The crab cake salad was not good the 2 crab cakes were dry & didn’t have much crab in them. The romaine lettuce was tough & bitter. I took mostf it home& ended up throwing it out

The bad - back kitchen was very slow and did not see our dinner for 30 minutes after the order was placed. Also, there was a table next to us with 4 kids running around the table half of the time. We asked the manager if he could please talk to the guests about calming the kids down a bit so that other patrons could relax and enjoy their meal, but no action was made. One of the kids barged into my dad who is 91 yo. was run into by one of the running kids. The chicken was overcooked in two of the meals, and it took an extra 5 minutes for my mom's chicken sandwich to be served after everyone else's meal came out. The restaurant wasn't particularly busy or full, so I'm thinking they were trying out a new cook. On the positive side - the menu is expansive and the fried calamari and salad were good. The waitress was very attentive throughout the meal on a Sunday evening. The manager apologized and comped us a tiramisu dessert to help make up for all of the inconveniences. However and again, it would be good if management can maintain a level of calm if there are kids running amok. I am on the fence about recommending Capers based on our recent experience.

The server took forever to get us any drinks or check on us but he was at least nice. Also our food took forever aswell. The food was hit or miss we ordered 3 appetizers and 2 crab cake salads and they were ok. We also ordered 2 cocktails one was a margarita and the other was a cosmo type drink and both tasted like cough syrup in my opinion but we did order them so we drank them. Overall an alright place to go

We had not been to this restaurant is at least 4 years. It was really good and everyone at our table got served our food at the same time and all of the dishes were piping hot. Nice setting and cute bar as well. The bathrooms were very clean as well.

We had an awesome experience. It was our first time dining in (we ordered delivery a week earlier), and can’t believe we hadn’t been to this amazing restaurant! Our server, Haley, and her back up, Christian, were fabulous. The food was amazing, the vibe was casual and Haley couldn’t have been more on top of it and lovely. Highly recommend!!!!

Love this neighborhood feel restaurant, great bar, wonderful wait staff and quality food. When we went they had music playing on a Friday night. I even took a bowl of the clam chowder home for the next day.

We came on Valentine’s Day because I had been wanting to try this restaurant for quite some time. We were disappointed when we were unknowingly limited to a Valentines Day Menu that was not advertised on their website. I was fully intending on having the grilled artichoke and was turned down. They told me to “come back tomorrow”. They never asked how our food was or if we needed anything else to drink. I get they were busy but it was a bunch of 2-top tables crammed into the room. As a former server, I understand a holiday rush but for the price we were paying, I was underwhelmed. Plus, the non-seafood items were limited as well so my boyfriend had no choice but to get a steak. Food tasted great but I would have liked access to the regular menu as well.

We had to change our New Years Eve/Birthday plans last minute and thankfully found Capers. We were all pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The staff was pleasant and on top of it. The food was wonderful. They even had a DJ and flashing lights that made things fun. Thank you for making the evening a good time. 🥳😁

It was a super hot day. The host upon seating us actually waited and got us drinks. 👏 We loved the service and food. We used to live in the area. If you ever stop in; get some of the Tomato garlic soup, I love it!
