   Casa Romero is a cute family friendly restaurant run by artisans. My husband and I are frequent fliers, if you will, and have never had a bad experience. Nicole (the owner) is a true queen and is involved in every detail - trust me it shows.

   We love Casa Romero have been coming here for our group special occasions. The drinks are amazing the food is delicious and the staff is always the best. I highly recommend for any occasion.

   They have the best cocktails and the food is amazing!! Everything is very high quality. The restaurant can get quite loud because it is a small place but the ambience otherwise is great.

   I’ve eaten here before and was told by the waiter they could do nothing to accommodate my food allergies and the kitchen would be unable to clean the utensils used to cook food when before it hasn’t been a problem. We did not stay as it was my graduation dinner, but were told the food had already been put in and had to push to get the order cancelled. We did not have a good time here and are disappointed that we had to pay $50 for drinks and and chips/salsa when we had such a poor experience.

   I love this restaurant, but the noise was deafening. We had to leave early because we could not hear each other and it gave us a headache. Staff was wonderful food was excellent

    I love Casa Romero! The food, the service, the feeling of being in a grotto, are all really great! But the noise level was so loud this time that I couldn't hear my friend across the table. That part was very unpleasant. We made a 5:30 reservation on a Thursday night in order to avoid the noise, but the noise was intense! Maybe when the weather is better and we can eat outside it will be better.

    Great neighborhood place with good food. Noise level was unusually LOUD! We have been there before and like the energy but on our most recent experience several large parties seated all around us made it very hard to hear our server and each other.

    It was super noisy and I had to yell/ couldn’t hear my friend well. Waiter brought out my friends food and forgot to order mine. Came out after my friend finished her food. When I asked for compensation he said we didn’t do that and apologized. Waiter who took over ended up comping the meal which was nice.

    Had a 7:45 pm reservation and were not seated until after 8:15 pm. We were not offered a drink while waiting, despite our party arriving on time. Management needs to improve time management to keep their customers happy.
