The initial greeting was shaky, not super coordinated by the hostess but we got to our table eventually. The server was great although she added blue cheese to my steak when I never asked for that. The appetizer was outstanding however the rib steak was just ok. Where was my bone? 13oz I highly doubt it. Cook was med I asked for med rare of course. Wines selection was fair but pricy. Overall ok but didn't get what you pay for.

We really enjoyed our time here. Celebrating my sister’s birthday made it even more special for her. A waitress & all the other staff were exceptional! And the food, delicious, something I haven’t experienced in any restaurants in Canada lately.

I’ve been here many times and this was the first time in a while I found our service was a little slow and not very attentive I also found a dip I ordered to be cold and a bun that was on to be very dry so I don’t think it’s something I would order again. My business guests also weren’t that impressed

One of the more disappointing meals we have had at Chop. Was dining for Mothers Day with a party of four. Service was slow as it was busy (which was expected), steak was cold and after asking to have it warmed up came back cold and was just chewy and unappetizing. Had to ask twice for utensils to eat dessert with and waited half an hour for our bill. The manager was nice enough to comp desserts and wine however overall quality of food was disappointing. This used to be our number one steak house for family dinners and celebrations however will be trying somewhere else next time.

Never fail! Airport Chop is the most consistent with delivering service and quality at the highest level! Don’t waste time at the other airport restaurants, if you want great food, service and a great place to hangout go here! Best managed restaurant in town!!

Great service, excellent food. Steak was cooked perfect and loved the vegetable pairings. Cauliflower rice was also delicious and a much healthier option. Very glad we decided to go here. We'll be back for sure!

The service we received from the moment we walked into the door was amazing. We had Daniel as a server. He was knowledgeable, friendly and did his job extremely well. We were a group of 6 and our meals arrived all at the same time, cooked to perfection. The food did not disappoint. If you are looking for an amazing steakhouse, Chop is where it's at.

Nice steakhouse! Cool looking building and the ambiance inside is nice. Sort of dark, modern, lots of wood and metal… pretty neat. The food was fantastic and our server was too. And since it was our first time there, (a table of 6) the manager brought out a free individual appetizer for all of us… a nice touch.

My husband and I are regular clients of Chop Airport location especially during pandemic when there were only outdoor dining. We love the patio with the big warm fireplace. Unfortunately, our experience of our dining experience here took a dive tonight. Our hostess took us to a table in the Bar, when I said I book dining room, she abruptly said, “you want to wait?” I ask how long is the wait? She said I don’t know and turn around to leave. I call her back and said I want to speak to a manager, then she took us to a table in dining room. I saw there were 3 vacant tables where she could have seated us but chosen not to for no reason. The manager, Peter, came to to us and we told him what happened and said we want an apology from the hostess. She came to say sorry but she defended herself by saying we misunderstood her, then she walked away. When we ask for our bill, the waitress said Peter waived our 3 drinks as a way of making up. But we’re still very upset as how we were being treated by the disrespectful hostess! We’re so disappointed and may not be going back to the restaurant!
