   Staff and atmosphere 10/10 Prices 6/10 (for a broke university student) Food and drinks 9/10 Vegetarian and Vegan friendly (we were offered a veg and vegan menu right off the hop) Great atmosphere, fast service plus food, and friendly staff. A tad expensive, so I may not make this an every-month occasion (because of my personal budget) but for sure a great spot to go for a date night or special occasion. I got the margarita pizza and it reminded me of the authentic pizza I got in Europe. Very cheesy and the sauce was light and not too overpowering. Also tried the rosemary sour, super refreshing. Can't wait to go when the patio is open in the summer. Finding parking is a bit of a challenge but in the summer if you parked at the forks and walked to the restaurant, it would make a wonderful walk. I recommend parking in the impark parking lot on James ave, (every time we've parked there we haven't paid and never have gotten a ticket but risk it for the biscuit I guess).

   Beet and beef salad was yummy but you do need a nice piece of bread to complete plate. Smash Ed burger was very tasty!

   The food was crazy good. The combinations of flavours were really well thought out and it was a new food experience for me. The prices were very good for the quality of meals. Definitely going back my next visit in Winnipeg.

    Great view of the river, wonderful location, very nice.atomophere inside. Parking nearby can be a bit challenging but doable. Food is dependably good. Hearty propositions for lunch - good value.

    The restaurant is lovely, the staff are great and the food is delicious, but they mostly have chairs with arms that are uncomfortable for plus sized patrons.

    Cibo is a gorgeous little restaurant with amazing staff and delicious food. The ambiance is very inviting, warm and cozy while still being on the more upscale side (business casual dress code). Years ago, my husband and I had some impromptu engagements photos done here so it keeps a special place in our hearts. I’d love to see more vegetarian options on the menu with more plant-based protein but otherwise, I’m always happy to visit for a tasty meal and delicious bottle of wine.

    The service is great! Food and drinks are all good. The only issue is for parking. You have to look for parking on streets or parking lot which could be 5-7 minutes of walk from the venue. The overall experience was good!

    Cibo is very "chic" and "in." We were seated immediately with our reservation. Service was prompt and friendly. My "go to" dish is the beet and beef salad. It did not disappoint. My wife had a marguerita pizza, and took some home. Our friend devoured the burger and fries. There were no non-dairy dessert options for me, but the others enjoyed the chocolate cheese cake. A great meal after thr theater.

    The setting is lovely - beautiful brick, cozy space - and the walk to get there, through Waterfront Park, is refreshing. The food was delicious and service attentive and kind.

    During my experience I expected better. I booked a reservation few days prior to the date. When arriving to the restaurant it was less than half full yet the server sat us at the very first table by the front door and front desk. We felt like we didn’t get any privacy on top of feeling the cold air from being so close to the front door. I would understand if that was one of the few tables left but that was not the case. My partner and I order the bruschetta. It was soooo delicious. Love the option of getting three different combinations. I ordered the fried chicken sub. Was satisfied. It’s a big serving which makes u get what u payed for. My partner order the Carbonara. The sauce was lacking and serving wasn’t nearly as proportionate to the chicken sub. Overall it was a hit or miss but still good to experience once or twice in Winnipeg.
