They did an amazing job of helping my one of the biggest moments of my life run as smoothly as possible. The staff were informed of my situation with wanting to propose to my girlfriend (she said yes), they let a friend of mine drop off flowers and the waitress was very good at not giving away my intentions, they offered us some complimentary champagne for after and it was overall a wonderful night.

It is a unique idea. No ambiance, very loud and no privacy of any kind. I had a $15 cocktail, not worth the price. All the meat tasted the same and some of the spices were over powering. There is no way most people can eat $57 worth of food like that so I found it over priced. My wife enjoyed the ham, I liked the veggies side dish. I am glad we went but will not be going back again. Did not find the $175 bill was justified.

Meats were cooked without proper attention to seasoning or temperature. Mostly dry and overcooked and a lot were way too salty. We tried almost every meat item brought to the table. Very disappointing for $57 per person. Server was average. It was my sons 18th birthday and a dirty obviously over used paper birthday tent was sitting on the table without any other attention paid to our event. We’re offered complimentary dessert as sort of an afterthought. Won’t be going back or recommending restaurant to others. Poor value and forgettable experience overall.

The food was DELICIOUS, they had a big assortment, and we never had to wait. The waitress was excellent. Very friendly, very present. I found it a bit pricey - it's hard for the average person to eat $57 worth of meat in one sitting, at least, it was for me. We were seated upstairs, and we found it VERY cold in there - the heat had risen, and when you stand up, you can feel the heat on the upper part of your body - but there were no ceiling fans, so, when you were sitting down, there was no ambient heat to be felt. Parking can be a struggle in that area, but we came early, and were lucky to get a spot not too far away. Nice place to go for a special occasion!

I liked that it was on a Monday where it was discounted for ladies. It would not have been worth it to pay $57 for the amount women in general can eat. I found some of the meat was a little overcooked and dry. But it was a nice experience overall if you’ve never been there before. Also I wish that those that don’t want the all you can eat, could order off the lounge menu

This was our second time at Carnaval and we found that the service was very slow. we had meat coming to our table and we hadn't received our salads and vegetables or our drinks. By the time we received our drinks we were almost finished eating. We ordered desert and they forgot to bring it. this experience was not very good for the friends that we brought with us and it was their first time there.

Most of the meat was overcooked, ribs are too spicy, ham a bit salty. The potatoes were dry, the corn was very soggy like it was sitting in the pot all day. Caesar Salad was good. Buns were dry also.

This was our first time. We had a fantastic time. Our host was amazing, he made us feel like we were the only ones in the building, even though there were lots of other patrons. The food was amazing, so much flavour. The quantity of food was incredible. The speed of service to receive our sides was amazing. Can't wait to dine here again.

I used to love going to your restaurant, since the change in menu, th meat selection is poor, and almost everything was over or under cooked. To the point where I could not cut or Chee my ribeye it was so raw :( I always come for my birthday and I was looking forward to it so much. But it was a bit of a let down. Thank you for the cheese cake tho. That was delicious

This visit was our first & last time. We arrived early @ 5pm. Only 2 other tables till after 6pm. 4 of us in the group. Food was so so. We ordered 3 sides for the table. Brisket & top sirloin were over cooked, dry & chewy. Most of the other meat was ok. None of us ate all that much in comparison to the $57/ person charge. Overpriced. Our biggest issue was with service. Our waitress was not bad at the beginning but as the meal went on she was no where to be found. Asked for some sauces to go with meats & then had to remind her (which we’re wrong when we did get them). After we were done eating (with the red side up on the coaster) we sat for over 20 mins before we had to flag her down to clear our plates & order dessert. After waiting again, we had to call her over to get our bills. I will say that the guys circulating with the meats were very on top of things though. Overall I was not impressed with this restaurant. We have frequented many fine dining places and this was not even comparable. I don’t mind paying top dollar for great food & excellent service and if that’s what you are looking for, don’t go here.

Side dishes were great. Meats were hit and miss. Beefs were both overcooked and not the best. I’ve been several times and this was a let down. Capable of much better. Some is a result of not that many people eating.

Great service, great food, nice atmosphere! The ribeye in particular was very delicious. Nice selection of sides to choose from as well. The prices of drinks was a little through the roof ($12 for one cocktail) but overall just for food great price for the quality you are getting.

Food was amazing as usual , the selection was good but they came round with some items more than others so we were waiting awhile for some of the meats we wanted to try. The waitress wasn’t the best, seemed grumpy and we had to ask for refills multiple times before they came . Also had to call her over to order sides as she didn’t even come take our order to begin with.
