Fabulous cuisine, great ambiance and reasonably priced for the high quality and great service...
The food and service were awesome..I was there celebrating my honey's 61st Birthday
Great, as usual. But it does get noisy.
We went here for my birthday and were very pleased with both the service and the food quality. Most of us had not been here before but had seen good reviews. They were accurate. We had various appetizers, and then fish, lamb, and pasta dishes. All were excellent. The waitress was very attentive also. And my lemon cake dessert was divine. I would definitely come here again and recommend to others.
We had a reservation and were seated immediatley. The waitress was attentive. The food was delicious. We were not rushed and spent a lovely 2.5 hours with old friends.
Food is always delicious and well-prepared . . . service is great . . . it's a great "comfort food" place!
Great and good is super
Excellent service and atmosphere. We had our Christmas party in the new year here and everyone had a great meal and tasty martinis. Thank you
The food was fantastic, and the service was even better! A very enjoyable experience.
Arrived 15 minutes early for my 630 reservation and was seated right away. I believe our server was Charlotte she was great. We ordered 2 appetizers and dinner and everything was coursed perfectly. If I had one critique would be to boost your caesar dressing, it did not have much flavor.
Superb restaurant. Great atmosphere, sevice and great tasting food. What more can you ask for?
Everything was great but just disappointed in finding a piece of plastic in one of the meals. They should’ve not charged us for that meal but instead they gave us one free dessert. So I don’t think that was taken care of th right way.
Our overall experience was good although it was a little difficult to hold a conversation with more then one or two friends at our table for8.Food was great and not as pricey as expected.
We had a very enjoyable meal. It was just so very noisy it was difficult to hear others at our small table of 4. We are coming once again on Saturday....and hope for a lower noise level...
Impeccable service; Server was the best, very accommodating; beautifully decorated for Christmas; food was served to perfection. What else can I say.
We were a party of 11 red hatters and everyone was well satisfied with everything.
Thank you so much!
We had a terrific meal, I had the Pasta with Chicken and it was a large order (I ate it for lunch the next day) and it was delicious. My husband got his favorite the Squash Ravioli and we both got the Gorgonzola salad which was so good. Service was excellent. We were with a group and we stayed chatting an visiting for 3 hours. Great evening out!
This is the second time we have had our office Christmas dinner at Ciao Amichi's, and we enjoyed it both times. Great for 2 people as well as a dozen. They have a wide selections of food that should appeal to every taste. Their staff is very professional and atmosphere very nice. I highly recommend it.
The food is consistently very good and I love the decorated interior. In the summer I love to sit outside and have appetizers and cocktails and people watch. It is one of the few restaurants in Brighton where the conversation is more subdued and enjoyable. Service is attentive but not overly so. All in all it is consistently an enjoyable dining experience!
Nick and the team always do a
I was happy that my leftovers were packaged for me. I was pleasantly surprised that the bag for the leftovers was a recyclable brown bag, but that made me very disappointed to find that the leftover container was Styrofoam...yuck for my food And the environment. Styrofoam does not decompose. Anything that does not break down is not good for our bodies or the earth, as both are just big recycling units. So, to me, it seems that the restaurant is aware of respecting the earth, but has chosen to only do half the right thing, which seems worse than being clueless about it. On top of this, the leftover gnocchi was actually glued to the styrofoam container after being refrigerated. I definitely don’t want styrofoam in my body. I know it is possible to use conscious, earth friendly products for takeout bags and containers, and much more. I like to support the places that are making these changes, regardless of the price. This restaurant is definitely in the price range that should be making a complete effort.
Excellent as always!!!! Nick is the best
Food was good. Our waitress seemed disinterested in waiting on us.
We celebrated our anniversary at Ciao Amici’s on 11/17. It was a busy night downtown Brighton with Holiday Glow event. We had a wonderful dinner of Lamb Shank, Chicken Piccata, Meatball appetizer, salad and soup. Drinks (Dirty Martinis) were wonderful. Daryl (Darryl) our server was excellent and very attentive. For such a busy night - we received wonderful attention and a great high backed booth which lent to a bit more privacy.
As always we LOVE the food at Ciao Amici’s and enjoyed celebrating our 39th in a great way in Downtown Brighton.
The only fault I could find was with th salad. Bagged greens and not enough dressing. My main course (walleye) was exquisite.
The service and the food were both fantastic.
Service was fast, waitress was very attentive, and food tasted great.
Went for our 30th Anniversary dinner and was hoping for something special but the experience fell flat. our waitress was dragging around a trainee which wasn't the end of the world, but we kept getting things in a hap-hazard manner. The bottle of wine showed up but no glasses. We got warm bread (which I love) but no dipping oil. I wanted the lamb but got talked into a steak, which came under-cooked. All-in-all it wasn't horrible but it wasn't great, and I was hoping for great
I made a reservation and requested seating a bit more secluded as our 'girl's night' group can get a bit 'enthusiastic'. That request was accommodated and our server was beyond outstanding. There were only a couple of minor complaints with the found, one being that the spaghetti I ordered was not very flavorful. One other thing, an item on your online menu that I planned on ordering (meat filled ravioli) wasn't available. That said, I've been to Ciao Amici's before and will continue to recommend it highly.
Great food, creative drinks and very friendly wait staff. Manager stopped by to ask us if we were enjoying our food.
Too expensive for what you get. Felt like our waitress was patronizing & very aggressively upselling us. I fully appreciate the prefrontal way of upselling. But, she was too aggressive & had an attitude when we declined. I still tipped her 30% because I’m a class act but with a bill over $100 I felt like the value wasn’t there. Instead of nickel & dining me, a business like yours needs to learn how to build long term relationships with customers like me. If the service was a bit different I’d easily be coming back every week spending $60-$80. So, it’s just crucial.
The service was nice, but the staff only had knowledge on the specials. The fish was over cooked, and taste of the pasta was drowned out by the amount of butter the drenched in top. The lighting was perfect, and the crowd was professional.
Overall a great experience and tremendous service in food would highly recommend to any one of my friends or family members!
Always a pleasure eating here. Excellent menu, flavorful foods, impeccable service.
We were a group of 10 and the service was fantastic. Food came out quickly, server was attentive and engaging and the food was tasty. Would recommend for large groups as a spacious, friendly, fun, affordable location with plenty of food options.
Katie was a fantastic waitress. Engaging and sweet. We had a great experience. Request Katie 💕
Excellent service and good!
We are never diappointed with our meals. Excellent menu. Food is always delicious. We and our friends have been very impressed with the generous food portions.
Always a great experience with wonderful meals. Can't miss!
This celebration fell a little short of expectations. Our waitress was knowledgeable and attentive, but not lively. There was ONE server for our group of eight. Our food was just fair and two of the eight meals had to be sent back. One had cheese on it and was ordered without, as the person is allergic to dairy products. The second dinner was served with mushrooms, but not described in menu as having mushrooms. Had to be sent back as person does not like mushrooms. I had perch, which I have had several times here and it has always been good. It tasted like rubber and the bottom skin stayed on the plate. Did not finish and I threw out what I took home. My husband said his meat was good, but very fatty. I think the others just did not want to mention how their food was, so as not to disappoint us. We were located in the back area away from the site of main room and crowd. I had mentioned in my reservation that I would like to be placed in a similar spot to our last party celebration, a year ago, which was up front. That celebration was fantastic. We had two lively servers, sat up front by the door, all the food was very good. Our table was nicely set both times. This last evening just fell a little short and when you spend over $300 plus corkage for three bottles of wine, I just expected it to be a little nicer. I have eaten at Cia's many times over many years. This was the first let down.
We were there for a special occasion. Everyone enjoyed the food and, because there wasn't a lot of background noise, we could hear each other and, therefore, enjoy each other's company. Will definitely go back.
