   Today was another great diner at Cap City Gahanna. With Open Table we are always given priority status for seating and today was no different albeit when we arrived at 3:45 there was no crowd. I highly doubt this restaurant for great American cuisine and reasonably priced

   Our server and food were phenomenal. I had the brunch and my husband had the meatloaf sandwich. He enjoyed his meal also. Cap City is the place to go for good food and a decent price.

   We've been here a few times. Always had a good time. This time we were seated close to the kitchen, it was a bit noisy so we ask to be relocated, not a problem. They were more than happy to grant our request. The food as great, service was professional and friendly. Cocktail prices are a bit high but we had a great time

   Always good or better. Very reliable over the years and both the greeters and servers are very accommodating. Alex came over to say hello even though she was not our server. Just wanted to make sure everything was ok with us. She’s a star.

    Cap City never disappoints. We had 5 people at 12:30 on a Sunday. The restaurant was fairly busy. Our server (Eddie) was excellent and attentive. The kitchen took care of all of our varying dietary needs and restricitions (gluten free, dairy free, low salt, etc.).

    Mitchells Restaurants are consistently good and this visit to Cap City was no exception. The chicken salad sandwich and spinach salad was very good. Tip for the chef- trim the stems off the spinach please.

    The waitress was outstanding. The food tasted good, but came out barely warm. The coffee was also tepid. It was a busy night because of Mother's Day, so we understood. AND, so appreciated the cookie!!

    Well, I requested a booth when making my reservation and was seated at a table near the restroom. It took 10 mins before we were greeted by our server. My son’s drink from the bar took 15 mins to be served. We didn’t get our bread for a while after ordering. The food was delicious. Since it’s a CMR, I will give it another chance, since this was a busy day (Mother’s Day).

    The food and service was wonderful, especially for being Mother’s Day and very busy! The only complaint was the location of our table. It was right in the path for all of the servers and by the kitchen so we felt very crammed and it was very busy. I think we would have had a 5 start experience if we were at a different table.

    Good food as always! The crab cake blue plate special on Saturday was wonderful! The rest of the food was amazing as well. Shout out to our server Andrew who was attentive and efficient with a wonderful dry sense of humor! And the carrot cake was the best!!

    We had a reservation at 7:30. We did not get seated until 7:45, even though the table was empty the entire time we were waiting in the lobby area. It was after 8 before a waitress came to our table. It was fifteen minutes later when we finally got the drinks we ordered. The food was average.
