View Private Dining DetailsOrder mains but I would say the appy size pasta was hands down the best bolognese I’ve ever had. Service was great. She was super friendly and whole experience was very personable. Only thing that could have been better was if the drinks were made quicker! Found the wait a bit longer than usual.
The pate was outstanding!
Lovely restaurant with lovely staff that made our evening wonderful!
Food was amazing and our server was top notch it was closing time but not once did he make us feel pressured or rushed !!
Delicious food and really thoughtful service. Try the grilled squid and really anything that comes out of that wood-fired oven. Also a great cocktail list and wine program - you can't go wrong.
Good service 😃. Definitely booking again
We’ve enjoyed Cin Cin numerous times over the years for special occasions and entertaining out of town guests when visiting Vancouver. Food and service has generally been excellent so we go back. Have to say after last nights dinner not so much... Food was OK but for prices charged it should be excellent. Feedback to waiter went unheeded. Gave us bag of takeout macaroons as some kind of consolation for a sketchy $48 entree. Seriously...
We departed restaurant underwhelmed. Will definitely seek out other restaurants options next time.
Great service staff was professional, distant yet warm. Food was good overall, could use slightly bigger portions but this is also an Italian restaurant ;-) There was a bit delay in main course delivery but it was at right temperature at least. More pleased with service/ambiance than food but overall good value.
Great dining experience on my Birthday!! Staff were very knowledgeable and professional.
This was my first time at CinCin & I absolutely loved it. Great Italian food & wine.
We were seated in the outdoor area, which had little ambience. Our food was mediocre at best. The scallops with yam risotto were tasteless and the duck thick and chewey. We were very disappointed, especially considering the high cost of the dinner. We will not go back.
Fabulous as always!
Sat on the closed in patio, not a great ambience mid winter. The heaters were turned to sauna level. The waiter had it turned down a couple of times but it kept getting readjusted. The waiter was kind, caring and friendly, he made the experience. The Ragu was hearty and delicious, perfect after a rainy, winter day.
Wonderful meal and service. A little too loud for casual conversation
Amazing food and service! Was my wife’s bday and manager came by with a card to wish her a happy birthday - it’s those small things that add value!
Thank you 🙏
The food looked great but lacked flavour. The portion sizes were good though.
Food was absolutely fantastic, and the service was great too. We were seated by the "window" of an enclosed balcony, with heat lamps to keep us warm, but not too warm. It was a lovely atmosphere, well-designed to be reminiscent of Italy. It was my partner's birthday, and I was so impressed at all the little extras they provided for him, without any reminders from me, including a card, treats with a candle for dessert, and birthday greetings from the hostesses both on arrival and departure! My only complaint is I find the wine list to be overwhelming, intimidating, and pretentious. There are hundreds of wines, with bottles listed in the hundreds of dollars, and even $1,000+, listed right alongside the reasonably-priced ones (which seem few and far between). Considering the wine list is one of the first things you look at after you sit down, I found it unnerving. My suggestion would be to split the list: One "basic" list for ordinary folks like me, and one "advanced" list for connoisseurs extraordinaire, or for whom money really is no object.
The ambience and Service were fantastic. It is a happy, loud place with attention paid to all the details that make a night out special. The good was delicious, upscale Italian. I had the headlamp which is filleted right at the table and had a delicious flavor. My partner had the duck which was crisp and seasoned in a totally complimentary way. We shared a pasta primi and started with a salad. A nice long, incredible way to spend an evening
The ambiance and food were exceptional; however, the attitude of the waiter left something negative in our experience.
It was unfortunate that I was advised by the male waiter that the bills for our large group would take almost an hour because people were mingling after dinner. Upon notification to my guests they all reverted back to their table; however, I overheard the waiter mumble “like that’s going to help” as he walked away. Within 10 minutes the waitress brought all the bills.
Unsure what was the root of such an unprofessional server attitude but I think it best to for CinCin to address with him directly.
Our go to restaurant when we are in Vancouver! Excellent food and wine list.
Great food, friendly and attentive staff. We had... Blue cheese soufflé. Grilled prawns and radicchio from the wood fired oven. Seafood linguine perfectly done with a nice edge of chilli. Whole grilled fish, simple yet perfectly cooked in the wood fire oven. Finished off with goats cheese cheesecake with apple sorbet. All perfect. Highly recommended.
It was great
This was the best service I've had at a restaurant! Very good food too!
Great experience! Dinner was delicious and the service exceptional! We’ll be back.
The food and service seem to be consistent and well done at this eatery. This trip was for Dine Out and we thoroughly enjoyed everything
Food was mediocre so bit disappointed. The steak although asked for medium done it was quite dry, no flavour..,not a quality piece of meat. Ambience and service was great. Host was quick to change the table as the outdoor patio heater was too hot. Service was good overall.
This was a great find for us on our recent trip to Vancouver. The food was all really great and very well prepared and presented. Service was impeccable and not intrusive. The Grappa list is amazing! My only thing I can ding this restaurant on is noise-level. I had read that about it, but it was so bad when we first arrived we had to text each other or scream to be heard above the din. Our reservation was late (around 9:15), so as the dining room emptied out it became more tolerable, but really, I have never been to as fine of a restaurant where the noise was so bad. But the food and everything else about CinCin was absolutely on point. If you're okay with late or early dinner, you might be able to avoid the noise. They have a lovely patio that might be nice, too, especially in summer. Even with the noise, I'd go here again.
Very good food, but for the price, you could find half a dozen other Italian restaurants that have similar or better quality food for a few bucks less. Over all though I give it a positive review. It IS very good, and it's worth a shot checking out at least once. If I were to go back I would be very interested in trying more of the cocktails.
My steak had a large piece of sinew running through it that could not be cut with the given pitiful steak knife. It put a damper on an otherwise brilliant meal. Stick to the pastas
Outstanding service by our waiter. Food was great and the location is in a great part of town. The parsnip soup from their Dine Out Vancouver menu was amazing.
Very nice atmosphere for a date! - We sat on the balcony in winter (very cozy with the heat)
CinCin is consistently good. The food and service are always excellent. We were a party of 4, we started with the Charcuterie platter and added Gorgonzola and Pecorino. Two of us had beef( perfectly cooked) one of us had pasta ragu ( delicious) and one person had the fish. All were delicious. The room here is gorgeous and the wine list is impressive. It is worth at least one visit if you have never been.
Cin Cin’s is one of the best restaurants I’ve been to! Everything was perfect
We loved everything about our experience. The squash ravioli and the chocolate mouse are not to be missed. We enjoyed arriving early for a cocktail at the bar. It's a bit pricey, but I felt we got more than our money's worth. Oh, and one of the best espressos I've ever had.
Ricotto was not that great. I had excellent risotto 2 years ago. Wine pairing very expensive. I would rather get a bottle wine next time
Tenderloin was a bit tough. I should have sent back. Salad and pasta were great.
They might have excellent food in general but during the dine out event, it was CRAP. My friend and I left more than half of the steak and it really was waste of food overall. Shame on you for wasting such a good location/restaurant.
I love Cincin but not during Dineout. Food was mediocre or below and service was okay. I was disappointed with Cincin during Dineout. I will visit again when it's not dineout but I wish Cincin didn't bother offering if no effort put in.
Great service, food and atmosphere. I forgot how great this place was. Ate off the main menu. Try the calamari - delicious!
The service was great, the ambiance was very good. However , the wine was very expensive for the quality, the parsnip soup and deserts were excellent, but the steak even though done to order, was a little chewy for the price.
