My dinner was slightly under cooked and it arrived colder than I prefer. The flavours were terrific however. Our server was phenomenal and for that reason only I would recommend this location. The prices were a little high in my opinion and the area was far to dark

arrived at time of reservation and was seated immediately. Service was very attentive to the point where water glasses were never empty. Food came exactly as ordered. Food was well worth the time taken to get to the Chop. As well, the food was delicious. Would recommend this eating establishment.

I had asked for rare -med rare prime rib it came out more well done than I like, they were quick to replace it with a med rare piece. We really enjoyed our meal 😊

The place looks nice however both times we have been we were seated right across from the kitchen so you get a lot of kitchen noise and servers walking back and forty. Really ruins the ambiance when you are trying to celebrate an Anniversary. The food was great, that’s why we decided to try it again. Not sure if it is because of the Covid 19, the staff were pleasant but not overly welcoming.

As always our experience at Chop was above expectations! Not only was the food superb, but the staff went above and beyond to make our night out memorable. In addition, the extra precautions being taken for safety due to COVID by this location could be taught like a master class to all public establishments. Highly recommended!

Overall a very good experience. My prime rib was very tasty and tender. Think there was a misunderstanding of how my wife wanted her steak cooked as it was a well done versus medium well. Friends meals were spot on. The only thing was too bad the 'happy hour' drink promotion did not apply to the dining lounge; only the bar part of the restaurant where someone could also order a meal.

Very disappointed with our dinner tonight. The food was just average if not below average and the service was poor. We had to ask for cutlery, side plates, spoon to serve our sides with. Asked for pepper and we were given a pepper mill that was empty. Would have had more wine but our waiter was hard to find. He didn’t bother to refill glasses or ask if we wanted them filled or another beverage.
We have not been out much due to Covid 19 and had been looking forward to a nice meal with friends to celebrate their anniversary. We won’t go back!

Excellent set up since the relaunch of public eateries in the pandemic world. Our group of 6 had a room that was able to turned private by shutting the door. We didn't feel it necessary but the option is there. Host, server were all great. Most importantly the meals were homeruns. We left satisfied.

They asked us 3 times what was the occasion and each time I told them its our wedding anniversary. I thought they might do a small dessert but they didn't so I dont understand what was the point in asking.

3 out of 5 of us were sick within an hour of eating. Still sore stomach after three days. Waiter dropped hot plate in my hands knowing it was extremely hot without warning.

Was not told about the specials of the night, we had a great table but saw other diners using their phone light to read the menu as their table was very low lighting.

We have a daily drink feature as well as Happy Hour in our lounge, but no dinner specials if that's what you were looking for. It was so nice to get really good food again. Coming to The Chop House again was due to a friend who loves it there. Unfortunately a few years ago we continued to get not so good food and quit going there. But we definitely will return. It’s just across the highway from where we live. So very convenient.
