It was a great dining experience again. I have taken my parents here for dinner and this time I took my parents friends who are visiting here for a nice fancy meal. It was a very enjoyable meal. Our server Larry was exceptionally friendly and helpful to recommend food for us. Thank you for a wonderful night!!

ya the pasta was absolutely amazing. The server went out of his way to make sure we had everything we wanted. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys Italian food.
Delicious. My husband and I had a wonderful meal with great service. Everything we ordered from appetizers to dessert came out perfectly prepared, including all of our personal requests. I do not eat gluten or most cheese. The staff had no trouble accommodating my allergies and made sure everything I ordered was safe. The menu is largely gluten free (with gf pasta substitutes). I highly recommend the squid appetizer and the bolognese (6 hr bolognese, like Marcela Hazan’s recipe). My husband loved the Parmesan soufflé appetizer and gnocchi entree. There is a wide variety of menu choices, including meat, fish, and half/whole portions of pasta. The staff was very attentive without rushing us. Looking forward to dinner here again!
Pretty frustrating- one couple celebrating their 30th anniversary and the other couple visiting from Ontario we hadn’t seen for years. Ordered drinks at the bar while waiting for the table. They weren’t ready by the time we were seated and then it took 15 min to flag down a server to get/bring us our now warn martinis. Moving forward, we had to again flag someone down to ask for the sommelier only to be told that she was busy with another client ... um ok!?
It felt to me as though they had accepted more guests than they were prepared to serve. Not an acceptable scenario at that price point

I loved my meal at CinCin! I sat at the bar as i didnt have a reservation. All of thecstaff eeregracious and welcoming. Great atmosphere and fantastic food. I had a pitato parmesan souffle which was perfectly prepared. So tasty! Confort food that is st the same time elegant. I had a phenomenal veal and pork with pancetta bolignese pasta that was very rich in flavor throughout every bite of pasta.I also ordered mezzuna stuffed with potatoes and parmesan in a oarmesan butter and cream sauce with hazelnuts and thought i died and went to heaven. And for desert 3 perfect chocolate, rasberry and passionfruit dcoops of housemade gellato. Loved this restaurant and definitely will go back!

Service was not up to top table standards tonight, however the beef cuts were presented perfectly.
Fabulous food and great drinks. Not seated on the patio but had a nice table near the corner. Restaurant was somewhat loud with people having fun! The smoked onion soup was like nothing I have ever tasted. We all sampled each other’s meals and there wasn’t one miss. We bought the cookbook! Would return here without hesitation.
Where to start, everything was truly above expectations. I’ve heard for years that gnocchis were little pillows of deliciousness, usually I find them to be more like mini perogies...not these , every bite was perfection! The servers recommended wines were just yummy, but every dish we had was so wonderful and the dessert something I never expected to experience on this continent.
Floating islands, a miracle of merengue, look it up!

The food was top notch and our waiter gave a great recommendation off the menu. The service staff was conversational and helpful in navigating the food and wine menus. Would definitely recommend CinCin for a date night or just an upscale dinner out on the town.

Absolutely. Never disappointed when dining at Cin Cin. This time our dinner experience was over the top.
The beet salad was an amazing starter. However, our main course which was the Arctic Char was the best we have ever had. The combination of the Char, mashed potatoes, grilled fennel, capers and topped with a very delicate sauce wow what an experience. We knew we had an amazing meal because we talked about it for days after. Thanks to the creative Chefs.
We had a very nice waiter and enjoyed the food. The only negative was that there were many stairs and no elevator. Due to my friends and I having physical difficulties, I couldn't recommend the restaurant to all of my friends. Based solely on food and service I could do so.
we always enjoy this restaurant. Great atmosphere and the wine list is extensive. Something for every taste. I has the linguini with seafood. Was not my favorite dish but the food quality was excellent.

We had a very professional awesome waiter. He recommended the special , halibut, that was so fresh and melt in your mouth delicious. The salad was very crisp and fresh with a delicate garlic dressing. They even had gluten free bread. A wonderful experience.

Always so good! Robert provides excellent service and the food is excellent. A highlight when we visit Vancouver.
A absolutely top-notch experience. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars for ambience is that the restaurant was PACKED and very loud where we were first seated. However, we asked if there was a quieter section and were accommodated with complete graciousness.
We started with a selection of cured meats and pickled vegetables as well as a drink. I have no idea how they got that much fragrance out of the orange twist in my dry Martini & Rossi but I spent as much time sniffing it as I did drinking it!
For dinner, one of my companions had the Bolognese pasta, one had the seafood pasta and I had a lemon risotto with sea scallops, and all of the dishes were excellent.
The food is SO good and the service is even better - from being greeted at the door to being ushered out, everyone there seems bent on making one feel special and welcome. Our server was lovely. They have a bible-length wine list so I relied on her knowledge heavily to choose. The wine was decanted at the bar and our glasses were filled promptly. When our entrees were served, two servers from the kitchen area came out and presented them to us, and did not have to ask who had ordered what - these things don't make or break a meal for me but it speaks to the detail and dedication of the staff.
I could not recommend CinCin more highly.
A wonderful experience, this restaurant offers a very high standard of cuisine and service bolstered by a wine list that truly represents Italy and many more regions besides.
Excellent experience, service fantastic, friendly and attentive but not overbearing or obsequious. Mezzaluna pasta with walnuts just amazing, sablefish cooked perfectly, so moist! Scallop risotto a real standout. Only the 24 oz ribeye for two didn't bowl us over, not overly flavourful or tender. You'll surely have a memorable meal.
This was the first time my friend and I came to the restauranr. We were both impressed with the professionalism of everyone that works there. We had Chris as our waiter, he was very patuent and accommodating. Keep up the great work! We most definitely will be back Cdn will tell all our friends.
This was my first visit to CinCin. I’ve always wanted to check it out and I was told such great things about it. It exceeded my expectations. Our server was knowledgeable and sweet. Being that Ive been apart of the service industry for over 11 years, I am a bit of a tough critic when it comes to what I feel is great service. I was super happy with our whole experience. I had mentioned when I made the reservation that we were coming in to celebrate my graduation and the manager came by asked us how everything was so far and then handed me a cute little letter congratulating me, which I thought was a great touch. They even gave us dessert and it had CONGRATULATIONS writing on the plate. My fiancé and I shared the beef tartare, Parmesan soufflé and the gnocchi and all three were amazing. My mother’s bday is coming up and I know where I’m taking her .
A lovely restaurant with great food and service. However, the noise level is such that I am unlikely to ever retur.
