Have been at Chop a number of times and food, service, etc has always been great. My husband was looking forward to a steak last evening and ordered a filet. He was disappointed when our sever came back and told him not only had they ran out of filet, but ribeye (his second choice) as well. He ordered the pistachio crusted cod and did not enjoy it at all. We found it odd that a steakhouse would run out of steak.

My friend and I both ordered the New York and they were perfectly cooked. Very enjoyable experience with friendly staff. The capers on the Caesar salad were a nice touch of flavour. We will be back!

Our server came by just enough to ensure we had what we needed. The food and service was excellent. I had the bone-in New York Steak (new feature) and it was delicious. I ordered it M-R Chicago Style and I could not have cooked it better myself. My dinner guests also had steaks and thoroughly enjoyed them . I would recommend Chop Regina as a great spot for a business dinner, date night or in the lounge for drinks and appies with friends.

The beet salad with added chicken was amazing! The only negative was the beets were pickled which I didn’t expect. The flourless chocolate dessert was divine. The pineapple dessert was very good as well. Service was excellent.

This is our family place to go for anniversaries, and birthdays. The service is excellent, and both the waiters and cooks are very - very careful with adjustments to the menu for special dietary requirements. Their children's portions are just right, and much appreciated by our grandchildren.

We had a wonderful evening. Everyone really enjoyed their meals. Our steaks were cooked to perfection and every Chop staff member was welcoming and professional. Our waitress, Laila was helpful, efficient and friendly. I’d highly recommend Chop Steakhouse to friends and family! Thanks for a great start to a fun evening out with nursing colleagues!

We haven’t been to Chop for a long time and we were looking forward to it tonight. We had a reservation for 5pm and there were two other tables. We waited for about half an hour to get our food, which wasn’t too bad. Our server was good at that time, he came checked on us few times. The Chop burger my husband had was super tasty - definitely one of the best burgers in town! The Crab cakes I had were a bit overcooked but eatable. However, the beef Bao I had was really weird. I thought they would be warm buns but they were cold and dry. The beef was not like normal beef or anything similar, it tasted like undried pork floss. Definitely wouldn’t order it again. We finished our supper just before 6pm and our server came took our plates. Then he just disappeared and didn’t come back until 6:22pm. Then it took another 15 minutes for the cheesecake to come. The waiting time was really long but it wasn’t that busy especially we came for an early supper to avoid the crowds. Not a pleasant experience as we didn’t plan to spend almost two hours for a supper.

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. It was our first time visiting so we were offered a free appetizer that was brought out by the manager along with some pleasant conversation. The food was well presented, well cooked and tasty - miso salmon and seared scallops - and we will be back again.
