Carrol's Creek Cafe
Located on scenic Restaurant Row in Eastport, Carrol's Creek Cafe is a pleasant stroll across the Spa Creek Bridge from the historic district. Carrol's Creek Cafe offers ample parking and is a convenient Water Taxi ride from Annapolis City Dock.
I believe my server's name was Angela. She was awesome. Get personality.
Carrol's Creek is a very nice dining experience. Food, service, and views are all excellent. There were two groups of 8 or more in the dining room during our meal, exemplifying the "go-to" nature of the experience there. Typical of my poor self-control around food, I can tell you that the tuna tartar, the wedge salad (I opted for a Caesar dressing in lieu of the Blue Cheese), the baked brie, the scallop dinner, and the bread pudding are all wonderful. My dining partner was effusive about the beet salad and the small plate, rack of lamb. My bar selection was a well prepared, mixed drink and the wine list provided a wonderful red to go with dinner.
It's expensive so this Restaurant is for special occasions only. The food and service were excellent and I enjoyed my experience. I would return in the future.
I was disappointed that they no longer have the herb rolls or the mai tai. However, I was accommodated with the mai tai, so I was very impressed. I ended up getting the same entree as my previous visit, except with different sides (mashed potatoes and bok choy). The bok choy was bland but the potatoes were ok. That cream of crab soup is pretty amazing though.
What made this visit special was Jahlil. The service he provided was excellent; well above average. When I return, I’ll be sure to request his area.
Great services and the food is fabulous! We really enjoy the lunch here
Really lovely spot on the water. Everything was delicious!
A great place to have a quite dinner with your loved one. Food is always good. Staff are always the best. One of our favorite places to eat when we go out for the evening.
Carrol Creek is a fabulous restaurant ! It has one of the best views of Annapolis. The menu is diverse and outstanding . Wait staff is very friendly and efficient .
I had didn’t realize that restaurant week was extended and had out of town family we took to CC Cafe on Sunday eve. I guess due to the popularity over the past week - the food wasn’t up to its normal standards. Our cream of crab soup was bland and our filets were tuff. Won’t be in a hurry to return for awhile.
Great water view. The food was fresh and excellent.
Service was great. Food exceptional. Wonderful view. will definitely return
Excellent service. Waiter was very Good. Wonderful attitude
Excellently prepared rockfish. Delicious combination with risotto and spinach. Love their consistent quality and preparation
Excellent food. Excellent service. Totally enjoyed my experience there.
We were there with friends to celebrate their birthdays. The restaurant was full, which, of course, makes it noisy but not uncomfortably so. I had asked for a quiet table and in spite of the crowd, we got one. The food was good but exceeded by the service. Our waiter, Zach, we think was the best we had in the 20 years we've been going to Carroll's Creek. He was friendly, professional, and brought his personality to work with him. We never had to look for him for anything -- he appeared at the table with perfect timing. That takes skill in a packed restaurant. The kitchen was pretty amazing too getting our food out promptly, especially in the face of the volume they were handling. These friends are very dear to us so we appreciate the staff at Carroll's Creek making our celebration so perfect.
Lunch time at the end of Restaurant Week on a lovely sunny, spring day. Our meals were excellent. Service too. The noise level was a little high, but that didn't hurt our overall excellent experience.
Everything was perfect! Scallop appetizer wes especially yummy!
One of our favorites and we always have great food and good fun with our friends. Go, have a good time and a great meal.
We have been to Carroll's Creek many times and will continue to do so. We have been there for lunch and dinner and never been disappointed. The water scenery is excellent which adds to the overall enjoyment of the meal. This time was a luncheon date during restaurant week. There were some excellent selections but we stayed with our usual seafood standbys. The waiter suggested some additional items to our meal that were excellent. Excellent service, food and scenery made the entire luncheon experience a great choice that we are looking forward to again.
I had the yellow beet salad to start. The only unappetizing item on the plate were the wedges of hot house tomatoes that tasted like cotton. It would have been better with grape tomatoes. The swordfish dinner was excellent.
Simple!!! Everything was great! Would not change a thing
Great food, as it has always been here - new menu is fabulous too. Especially enjoy the fact that the menu is 100% safe for those with nut allergies!!
Great except for construction outside the windows.
A favorite restaurant. It was all also restaurant week. Four of us took advantage of its 3,-course menu. I did not. The two who ordered the meat course found it overdone but did not complain. I had the scallops, a specialty not on the restaurant week menu. They were delicious and properly cooked. Caesar salad, prepared stateside was also excellent.
This is my favorite restaurant in Annapolis. The service is outstanding. Everyone is so helpful. The best seafood!
The waiter didn't want to hear anything about our food choices or make any changes because of food allergies or being vegetarians and didn't clear explain the food choices on restaurant week lunch menu
Not at all happy with service and not worthy of the price to be paid for that kind of food.
Earlier we have to been there that time the experience was awesome
Absolutely love Carrol's Creek. One of the best places to get good seafood in Annapolis. The food, service and atmosphere are excellent.
Family restaurant atmosphere. Nice quantity of food and all meals were enjoyable. Two birthday guests each received cards and a candle on dessert which made the day special.
Very busy night as it was restaurant week. Service was very efficient but not rushed. Food all delivered hot & cooked perfectly. Excellent experience.
Loved it a really nice restaurant, food was delicious
We enjoy the nice view and the good food . the service was very good. Fair price to quality of food and service initiative.
Consistent quality is the signature of Carrol’s creek.
Went for restaurant Week. the special menu was packed with goodies and our party enjoyed several. Cioppino was superb , mahi was great and chicken was moist and tender. Desserts are dreamy - I had doughnut bread pudding!!
Our waiter was a tru professional and treated us well. The restaurant is always comfortable and not too noisy despite being rather full of Annapolitans taklng advantage of Restaurant Week.
We enjoyed Carrol's Creek. We occasionally visit. Angela was a great server! Thank you.
Excellent in all respects! Had an awesome table and outstanding waitress and food.
E njoyed lunch at Carol Creek Restaurant on the water in Annapolis. It was Restaurant Week and fix priced lunch menu to choose from. I chose Cioppino and spouse chose Mahi Mahi over polenta. Both were excellent although I favored the cioppino with an abundance of seafood and a saffron flavored red sauce that was soooo good. I want to go again and order the same. For desert, we had both the donut bread pudding and the berry cobbler.
Plenty of parking is available and reservations are recommended. Service was excellent and the view spectacular. What a great price for the lunch at $15. Dinner is $35 and an expanded offering. Restaurant week is a great way to introduce you to the great quality of meals at Carol Creek.
My whole experience was wonderful
Food, service, atmosphere, overhead music is always great!
We went there for Restaurant Week in Annapolis and had the Grilled Ribeye Steak; the first one was over cooked so they did it over and it came out perfect. The service and food was great; our server Angela took real good care of us.
This restaurant was so amazing from the moment we walked through the door.Everyone was so kind and out going to do what ever you wanted or needed. The Mahi-Mahi was the best on Polenta ans vegatables. My husband had the Cioppino,he said it was the best he ever had.We both salads, they were great as well.Matthew was our server. He was very attentive in refilling my ice tea.Everyone's meals also looked great. Can't wait to go back.
