   First, we were sat with no menus. Our server was great and gave excellent service but everything else was horrible. We got sat at 6:30 and didn’t even get our food until close to 8:30. Other people that arrived after us had been served and left the restaurant. When we finally got our food, one entree was cooked incorrectly and another wasn’t the right item. Our server was very apologetic and did his best to help us but we spoke to a manager to let her know what happened. She was receptive and explained why and also took full responsibility. She adjusted our bill for all the problems we had. Not sure if we will go back and just surprised at the low quality of service.

   The kitchen was so slow that we nearly missed our show. The waiter was also assigned to many tables so everything was slow, to get our drinks, to get our wine, to get our food…the only thing that wasn’t was our check because we insisted it be deliver with our desert. It was 2 hr & 15 by the time we left, and didn’t even get to eat all our food because we were so rushed….

   Great service, food was delicious. The noise, ambience, and price tag make it not worth it to us. There are plenty of other places with fantastic food and service that are nicer and more reasonably priced.

   We ordered Scallops and Risotto and my wife ordered the chicken!it took the kit hen about 45 minutes for our food to come out, and that was after the waiter had to go back and check on it and he was not sure what was taking so long! I also ordered a second glass of wine and that took about 15 minutes for it to arrive! Loren was our waiter and was very polite and caring!

    Once again CP did not disappoint us! Service was phenomenal food was excellent.  Donovan who was our server this time visit was superb , very knowledgeable and let us enjoy and take our time with our evening as we ate dinner.

    I would not recommend this restaurant it’s overpriced. The food was salty. My chicken was dry. My kids fries were way over done. For the amount of price I should’ve gone to Western Village Steakhouse better service better food

    We had a wonderful experience with excellent service. Surprised how tough the filet mignon was-cooked to what we ordered, but both were not as good as expected. The rest of the meal was top notch.

    We had an amazing dinner for our when your anniversary with amazing service all around I went topped off the night for me. Was our waiter, bringing a song written on a piece of paper, and asked my husband or told my husband you have to sing us with me and they sing to me for our anniversary and if you know my husband, this is something he would never do and he did and it just made the most amazing experience especially for a one year anniversary

    We eat at Charlie Palmer's every time we stay at Grans Sierra. Last night's just wasn't one of the best. Service was good. Food was not to your standards. My wife's halibut was not cooked evenly (some hot, some warm). Had we not been headed to Dermot Kennedy concert, we would have sent it back or asked for a refund. The table next to us had an issue with their steak... so maybe the chef simply had an off night.

    Excellent dinner. The Kobe steak was superb and the oysters were fresh. Good selection of wine including an amazing late harvest zin we had after dinner. Our waiter/sommelier Erwin was a classic act! We had a small booth in back away from larger dining room. Perfect for a couple to enjoy a date night.

    Our dinner for four was very good. Lynn greeted us warmly and our table was ready at appointed time. Alberto? was excellent and very charming as our waiter. Good was very good to excellent. Thank you.

    I ordered the wagyu sirloin, and it was by far the worst steak I have ever had . almost too tough to cut and so salty. I couldn’t eat it.

    Two of the steaks that were ordered were over 1/3 fat! We had a reservation at 6:15pm and at 7:30pm we still didn't have our food. One of us ordered the chicken dish and it was overcooked and dry. The service was terrible!! We won't be going back.

    We were seated in the back room with only one a other couple, so we were out of the main dining room - that underwelmed out experience. Also the steak was tasty but cut too thin - you'd think for $81 bucks you'd get a steak better than the OUTBACK. Plus they took away the "insider menu" because of a show going on. My wife and I should have gone to the buffet instead!

    Under staffed for a sold out event! 2 empty money making wine glasses sitting for 30 mins! Fish was served raw and cold after sitting and waiting to be served. Side au gratin hard as a rock. Steak half raw. Will never go back. GM more interested in roaming the hotel restaurant’s than managing his own restaurant. Expensive disappointment never to repeat!!!

    As we sat at the table we waited to order as we studied the menu. Then when we decide on our dish we hoped it was going to be as good as the ambiance. The steaks and the fish surpassed all expectations, all. The sides are amazing even the creamed spinach was fantastic. It’s expensive but worth every bite.

    My expectation was for a modestly expensive, relatively subdued noise and lighting with a certain amount of sophistication and service. From the outside or entrance was acceptably dark. We were a small group celebrating a birthday for my wife, as noted in the reservation. We were seated next to a group of 6 men having a very boisterous post business meeting. Meanwhile a smaller table for three sat empty. The waitress arrived with a shirt that badly needed cleaning, although she was pleasant in a Dennys kind of way urged us to make decisions about wine and food. There would have to be some significant changes to motivate me to return. The rest of the hotel/casino experience was very good!
