    The service here was amazing. We shared the Cajun Ribeye and it was really good. The food is pricey but everything can be shared since the sides are great portions and most of the steaks are a good size.

    The food and drinks were great, but we were rushed out of our table so they could accommodate another party (we had only been there for an hour). They brought us our bill before we were finished, kept asking us if we needed anything else, then asked if we would move to the bar when we had about two sips left of our drinks. Very odd.

    Our Server was not pleasant and was rude not only to my husband but the table next to us. Seemed like she did not love her job or to serve or be asked simple questions about wine for example.

    Had a great dining experience. It was our first night in Chicago, and Chicago Cut had come highly recommended. The service was 10/10, some of the best I’ve ever had. The views from the patio of the river and skyline were incredible! Can’t wait to go back!

    We went here for Mother’s Day brunch. I was not impressed with the food. Too many items with pork as we don’t eat pork. The best item was the sliders, and cocktail shrimp, but other than that, not much to choose from. The broiled baby carrots-gross. The Brussels sprouts ended up having bacon in them, and there wasn’t another veggie choice other than the chopped salad-and even that wasn’t anything to write home about. Not enough veggie choices. I don’t recall even seeing fresh bread, no soup. We come to Chicago Cut often to eat dinner and it just didn’t have the same feel for the brunch. By the time I got to the omelette station, there were only two chefs and both were taken. The dessert options were just okay with 4 choices. It was very underwhelming. We were so disappointed, especially paying the price we paid for a family of six.

    We are very disappointed with the Mother’s Day brunch. It is absolutely my favorite place for lunch in the city and they just did a terrible job with Mother’s Day. I am really care all that much but my wife is very disappointing. They did not go above and beyond. Where the food was located there was no flowers. The ambience was terrible and the desert was just thrown in the bar area without any type of atmosphere.

    Tables were way too close together, I had an obnoxious group behind me that just keep jamming into my chair and we had nowhere to move. This took away from the experience making it uncomfortable to sit there the entire meal, which was a bit frustrating. Food was solid, but for that price tag to spend nearly $100 on a steak and have it over cooked is annoying (not worth sending back to wait while everyone else eats). Other than that, could tell it was a great cut of meat. And to get one piece of asparagus as a side split between 4, tiny side portions after split between 4… etc was kind of surprising. I think just bad timing / location in the restaurant, and could have been better. Our server was amazing though, and service was great!

    Very disappointed, we went here to celebrate me and my wife’s anniversary and they stuck us in a corner table where all the foot traffic was. The place was very loud I literally felt like I had to yell across the small table we were sitting on to have a conversation with my wife. Our waiter gave a great service but we kept getting bothers by other workers who kept coming clearing out our table even if we weren’t done with our food. I felt we were being rushed to get out. Definitely was a very bad experience. If you want to come feel like you were at a sports bar and being rushed to get out then u are at the right place but if you want something nice and romantic definitely don’t recommend this place at all

    Our waitress is wonderful, the food was absolutely delicious and exactly what we ordered. The wine was great too, the dry aging steak is much better than what we had in NYC. The another good thing is, the pricing is quite reasonable, definitely not overcharged place to dine in downtown Chicago, next to the River! Highly recommended the Michelin ***.

    The staff were amazing and so generous our waiter Brian went over and beyond for our special occasion always making sure we were ok and the food was delicious his knowledge about the drinks was amazing as well and his recommendations I will highly recommend this dining spot and will definitely eat here again
