We go here with friends for date night. $69 gets yo a bottle of wine and special date night menu including dessert. Great value and the food is fresh cooked. Our servers have been excellent and attentive. All in all a nice night out with your favourite squeeze without breaking the bank.
Attentive to dietary restrictions. Good.food!!
Amazing food! I will go here every chance I get - personal favourite in Niagara Falls
The food was good but looked very plain on the plate. Chicken cacciatore should have some side vegetables, for example. It looked like it was brown on top of the plate and served. There was lots of empty space on the plate for vegetables.
Don’t sit 85 year old seniors in a booth. The table came up to my Mom’s chin so we had to move. She was very embarrassed when everyone in the restaurant watched us change tables.
Very limited menu. Add a few “traditional” Italian dishes ie lasagna, ravioli, cannelloni etc. My parents had a difficult time choosing what to order other than spaghetti and meatballs.
We appreciated a window seat with friendly, courteous and excellent service. Thanks to the sous chef for making that Anniversary platter, great job.
Great place to bring business partners.
Visiting Niagara Falls and came for dinner and it was delicious!

4th time there.
We live around the corner and make this our local casual fine dining experience.
Great service, very attentive to their customers! Food was fantastic, best value in the Falls!
Great restaurant Food was good and the service was great. Friendly staff Large plates with plenty to eat.
Amazing. Little concerning when you walk in. However, the FOOD and service is far none! One of the best italian food options ever. Enjoyed the Calzone and the Ravioli ... was to die for.
The service was awesome, our waiter was attentive and explained the items on the menu.
My group of senior golfers loved your restaurant. Will be back for sure.
Love Carpaccio, good food. Love the atmosphere. Limited menu however. I’ve been coming here for years and in the past, I had favorite meals, they’ve since been eliminated from the menu. Bring back the gnocchi with steak ! Best meal ever.
We were really excited to try this restaurant based on the good reviews. Unfortunately, we were very disappointing with the food and service. I personally, ordered the Risotto which was extremely under cooked and had to be sent back.
Service was non existent. We mentioned to the hosted that we were celebrating a birthday and she said they would do something special at the end of the dinner but she never communicated that to the waitress. When we were dome with our dinner, I asked if the cake was coming and the server had no idea what I was talking about.
We kept having to flag the server to refill our drinks and for water. They include the tip on the bill automatically for groups so, servers completely ignore and neglect you since they already know their tip is secured.
Not worth what we paid at all.
We enjoyed a lot. I think they probably scheduled too little staff as service was a tad slow as our wait staff were also serving a large private party. Staff still very friendly.
The service is great. The waiter asked me if I was fine many times. And I said I was better waiting. I came earlier than expected time I've reserved. It was the best Italian restaurant I've ever had.
The pizza was alright, but the dough is not authentic for an Italian place.
The carpaccio and gnocchi were good but I was really disappointed with the shrimp linguini. There was no sauce and no taste whatsoever. Shrimps were small. Not worth the price.
Fantastic service and food! I will be back for rack of lamb!!
Great service, good atmosphere. Appetizers were just ok ( Bruschetta was disappointing, fried calamari better, with nice dipping sauce)
Main courses ( Veal Parmigiana and Lamb Risotto) we’re very good and nicely presented.
Nice touch was a bonus desert for birthday, including greeting.
My friends and I visited Carpaccio for a special occasion with a large group. We were greeted by very friendly staff and were accommodated to a nice table. They were a bit behind due to a busy kitchen that night (Saturday), but we didn't even notice as service was very attentive throughout. The hostess was very sweet and took our pictures with enthusiasm. And the food was really good! The group had a variety of dishes and we all enjoyed what we ordered. Portions are very generous as well.
Not usually the type to write reviews, especially negative ones, but this was one of those “I can’t believe it happened” scenarios. This was an anniversary dinner that was completely butchered. We went on a Saturday night, with reservations, and the service was terrible - perhaps someone had called in sick, etc, but it took 30 minutes just to get water on the table. There weren’t many customers and it still took ages for us to be served. The apps were decent (hard to go wrong on a cold cut plate), but when the mains finally arrived, I couldn’t believe how bad they were. I had chicken Alfredo - they didn’t even cook my pasta; it was rock hard. The chicken was cold. Everythjng was floating in a watery Alfredo sauce. A disgrace to Italian cooking everywhere. My partner had the shrimp and pasta, which was edible at least but not very flavorful. They didn’t turn on the patio lamps after dark because they “didn’t have the gas for them”. It’s saturday night and we’re trying to enjoy the ambiance and you can’t even illuminate the patio? So we sat in the dark, with a few other couples. They remade my plate after I sent it back, and it came back cooked but twice as watery. At that point, I lost my appetite. Saddest thing was when they brought out the “happy anniversary” dessert - pretty much the only thing they did right. Lastly, they turned the outdoor lights off while people were still on the patio - you have paying customers, it’s not even 10pm (closing time) and you’re rushing us out? Very disappointing for a “nice” restaurant. I was hoping for far better quality than what we received. A shame, especially as they price themselves as a “better” establishment. These guys wouldn’t last a week in the city. Quite disappointed with everything there, and I wouldn’t give them a second chance if you paid for my meal.
One thing - our server (and all the staff) were helpful and I could see felt bad for the wait, quality of food, my obvious unhappiness, etc. Kudos there at least.
Food here was fantastic. Table service very good; server very attentive. However, the problem seems to be in the kitchen. Looooonnnnggg wait for every course. Perhaps they need an expo - or get a better one.
We had been recommended to Carpaccio's, so were disappointed by many things by the time dinner was over. The antipasto platter was severely short on the variety of foods and freshness, and expensive ($26). The pizza was dry. The wait-time for food was painful - we were told they had packed in too many people for the kitchen to handle. The indoor temperature was really cold (I wore 2 shirts and a scarf); we chose an inside table since the outdoor ones just looked upon the parking lot and some of the tables were still bare with messily stacked chairs. The decor was barren - with make-shift room dividers. (No problem with the noise level, and service was friendly.)
we have dined at Carpaccio for many years. It is just a nice restaurant. You can always rely on the quality of their food and excellent service. Highly recommended.
Great place to eat!! One of the best meals my wife said she has ever had... and my wife has about 59 allergies.
Was seated by the window, table was ready Waitress took 15 min to get water or beer took another 15-20 to get soup and salad food came shortly after..food was fabulous..got a surprise desert for our anniversary..took a very long time to get our check and a longtime to pay.. nice place.. man at the door was great..waitress could be a little more on there game..over all it was good great atmosphere..just need to work on attention to your customers!! Would come for the food again..this was 1st time in Niagara Falls and celebrating our 5 yr anniversary!
Great visit! Food was great, price was excellent with a wine list showing some great value. A return visit for myself but a chance for others in the party to visit for the first time. They will return and so will I.
Stuffed pork tenderloin with mushroom gnocchi. I could have licked the plate. Phenomenal meal. Have not enjoyed a meal that much in some time. Thank you.
Jimmy was a great server!
The food was delicious, but the service was lacking.
My wife and 3 kids enjoyed our dinner. All entrees were outstanding as was service. This spot was a warm welcome to the tourist traps located close to the Falls. A bit pricy, but still very good food.
Stylish reataurant and great service/management. Would definitely go back and recommend
Ordered the Lamb Risotto. Lamb was good but the risotto was not quite cooked enough. Tasty though
Consistently great food! Some of the best Calamari- tempura style, vs fried to death like so many places. Lots of wine selections by the glass, even more by the bottle.
The seafood pasta had one clam in it and mussels that were not fresh...terrible. Would not eat there again..
Booked through Open Table, everything went well. Our waitress was fantastic, on the ball, but we were given enough time between courses to enjoy the atmosphere and relax. Would highly recommend this restaurant and the price was worth the visit. Well done
I made a reservation to have dinner with my husband for our wedding anniversary of August 7/18. . I was disappointed that when we got there that there was no special table reserved. We were led into the front of the building adjacent to the outdoor bar area and told to pick a table. We have been there several times and always had excellent service and food. It would have been nice to have something g special reserved for our special. Next time we will go to the Keg. Private tables and a free dessert on special occasions.
Swevice is amazing. Friendly and personable. I'm Italian so I'll be a bit tough. The cheese and meat board was ok. to have a pizza without homemade sauce is disappointing. It was not fresh. Need to change the pizza and sauce. Never had pizza like that before and I've had a million pizzas all over GTA. My husbands pasta was good.
