The pizza was very good, but it arrived at the table below the expected temperature (just lukewarm, not hot). Maybe the waiters forgot it.
Service was very slow. Had to beg for someone to take my order. The second waiter (a lady) was better.
Amazing food, great social distancing procedures in place!
Great restaurant. We came back because this is where it all started. A little disappointed with the quality of food but as always, good restaurant..good food.
Food and service were great. Wine a little overpriced but overall very good!
Great service, great costumer service, great food! Thank you very much!
It was a nice place!! Ordered Lasagna! 👌🏻
Food was delicious and servers were very helpful and friendly.
Very good spot and good food, the manager provides a incredible customer service.
The food and service was fantastic. Nowhere was it called out that there was a time limit on dining neither at Open Table reservation nor by the Hostess. The Manager who delivered the message could have been more pleasant than “There is a lineup with people waiting”. I did not see that and there were people already there when I arrived and I’m not sure they left before me. We had a hefty bill so communication should gave been more appreciate.
Lovely atmosphere with great service and high end food!
Great service. Delicious food. Would recommend to for alfresco dining.
Cibo found a great way to adapt to the COVID crisis! Seating was great (albeit, some seats were literally on the road), but most importantly the service and food were incredible as usual. Food came especially quick (I guess due to the lowered capacity), and service was super attentive.
Good wine and pasta. Had better pizza. Wasn’t offered hand sanitizer when we sat which would've been nice. Overall an average-good experience.
We ordered salad and 2 meal. Salad was so soggy and dry! If your salad is not fresh you can not sell it. Workers was so nice but unfortunately had to tell him that change the salad. This bar ddoesn't a cheap place, If it were a poor quality place, it would have been our expectation.
Food was cold. Appetite was forgotten unfortunately and the shrimp paste was bland and has two kinds of shrimp. One with tails clearly cooked from raw the other clearly from
A previous day with no flavour.
Server (can’t recall his name) on Saturday July 18th at 5:00pm Reservation was great! Very friendly and accommodating. It was an enjoyable dining experience. Will be dining at Cibo again :)
Given the circumstances, it was pretty good. We had a high top table in the extended area on the road. Service was a little slow, it took us a while to get our order in, and at the end we spent about 15 mins trying to flag down our server to get our bill, however the interactions with the staff were friendly, professional and efficient. The focaccia And olives we started with Were fresh and flavourful, however my spouse and I agree it would have been nice to have the bread warm. We then moved on to sharing the orchiette and a pizza. They were both delicious, just a little cold. I could see the staff had a long way to travel to and from the kitchen, and I truly believe they were doing the best they could. I would want to return during normal service to get a better idea of the quality of food and service.
It was amazing.
I had Caesar salad and chicken Parmesan. Hubby had Mista salad and vegetariana pizza. We shared polenta fries with dip and grilled veggie appetizer.
Also a bottle of vollapacella superiore.
We sat on the patio and they made it so nice for us.
I’d have liked the waiters to check in a bit more frequently but great otherwise.
Food was delicious but cold. They were very focused on the delivery and pickup orders so the four tables outdoors were not the priority. Nice waitress though
Service was excellent ! The restaurant and staff made sure everyone was comfortable even with all covid measures in place
Staff was courteous and polite. Quite the enjoyable experience.
Amount of pasta is too small!
Food was good but I thought lobster ravioli was too small.
I had a nice time at Cibo Wine bar on Yonge street. Got a relatively last minute reservation on line on the same day. The table was right on the patio for 2. The food and drinks were superb and it was a very enjoyable evening! (despite the noise factor while dining out on Yonge street).
Some items in menu unavailable. Steak was good but could have been better. Salad for salmon did not taste good. Salmon was great. Dessert was delicious
Food was sandy
Gave us wrong meal
Very good Italian food and good service. Very nice wine selection and plenty of options all around. Our server, David, was polite and attentive. Would definitely recommend it to friends visiting Toronto.
Nadine was awesome ! Food was also awesome! Thank you.
I usually go to Yorkville location and this is one was not as good. The food was below average and over priced for quality
The food was absolutely terrible. The fried calamari tasted like it was premade and frozen....not fresh....it was suppose to come with a garlic mayo which actually tasted like tzatziki. The mushroom risotto was under cooked. The bruschetta was also terrible. It was burnt buttered baguette with some chopped tomatoes. We could not have gotten out of there faster. Never again.
This our go to restaurant. We love it.
I've been to Cibo on Yonge several times, this was the best experience yet. The staff were very friendly. We were served by a regular sever and his shadowing trainee. Both were respectful, attentive and informative. I tried a different dish and loved it!
Food was good. Service was a bit slow because they were short-staffed.
The food is good in quality but the portion sizes are extremely small. The food is around $25 a plate so I wish I would have not still been starving when I left there; we had to get another meal elsewhere afterwards. The service was extremely slow, even though the restaurant wasn’t busy. Would not go there again.
Very poor service on a special occasion. Extremely slow, did not bring special champagne ordered or special dessert, slow between courses, not apologetic for poor service when raised.
Honestly, a great place for dinner! We went for Winterlicious and everything was absolutely delicious! Would recommend the lamb to anyone that likes fall-off-the-bone, succulent meat! Drinks were also super reasonable and dessert was delightful!
I immensely enjoyed the ambiance and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. I would definitely recommend Cibo to a friend!
It was perfect!
The menu had great choices. The food was delicious. The chicken Parm was sooooo fresh and juicy-amazing! The creme brule was the best I ever had. Low key want to go back for more!
The staff were really attentive. My waiter was very intuned with what I wanted and let me sample a wine I was not sure about. I had booked here after another Winterlicious place cancelled my res. because I am physically unable to sit on a bar stool.
