the special we had ordered and were also well presented and served.
Great service and excellent steak. This is my fifth visit to this place . Thanks particularly like the Chipotle steak
the food was absolutely so fatty , cold.. the service was horrible. i brought my mom there for mother’s day an they were so rude to her my poor elderly mother had cold food and it was so fatty it looked like it had strings on it that were incurable.. i was so disappointed and no one took care of the mea. i do expect next time i come that the meal will be taken care of or i will not be returning with my mother, fiancé or any of the customers from my company that i almost weekly bring.
Usually really enjoy Canyon Creek
Today on Mothers Day,not so much. Service was very slow. Both my wife and I had the prefix menu. BOTH steaks were requested to be cooked medium well and came our medium rare. Steaks were flavorless aswell. Sad too say this was not our best meal here or service.
My reservation was at 4:30 and I didn’t leave until 7:30. I know it was mother’s day and super busy, but the service was super slow.. my Caesar salad was not that good, the croutons were stale. I ordered the goat chicken penne, that was ok. I enjoyed eating that. My daughters ordered the fries as a side and it was super salty. They couldn’t even eat it. For dessert I order a cappuccino and my in-laws ordered a latè, all hot beverages came luke warm and almost cool. We sent it back as asked for coffee, the waiter brought me a coffee and my in-laws didn’t get one. I ordered the pecan pie to share with one of my daughters and the pecan pie was kind of burnt. It tasted like it has been reheated too many times. My 11 year old ate most of it as she said it was ok but I didn’t bother with it. The Creme brule was way over priced for its size.
The waiter was ok, she was kind of slow and hardly ever came around and asked if we needed anything. I had to flag her down when we needed our waters topped up or extra cutlery for out desserts. I get it was mother’s day Sunday, but the restaurant should have been equipped with more staff to accommodate the high traffic that was in on that day.
I have been at this location before and the service and food was excellent, maybe because it was mother's day evening everyone was super busy, server was courteous and professional but she took a long time to check-in with our table, entrees were good, my grandson and son enjoyed their meal, shrimp ravioli was very salty. A bit more thought could be put into designing the menu for both adults and kids adding pictures of the meals offered to accommodate all especially the children's menu ( for the ones not reading yet and children with autism). Activities on the children's menu cards could be a little more inclusive especially for younger children. The ramp to enter is a good idea but please consider fixing those things that opens the doors for people with disabilities, they don't work and the doors are quite heavy. If I didn't have someone to pull that door open and hold it in place I might have just left and gone elsewhere.
We had a delicious meal at Canyon Creek however one of the meals needed to be sent back because it was way over cooked for a medium done order, it was literally charred and leather dry. The second order was perfect but it took almost 15 minutes to arrive. By the time the order arrived we had all finished our meals and she had to eat alone. To the credit of Canyon Creek they comped our dessert order.
We were very pleased with the tabled allotted to us initially. Then two tables of noisy patrons were seated right next to us that were celebrating, not sure what, that stood in the way of the waitress and crowded the flow of traffic. We could hardly hear ourselves as we tried to converse.
Was nice. My prime rib was undercooked but my fault. They forgot the mushrooms but we weren’t charged. Our server Jessica remembered us from a previous visit which was very nice. Always enjoy Canyon Creek but really missed the Canyon Creek bruschetta loaf. Absolutely our favourite.
The food was very tasty and the portions were good. Our server was very knowledgable. I would recommend this location to a friend and will certainly be going back.
Everything was just okay. Baked potato was too over done. Skin was inedible. Crab cakes sat to long in the bed of tomatoes and were soggy on the bottom by the time they arrived. Dessert was good. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t go back.
Everything was excellent, food, table, services
Excellent as usual.
The atmosphere is very nice and relaxing, the prices are very reasonable, the staff is professional and helpful.
The food is a little hit or miss. Garden salad was floating in dressing, the pan roasted salmon and basmati rice were extremely bland and poorly presented.
The New York steak was very good, as was the rum punch and cheesecake. The portion sizes are filling.
Prix Fixe menu is available daily and is quite worth it.
I really enjoyed the Prix Fix Menu: exceptional value for the price. In addition, I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful the staff is; from the attentive waitress to the servers. Great service!
Great service, food are make proper to how I like.
Very nice place waitress was very friendly got food on time
Great experience as always
Good food, nice people service for ordering was slow but once ordered food was fast. Really nicely cooked steaks!!
We called to have our reservation moved up as we arrived earlier from Barrie. We had a lovely meal however it was difficult for staff to understand the Opentable system to check us in. After leaving, we received an email saying hey did not check us in correctly, and have not awarded points. This Resturant does this continually. Don’t know the system and provide patrons appropriate credit where due.
Overall a good experience. Comfortable, cozy ambiance.Food & Service were very good.
Wine prices by the glass were a bit high.
Great food, great service. Great restaurant! Enjoyed this restaurant very much but the Niagara Falls venue is even better due to the view
Great service. Actually able to make a reservation on a Saturday night which was very convenient.
4 different dinners and everything was delicious
Great evening out. Girls night or even with the family
Hosts were unhelpful and almost rude. We did not feel welcome coming in and were told we couldn’t have a table for another hour, yet I went online to open table and booked a table for 15 minutes later. Food was good and server was very good. Very unimpressed by 3-4 host staff. Would likely not go back to this location because of that.
Booths for 2 people are to tight with small tables and the wind from the doors opening causes a breeze which it makes it uncomfortable near the front of the resturant
We had a really great meal. Would come back again for sure.
