Everything was good but my steak was over cooked. I rarely eat beef so I save it for a special occasion so too bad. They removed if from the bill so the service was 5/5 but it ruined a good meal.

Great place to eat for Mother’s Day or similar, but seafood was underwhelming. We had scallops, supposedly from Japan! Taste was different than Canadian variety. Same applies to salmon dish.

My mother and I went to Chop West for Mother’s Day. I have been many times, but it was my Mothers first time. She really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere, but especially the friendly staff. As an added bonus, Chop gave her a free glass of Prosecco and a plant as a gift. She was very impressed and said she wants to go back soon! WY to go Chop!

Tried the new Steak masters menu, it was fabulous! The Smoked Sirloin Picanha made with chimichurri, was done to perfection and the flavour was incredible. Staff are very attentive and make your dining experience exceptional.

From the moment you walk in the door you know this is not your average eatery. Take your time and you will enjoy the experience. The food was very delicious and mostly prepared properly. The service was excellent and not overbearing. A great place to enjoy a night out for food and drinks.

We were at the restaurant 2 months ago and commented on the service and presentation inconsistency. The manager responded immediately and asked that I contact her to let her know when I was returning. I decided not to let her know of yesterday's reservation as I wanted to experience if there were any improvements. Most of our party of 6 arrived before noon. At 12:40 we had our meal orders taken and didn't receive our food until just about 1:30. By the time we were finished, lunch had taken nearly two hours. Our server was very diligent in refilling our sodas but did not inform us of the lateness of our order preparation until about 5 minutes before receiving our meals. Overall, we were very disappointed with the service and will be hard-pressed to return.

The drinks were good, the shrimp entree was extremely delicious, but the steak entree was not cooked to the requested level. The filet mignon was overbooked and then undercooked. The New York strip loin was undercooked. Potatoes and veggies were good. The restaurant did try to make it right but when steak is your game expectations are set to a certain level.
