   Have dined at Virginia venue and had a great time. Philly venue had 3-4 large parties Friday night and servers practically ignored smaller tables. Had to ask 3 different times and 3 different people to get food to table. Never saw half of the items on the menu. At $400.00 for a party of 4, I expect more. The Gauchos were more interested in their potential tips from large parties and management was ignorant to what was occurring.

    Our waiter Mikey did an excellent job!we had a party of 11 and he was extremly attentive to our every need. This was one of the best experiences we have had while dining here. This is not our first visit.

    Chima is always are go to date night restaurant. I was introduced to Chima in my early childhood and the ambiance as well as the food have been consistently perfect throughout the years. I introduced my boyfriend to Chima and now I can’t get him to go anywhere else.

    Since I recv’d an e-mail asking:A hair in my drink from bar. Kept quiet. Gauchos were almost non-existent! Had to ask waiter numerous times to get them for us. Then a hair attached to my coffee cup. Stayed quiet again not to upset my guests! I have been here before and enjoyed myself every time. Not this day. If you don’t have the staff, don’t over-book. Get the cooks some hair nets and tell the bartenders to rinse glasses!

    An excellent place to go for celebration; however, when we arrived, we waited over 20 mins for the servers to introduce themselves & everything we asked for would take forever to come, or we would have to ask any other servers that would be walking around

    Had a great and filling meal at Chima. Many cuts of meat, the salad bar was plentiful, drinks were delicious. Wasn’t busy mid week. Got seated right away(arrived 15 min early) and our waitress Rubia was amazing! Very attentive and informative and always checked in to make sure we had any cut of meat coming to our table and our drinks were always topped off. Will definitely come back again!

    Food was great, as usual. The service was not! I wasn't treated with warmness. The staff is really lacking as compared to prior visits. I was rushed during my dinner and they began removing all the food minutes after I was seated.
