Chop was created for people who love sharing, connecting and everything steak. We are proud to offer a menu that shares our commitment to sustainable beef sourcing, serving high-quality cuts of 100% Canadian beef. It isn’t just the meat that’s special – it’s also how we cook it. Our Montague broiler cooks at up to 1800 °F, giving a beautiful crust and flavour to every steak! We slow roast our prime rib in a humidity-controlled oven, keeping it mouth-watering and tender. And we put this level of care into each of our hand-crafted drinks, and from-scratch dishes, including plant-based and seafood options, with something for everyone to enjoy. All of this quality comes with friendly hospitality in warm and energetic rooms. Open for lunch, happy hour, dinner and late-night!

    Fabulous food & service! Manager gave us complimentary amuse bouche of Ahi Tuna Tataki (delish!) Server was super attentive & friendly. Steaks were cooked to perfect medium-rare. Sides were yummy & desserts were perfect size to end the meal. We will be back!

    We chose to eat in the lounge because it was quieter and less crowded. We both had the 7 oz. steak and baked potatoes. Our steaks were prepared to perfection and baked potatoes were as well. Our waitress was attentive but not intrusive. The cocktails were delicious. We will certainly be returning!

    Food was good, lots of servers/employees but some long lulls between server interactions. Went for dinner on dining side and music way too loud for dining room, had trouble hearing one another in party of four. Can understand music playing loud on bar side but on dining side takes away from dining experience. Just too loud for conversations.

    Was very pleased again with chop. Steak bites perfect and so was the filet veggies n side shrimp also thumbs up. Solid value for money spent. All staff were also spot on. Kudos to all!

    Was a great evening with good company and great food for a birthday dinner. We were promptly seated and orders taken. The service at the end was a bit slow only because there were a few bigger groups that our server had to take care of besides us, but honestly nothing to complain about. Food and drinks were great so that was very satisfying and can’t wait to be back!! Chop always is top notch!!
