We have visited this establishment several times and unfortunately this time things weren’t up to par. The steal arrived cold and both of us thought it was tough. I hate sending things back, but we did. Unfortunately the second one wasn’t much better. Serve was just okay and not up to the usual. Sorry to have to report this.

I compare this steak to Ruth’s Chris. It was one of the best steaks we have ever eaten. Food, service, to atmosphere was excellent. Ww will eat again next time we are in town.

We had an amazing experience at chophouse. I’ll start by saying that the place was packed! We waited 45 minutes to be seated. This was no fault of the restaurant, the patrons which preceded us paid their bill and camped out at the table for an additional 40 minutes. The manager however went above and beyond to make up for it. Minutes after being seated plates of appetizers appeared at the table (which were amazing). Jenny even personally grabbed us an excellent bottle of wine which was far nicer than the one we were eying. Overall our experience was excellent. Few establishments go to these lengths, hospitality is a dying art but it is alive and well at Chophouse.

They overbooked so we waited 30min past our reservation time. It seems like they added tables in because we were touching elbows with the table next to us. The steak plates were so small we couldn’t fit the sides on the same plate. Food was great! But just felt very rushed. Not my style for the price point.

Let's start by acknowledging that Team Chophouse is undoubtedly the best at accommodating its guests. We were running about five minutes late due to traffic but called ahead, and the hostess assured us that it would be okay. She mentioned she would see us soon. Upon arrival, we pulled up to the front door and were greeted by the valet attendant who efficiently took our keys. We were promptly inside the door, and the hostess warmly greeted us, ensuring we were seated immediately. There was no hesitation or bewildered looks, even on a busy holiday – just a direct escort to our table. Jordan, our server, introduced himself and initiated the proverbial water service. He informed us that he would return shortly to take our drink order. From that initial interaction, everything proceeded without a hitch. Jordan was exceptional, and the entire staff demonstrated professionalism and attentiveness. Jordan skillfully explained the menu, and the "non-traditional wedge" turned out to be the best I've had in this city. The prime filet was exquisite, practically melting in my mouth. If anyone holds the secret to their mushrooms and onions, I would appreciate it if you could share the recipe. Growing up on Key Lime Pie, I must say that theirs surpassed all others in town. I extend my gratitude to the staff for their kindness on a holiday, creating a welcoming atmosphere for friends and family. I will certainly be back. My hats off to you, Team Chophouse. Thanks again for a memorable experience.

I decided to treat myself for my birthday and was not disappointed! This was our first time at a steakhouse and our server was explained the different cuts of meat very well. My partner and I ordered the center cut fillet of ribeye and shared the grilled asparagus along with loaded baked potato. I had the crab bisque as an appetizer. Everything was delicious!

It’s our 2nd year celebrating my birthday there and I plan to continue the tradition. It’s that good! Y’all if you’re looking for a truly magical food/entertainment experience please visit the Chop House. You will not be disappointed! My birthday dinner could but have been more perfect. From the elegant dining room, incredible food, attentive wait staff (Like really attentive, I never had to ask for a refill, etc.), fantastic live music, and to top it off the singer came to my table to sing me happy birthday in his “Marilyn Monroe” (his words lol) rendition. It was the perfect end to my perfect night and I left with a crazy, full stomach, in a crazy happy mood, and a crazy big smile. I cannot wait til next year🤗☺️😉

Our group of six are rabid steak lovers. We came from Tyler TX just for dinner. Our expectations were exceeded! The steaks along with the seafood platter made a wonderful combination. Had an initial delay on our table reservation when we arrived, but the staff put in extra effort for our group that made everyone in our party quite happy. We had a delicious meal with top-notch service. A nice steakhouse experience worth the wait. The Delmonico steaks were cooked perfectly to order and delicious. Try the bacon appetizer for a real treat, and the Lyonaisse potatotes are a standout. Pro tip: get a piece of the chocolate cake for dessert for the table, it feeds 6 easily.
