Great experience out with our friends for my husbands birthday. Great food, awesome service! Only problem we had was they changed their menu and took off the frizzled onions. They were my husband's favorite thing and this restaurant does them way better than the Keg but taking them off the menu will make us look elsewhere to eat.
We love Chop. Great foods, great servers and a very cool athmosphere, not too noisy either! Kids love it, too!

I was asked if we wanted water or sparkling water to drink when waitress first came to table. Nice choice. I thought as in other places I have been you would be given a choice with no charge. Not hear, $7.98 for a bottle. They should have mentioned that up front.

Great ambiance, reservation was perfect no waiting. Our server was excellent and attentive. 3 course meal was timed well and entree did have a little problem with luck warm potato and mix up on one veg but not serious. No rush to finish and really enjoyed our evening

We booked at table for 7 but only 6 chairs and place settings when we were shown our table. Drinks were served promptly but our order wasn’t taken until after we asked Manager to send our waitress back. One steak ordered medium rare was barely pink in the middle and sent back. My steak was overly salted, but I didn’t complain because at that point I was so hungry I was afraid of another long wait for food. Artisan salad I ordered had a bare drizzle of dressing and I could barely taste it.
Overall for the money I would NOT go back. Best thing I had there was a Cosmo.

Just as good as the Keg. Prime Rib was amazing but was ordered medium and came out rare. The apps were over priced and lacking. Overall excellent. Sirloin was perfectly cooked. Service was spot on even on New Years Eve.

From the warm welcome upon entering to the right mix of team members servicing the table, the efficiency and speed of delivery was matched only by the warm, professional, and courteous service by Anita.
I was impressed by the overall organization on New Year’s Eve. OpenTable suggested a 90 minute end-to-end service and it was just perfect and was accurate within a minute of paying the bill.

One member of our group has significant dietary issues, and she commented a few times that she’s never felt so taken care of at a restaurant as she did tonight.
Our server took her issues seriously, consulted with the chef, and even the manager came out to make sure everything was going to be ok for her.
I’d already enjoyed my previous experiences at Chop, but the attention to the food sensitivities was incredible. Thanks!

My drink had to be sent back twice because it was flat - NOT GOOD

My wife and I enjoyed a night out. The prime rib was done to perfection and the accompaniments were great as well. Had a nice glass of wine with dinner and dessert. Server and her trainee were attentive to our needs and were very professional. Overall a great night out.

The following day we received a communication informing us that we did not honour our reservations. Being a honourable person I must admit that I am somewhat taken with such a strong accusation because we were there.
Your receptionist was informed of our name when we arrived.
While making the reservations I asked them to seat us at a nice table for my wife and I were celebrating our 55th wedding anniversary. That did not happen.
Our server was very good and at the end of our supper she brought us a complimentary dessert.

The service was great. Considering that is a steakhouse, I thought the meat would have been cooked to my specs...but it was overcooked. The server took it back with no fuss. Overall, it was fine, but overpriced for the food. Again...service was very good.

Anniversary Dinner chose Chop Steakhouse based on past reviews and we were not disappointed. Booked reservation on line, greeted as we walked in the premise. Seated promptly. Jenny our waitress was attentive and professional throughout our dining experience. At the end of the meal Chop Steakhouse provided us with a great anniversary desert. Steaks very nicely done and cooked to perfection.

We went for my husband's birthday. He said the prime rib was amazing. There were five of us and while mine was about what I expected everyone else seemed to enjoy there food tremendously. We would go back.

Unfortunately I was disappointed with my meal on this occasion. I have been several times before and really enjoyed my experience. My steak was undercooked as I ordered it medium and most of it was rare and over salted. The sauce for the steak oscar was also very salty. However. The service from Milo was exceptional!!

Back with my wife after a not as good experience ( food wise) a month or so ago , glad to say that we weren’t disappointed and it appears like the complaint I provided last time has worked and Andrew did in-fact make the necessary adjustments to turn things around .
