    Food was not as expected. Smaller portion than usual. Taste was different (guessing a different chef was working). We asked for umbrella for shade on the patio. It took about 15mins and we still didn't get shad. Server was very nice.

    Great service. Chose to sit on the patio but due to the end of the summer season bringing more bees than usual, we were happily relocated inside to continue dining comfortably.

    Our server Julia was extremely friendly and took extra care for our needs especially since my grandson can only have gluten free food and would double check with the chef to make sure that his meal was gluten free. The steaks were cooked have specified and was very tasty.

    It was bit loud, perhaps the section I was seated in which included the bar. Next time I will ask for the quietest place possible. I watched the TV monitors as I was dining alone, they helped pass the time. Food was delicious!

    I absolutely loved my experience here. We went there for dinner on my husband’s birthday yesterday since he is a steak fan. I never liked steak before, but man did they change that. I’m in love with their steak and jacket potato. The ambience, decor, service, food, everything was top-notch. The night ended with a sweet birthday treat. Highly recommended! ♥️

    The service was great. The only food complaint  would be the prime rib. I normally order it medium rare at the Keg..but that was not an option could only get medium. I found the meat to be bland, the gravy it was covered in ..didn’t seem to give it much flavour. So the Keg is my go to for Prime Rib. However the lemon crème brûlée for dessert was amazing and took away some of the disappointment.

    We dined al fresco on a beautiful summer evening. Taylor provided excellent service being warm, knowledgeable and attentive. We enjoyed the halibut special, a perfect New York steak and great wines by the glass. Thanks to Justin and team for a perfect evening.

    Loved everything about your restaurant! We have been going to various Keg restaurants when we are in Canada and your place was a really nice change of pace. We will definitely be back on another trip. Good luck to Emily who was in training with Sean!

    Amir provided absolutely stellar service, although we couldn’t seem to get him to dance for us. In his defence though, he did have other tables to get to. In all seriousness though, he was able to keep up a joking dialogue with our silly table while still providing much appreciated insight into what we could expect from each menu item we were considering, with unparalleled confidence in his answer to our every question, never once needing us to repeat a thing, even keeping up as I changed my mind probably about four times. The California red he recommended made for a fantastic accompaniment to my filet mignon as well. Before he completely outshines his peers in my review, I should also mention that every other employee we interacted with was superbly professional and friendly.

    Food consistency is all over the place all the time at Chop. The short rib bites (not sure what they are called) was overcooked, and the Ahi Tuna Tataki didn't taste fresh, and the sauce didn't have any flavour.

    Food was great but our server forgot so many items. We had to ask for multiple times for the same things. 3 times for water. We got our coffee after dinner and waited over 45min after that for the dessert to come for it to be wrong and waited another 15min for it to come back which we didn’t even want it anymore.
