   This is the best Italian restaurant north of 86th street. Tremendous value for the exceptional service and the ambience is moderate noise. Great decoration and lighting. While also giving a personal and warm touch. I will be coming back again soon.

   Loves the cute and quaint spot! Ordered the bolognese and it was delicious! Pasta is so fresh. Also order the chocolate soufflé and was the best ending to a night out with my girlfriend!

   We had not dined there for over 9 months after a terrible experience, but decided to give them another try and we're glad we did. The food continues to be very good - we love the cauliflower appetizer and the penne a la vodka. We also enjoyed the beet salad and the angliotti. And the desserts (chocolate souffle and tiramisu) were both outstanding! The service was definitely improved from our last visit, but still a bit uneven. While everyone is friendly, we had to ask a few times to get bread, and some of the timing from the kitchen and the servers seemed off. At least this time they acknowledged it and made some accommodation for the inconveniences, which was very much appreciated.

   Last night I dined with my friend. She ordered the fish and I ordered the bolognese. My bowl was filled so much that I couldn't eat it all. Half the portion would have been enough. But it sure was delicious. Thank you.

   Excellent service. Our waiter, Carlos, was prompt when we asked for something and kept checking on us on a regular basis. The food was great. The short beef raviolis were outstanding. We ordered them again to take home. The risotto was very tasty, not too much cheese. The mushroom appetizer was also delicious. The only negative was the noise level. People were really enjoying themselves! We will definitely go there again.

   We love eating at Cibo e Vino and eat here weekly! Tonight we had the beet and burrata salads, roast chicken, pasta bolognese and risotto special. All were simply delicious!

    My cousins Ciara, Niamh, Ava and I all had a lovely dining experience at Cibo e Vino! We shared Penne Vodka, Steak Tartare, Roasted Cauliflower and Truffle fries. The food is delicious. The service was excellent! The ambiance is warm and inviting with a floral flair. The staff was very accommodating as my cousin Ciara was celebrating her birthday last night and they placed a candle on her Italian cheese cake and sang Happy Birthday in unison with us. Thanks you Cibo e Vino!

    I went on a date for lunch, I’ve been here for dinner before and loved it. The eggs Benedict was ok, noting too crazy, probably not worth the price. None the less perfect date spot with good food

    Things started out well, attention to the table but the whole party was not present. Once they were return service to the table was unacceptably infrequent. Too much having to find/flag down the server. Finally orders taken explicitly and emphatically indicating serious GLUTEN/DAIRY allergies. And yet, the burger came out with cheese and the other entree came with gluten; completely the wrong item! What was also very disappointing for this caliber and price point of restaurant, was the auctioning of the food; “who got the this; who got the that.” Deeply disappointed. And the WAIT for the food to come out was too long. And it initially came out in segments instead of all at once. Then the last to arrive were of course the two entrees with mistakes that had to be sent back. Finally to top it off, the bill arrives to reflect 2 BOTTLES of Prosecco instead if 2 glasses that were actually ordered. A total disappointment and utterly embarrassing. The restaurant wasn’t even that busy. You all need to do sooooo much better, as even the local diner’s service is superior.

    What a beautifull place, lovely ambience simply beautifull. Everything was just perfect, there was a rose and a candle on rvery table. The food cane quick and was delicious, the service was on point. A true gem on the upper west, a place worth visiting.

    Panzanella are a very classic plate made with soaked bread. Unfortunately, that is not what we got. Instead, we were sent hard croutons, very similar the ones you can buy at grocery shopping. We also ordered soup of the day that supposed to be potato and leek. It was good, but I could not taste leek at all. So I can say that was a regular soup like I cook at home. Nothing special. Dessert was also disappointed. Again you can buy similar in any grocery. It was forgotten the entree with breads and olives. That one just came after our appetizer. Not a perfect time, right?!

    Went there with a friend for Restaurant Week. The Prix Fixe offering was great. The portions were very generous and the food was delicious. Ambience was warm and inviting and the service was spot on. We had a thoroughly enjoyable time and would definitely recommend this restaurant.

    We hosted a proposal celebration brunch for our daughter and future son-in-law and their 32 guests. Aleks and his staff did an amazing job to creature a beautiful atmosphere, plan a diverse menu to meet everyone's dietary needs and to provide outstanding waiter service throughout the event. Plus, the food was delicious and plentiful! If you are planning a proposal in Central Park and would like to gather family and friends to celebrate with you, this jewel box of a restaurant has the sparkle you will need for your special day! 💍💜

    I love this place cute vibe good service nice waiters good food and perfect price. Although there’s one thing that always gets on my nerves I hate HATE the iPhone things instead of real checks. It brings the place down so much it’s feels gross, cheap, less beautiful feels like a Applebees. Please for the love of restaurants take it away we see phones all day I don’t want to see it over my pastas.

    I’ve dined at this local restaurant a number of times but only twice during the Covid era—once last summer for lunch and last night for dinner 6 PM by reservation with a friend visiting from Washington DC. Straight out our experience was degraded by excessive sound levels from the background music system. I asked our waiter to please turn down the sound level. No lreduction resulted. The sound levels actually increased. Frustrated I went to reception desk and again requested lower sound levels. By then my friend and I were contemplating paying our bill and leaving for another spot nearby. Shortly, a manager offered to move us outside to the Covid sidewalk enclosed shed that he said would br quieter because it is further from the loudspeakers in the main dining room. We moved. Initially it was quieter but sound levels gradually crept up as more patrons were seated. By this time we had ordered and in what seemed like a flash the entrees arrived (almost too quickly considering their complexity). Nevertheless, they were quite tasty and much better than the noisy ambience.
