I made a business brunch reservation through opentable and the restaurant was closed due to a private event. We had to eat in lobby area instead. They should have not advertised any open reservations

The service is good and the quality of the food is good. My only criticism is that the selection is very limited for a "brunch". This was more of a breakfast. I would certainly return if I was looking for breakfast; not so much so for brunch.

We enjoyed a wonderful Mother's day brunch in the ball room. The buffet offered lots of choices from a variety of food groups. The staff was helpful and attentative to all of our needs. The family enjoyed this outing very much.

Mother's day 2017 was our, 1st time attending the annual Cassis brunch. There was something for everyone. From the healthy smoothies, seafood, traditional American/European, to the Mediterranean fair. I can't complain and more importantly my mother couldn't either. It was a lovely affair and I hope to make it a family tradition.

Went for brunch on Easter. Not a huge buffet like you would expect like in the past. Omelet bar, no carving stations, fruit was only strawberries, very disappointed in that. Service was beyond 5 star!

Very nice staff and excellent service. Some of the food was excellent, and some just OK. The restaurant itself, however, is in the basement. It looks at a beautiful waterfall, but you can't really see it through the ugly warehouse looking doors. The decor is old, tired and dark. Sad overall

We had a few minutes to grab a quick lunch between meetings and Cassis was a great choice. The server was very professional and very quick. We told him we needed to be out in a half hour, and he made that happen. I had the Tuna salad, and it exceeded my expectation. The bottom line for me is that this hotel restaurant was better than I thought it would be.

This was our third or maybe fourth Mothers Day brunch here. The food was good though a bit too cold even for a buffet, but the quality of the dishes was up to par. The live music is always a nice touch, though the usual team minus saxophone could have been substituted by Muzak and probably no one would have noticed. Service was maybe 90% what it should have been; nothing major, but did have to ask twice for a basic drink order. All told, we enjoyed it and would consider going back again next year. Except... We probably won't go back next year, though. $250 after tax and tip, even with child rates, is just too much for the overall package. There are certainly more competitive deals to be had.

I took my mother here for the Mother's Day brunch. It was very nice. Although it was busy upon arrival, the seating was handled in a very orderly manner as everyone present had reservations. We plan to return next year.

My coffee was only refilled after two requests (should be none). Table was never cleaned after courses (dishes and glasses piled up, when I requested them to be removed, server still left some behind). Maybe it was because was Mother's Day brunch and they were busy, but service was not that great overall. Brunch food was good.

First time at this restaurant. Except for the two of us, the place was completely empty, so the service was pretty good since the servers had nothing else to do. The food was pretty good as well. However, this restaurant could use a facelift or at least a thorough cleaning. Was expecting a much more upscale experience at the Grand Hyatt.

The food was good. Juice was pricey, but I guess this is normal when eating out. Cassis has a view of the Hyatt's waterfall and garden, which is nice.

I made a reservation for this restaurant for Valentine's Day morning. When I arrived they didn't ask if I had a reservation. Which I thought made my date feel like I had nothing planned. This restaurant is also in a hotel so a lot of people were coming down in there pajamas. The food was ok just not a date spot.

It is crazy that they charged me for parking there at hotel valet price when I was there for a business lunch meeting in their restaurant. There are lot better places around there for better lunch and don't have to pay for parking on top of high buckhead restaurant prices.

We had Christmas dinner here because we were staying at the hotel. They served a prime rib which was okay and sides that were palettable, but not great. It was terribly overpriced for what it was. We were not impressed. The service was superb, though.

My stay at the Grand Hyatt in Buckhead was amazing and the Cassis was nothing short of amazing. The breakfast buffet was yummy and the staff was friendly and attentive. I will be staying again and I will be eating at Cassis at the Grand Hyatt again!!

I amazed this place is not more popular. It seems to be a well kept secret and maybe I should be quiet so it stays that way. Nice atmosphere, excellent service, great food, cant ask for more. Keep it up and dont advertise too much!

We chose this mother's day brunch due to jazz entertainment. Could not be more disappointed as the ensemble was in the buffet area over 75 yards away.heard only when getting food. Paid more for entertainment....but didn't hear ensemble at all from our cubby room. They should have had speakers in seatong area. A lot of yummy $30 offers out there for moms day....that's what we will do next year.

Very overpriced. Poor signage on stations. Service at table for coffee or juice was atrocious. Had a couple of older folks w walkers would have been nice if they had a roving waitperson to help. Had to make separate trips to accommodate getting their plate. Again for the price compared to other fine venues would choose someplace else

First time to the Hyatt, wanted to try one of the premium brunches for Easter and Cassis was the one. The table was ready on time with no wait, staff exceptional. The best for us was the cheese and charcuterie station....all except one cheese comes from regional, small farmers. Executive Chef Thomas McKeown was on-hand to explain the various selections. Each station was manned by the cooking staff, salad station, sushi oyster and smoked salmon; a craving station, with lamb and filet; fresh fruit smoothie station/fresh fruit plates. Of course you had breads, pastries, waffles, made to order eggs and all the breakfast trimmings. Bottom line, a family meal with an experience of some new, exciting foods; all exceptionally done.

This was our third year dining for Thanksgiving. The service has always been impeccable. We like the ambience. It is serene with a beautiful view of the waterfall in the patio. The culinary presentation is beautiful and the food is very good. We have always enjoyed a delightful experience in dining here.

I went to Cassis for Mothers Day Brunch and I just was not excited from the moment we walked in. I walked in and it looked very banquet like. No ambiance. The food was ok. The champagne in my cranberry mimosa was of a horrible quality. There were several other places I could have gone for the price and would have enjoyed them. I will not return to Cassis.
