Food was pedestrian; disappointing compared to prior dining experiences. Waitress reached over guest to get items off table, this was not appropriate behavior for this level of dining.
Fresh ingredients. Delicious. Worth the trip! We'll be back!!
A perfect venue for lunch with friends before the Annapolis Opera performance of Carmen. Good service, food and wine.
As always, excellent food selection and preparation, and great and responsive service. Lynne took care of our every need.
My friends and I all ordered different dishes, but every dish was so drenched in sauce it was difficult to eat more than a few bites. It was very disappointing since the restaurant came highly recommended from the hotel we stayed at.
Second time as a guest. Our first time was incredible. Our waitress Anne was stellar.
Was looking forward to coming back. Totally different experience my second visit. Where we set had a lot of traffic over and around us. I had ordered baked ziti , and I was given an overpriced spaghetti plate. The waitress was very bland and non-attentive. and the waitress had said she would personally correct it. Only thing that was done was they added cheese to the dish and gave back ?
Making sitter another visit but will not use the same waitress I will not accept a plate I did not order.
Per usual, our service was spot on, and the food was served hot and it was delicious . If you have not been to this restaurant you should go. Nice place for a date or a special occasion or just a night out dining.
Great location and easy to get in and out. Love the service and the food was delicious!
Great lunch and wine list!
Parking was an issue- hotel next door was full, no valet & no spots open. My partner ordered chicken parmigiana, he was disappointed to find chicken patties. It was restaurant week in town, service was sketchy that night. Had to track our server down to take our order, bring dessert & then the check. Not her fault- she was clearly in the weeds. This was my 2nd time there. 1st time about 3 years ago was quite a different story- everything was superb.
The food and service were absolutely wonderful. The only downside was it was very loud in the restaurant. They were hosting a very large event and the crowd was just extremely loud. I'm sure when that is not happening it would have been a much nicer date night. The prices are on the higher end but the food and drinks did not disappoint. The bartender did make the best espresso martini I have ever had! We will definitely return!
We decided to go with the restaurant week pre-fixe as our dinner choice. The portions were small and we were all a little hungry after we finished. The food however, was delicious, as always.
Went for restaurant week. Food was great and service was a bit slow but it was really busy. They sat us basically in the kitchen/service area and we were constantly hit by the tray holders.
Nice restaurant. Good food. Parking garage is nearby.
The food is ALWAYS outstanding! As well as the service!
Our waiter was friendly and professional. Food came out fairly quickly and we were never without a beverage!
This place is always a winner in our book!
I LOVE Carpaccio. It is great for any occasion, big or small groups. The food, no matter what I order is ALWAYS delicious.
Wonderful location, atmosphere and most importantly, delicious food!
VERY NICE RESTAURANT NEAR THE MARYLAND HALL IN ANNAPOLIS. GOOD FOOD, TASTEFUL DECOR, REASONABLE PRICES.
Great food, great drinks, great service! It was a good way to spend a Saturday afternoon. Would definitely go again.
Food was delicious and the service was very good too. Martini was overly strong. Will be back.
It's a lovely place and the staff is very nice. There wer 3 adults & a child in our party. Had the Calamari Fritte appie, excellent. The Rice Balls were also good but not outstanding. Hubby had a salad which he said was good but nothing special. The other 2 adults enjoyed their entrees: Penne pasticcio & Salmon (Casino?) very much. I had the Pappardelle Lamb Ragu. It was rich & delicious BUT the pasta was all stuck together--careless handling. Desserts were slightly disappointing. The Chocolate Lava cake not recommended but the Almond Cake was nice. Service was SLOW. And they did take good care of the child in our party. My advice: go for lunch or on a weeknight when they are less slammed.
Food and server we're superb. Dining room was a little noisy for such a high end restaurant. We showed up at 8:25 for an 8:15 reservation. We were told that we had to wait about 19 minutes. We went to the bar for a drink and were forgotten.
I took a chance after reviewing the menu and eventhough the prices were a little high I figured what the heck . . . It's for Valentine's day. The portions were just right the restaurant itself was clean including the restrooms were clean which was an added plus. The food was amazing.
The only negative was that the parking garage instructions weren't clear and for someone with a disability the walk wasn't friendly.
The food is outstanding! So fresh and flavorful.
Never disappointed with a meal at Carpaccio's and this was no exception.
My wife and I have been going to Carpaccio’s for 6 years as a couple and now 2 years as parents (8 total). Their love for their customers and the community is shown through their food....simply bellisimo!
Our server (I believe his name was Scott) was great! He made awesome recommendations and everything was delicious.
Huge Portions! Great Service. We would come here anytime for family dinner or date. Quiet bar area for the most part.
Very nice evening. My Fiancee had the veal and I had the Polenta Di Mare. Both were delicious. Staff was very friendly and accommodating .
Awesome. Definitely coming back.
Some of the best Italian I’ve had anywhere!!
We dine at this Annapolis upscale restaurant often. We usually have a great food experience but on this past occasion the food was just so so. It seems that the food might have been sitting under a heat lamp keeping it warm before it was served to us. Our food was not hot and it was not of the quality we have come to expect. It might have been a fluke but I think when we likely want Italian food in the future we likely will seek another Annapolis Italian restaurant? I specifically requested the eggplant parmesan be served with spicy marinara sauce and it was not at all spicy.
This restaurant has it all - great food and the best and most authentic tomato sauce I have found. Always love the pizza bread they serve as appetizer and haven’t had a complaint with their food or service in all the years we’be gone there. We need to go more often and we will! Great drinks also. Kudos to Luigi who runs the place!!
Food was awesome as always. Love the gnocchi.
As always, the food was well prepared and service was exceptional. This is a perfect food stop for meaningful conversation, and for any occasion.
Pasta was excellent. Had a 20 minute wait despite the reservation. Waiter was unattentive.
Excellent dinner with friends... lovely waitress, fantastic fresh made food. Pizza instead of bread was a great added touch. Nice Cozy feel to this 5 star restaurant!
Wow, the flavor of the food we ordered (lobster ravioli, veal parmasiana) was amazing. Some of the best Italian I’ve had.
Enjoyed our dinner. I ordered a smaller portion pasta. Prefect! My husband ordered a full portion but could not finish it. They offer “to go” boxes. Seamus, our server was fun!
