   First time there, food was okay, definitely way too much portion wise. But the service was really good! I will be back, but with more people next time.!

   My family and I had a wonderful and delightful experience at Carmines. Having 3 children with gold taste can be difficult. But everyone was satisfied!! Our server Richard was amazing also!!

    Visited Carmine’s while in NYC for a triple birthday celebration. The food is served family style and is absolutely amazing and fresh. Sliced garlic and fresh tomato red sauce was fantastic on chicken parm and raviloi - yum! Service from Melvin was friendly and excellent. I highly recommend Camine’s. Prepare to Leave very full and satisfied.

    We were a group of seven men celebrating a friend's 55th birthday. Everything was great from the time we arrived to the time we left. We enjoyed our pre-dinner time with some beverages at the bar. We were seated on time and the food was excellent. Our server Alex was very attentive, just the best.

    Wasnt impressed with the food, unfortunately it was cold salty an pasta wasn’t cooked through, ambiance was nice however the service was EXTREMELY slow, don’t know I’ll ever go back to this location

    We love going to Carmine's as a family! A great place to celebrate with dependably incredible food. Our service left much to be desired this last time but the experience still provided an evening for the books. A New York institution for New Yorkers on the UWS!

    Stopped in before a show yesterday and had a wonderful experience. I was with the kids so we kept it simple, Chicken Parmesan, Penne Vodka and a side of Broccoli. The kids loved it and so did I. Just keep in mind that everything is served family style and you will be glad that you stopped in!

    This a family type restaurant. Every order is made for three person. For two person order one main course and other smaller items But the food is great.

    The waiters are more interested in a table further with ladies than our table. in our area four waiters and they went like hawks around the table with ladies. The food is good but the service is lousy.

    The food just didn’t taste as good as it usually does. We were disappointed with the entreee. We ordered penne vodka with chicken and there were a total of 5 small chunks of chicken in the entire meal.

    The food was delightful and the hostess named Troy bench over backwards to make our experience a wonderful one The only minor complaint I could muster up is that when my restaurant partner wanted another Diet Coke was very difficult to flag down a waiter… Other than that a superb meal.     Carmines is wonderful if you’re craving Italian cuisine. The atmosphere is very family oriented as of course they serve family stile dishes. We started with sparkling water and sangria which was perfect- not too sweet but not too strong! Our appetizer consisted of a dish of the spicy wings which were also delicious and perfectly paired with Gorgonzola sauce (tastes similar to blue cheese). The wings aren’t actually spicy at all but still flavorful! We had the lasagna and sautéed spinach which was cooked perfectly.

    This is definitely for a family dinner occasion. The pasta here was delicious and not to salty nor soggy. All the meals are family size of 3 to 4 people and there can even be leftover dessert.

    My fiancé and I stopped by for my birthday, and we loved it! The drinks and food were great, the servers were also very nice. We already said we’ll be back sooner rather than later. Lol.

    As typical in most restaurants, they will not seat you until your entire party is there. I really messed up the reservation and booked a table for 5 and showed up with 7 but that wasn't a problem for them at all. Everything was perfect about our visit. We ordered 2 dishes I would say are "expensive", 1 standard dish, 2 seafood appetizers, 2 pitchers of sangria, 3 beers, 2 sodas and the bill was still under $100/pp even after tip! This is THE SPOT for group outtings!

    Carmine's has the BEST food to eat. The food has an excellent taste and the drinks are very good. The service was great from beginning to end. The closing desserts were wonderful. We were all very happy and satisfied with the food and service. Thank you, I will soon go back.

    As always, Carmine's on 91st Street didn't disappoint me. Our waiter was AMAZING, I think his name was Alex, and out food was delicious. I was only confused about a possible change in selection of veggies as I could've sworn broccolini, not broccoli was a menu item.
