Expensive but hits it out of the ball park on all levels!!
The food was outstanding and our waitress was very polite and prompt. The complimentary bread and olive spread was an amazing touch and I would definitely come back for another special occasion!
Unfortunately, the food and server experience was terrible. We had 2 out of 3 pasta dishes being excessively salty that it burned our tongues. However, the pumpkin and lemon dessert were exceptional (highly recommend). In terms of service, he was passive aggressive and insisted on pushing appetizers and drinks. Despite that, I was nearly 7 months pregnant. Overall- disappointed and husband refuses to return to dine here again.
Another delightful evening! Absolutely delicious food, and exceptional service in a marvelous setting!
Highly recommended for it's outstanding and consistent quality.
Outstanding food and superb service.
Had a great dinner, food was spot on. Our server was genuine and knowledgeable, he definitely made our experience that much more better. Not sure what his name was, but he wore glasses and his birthday was Nov 29! Will be back.
Small portions and pricey for what you get, you will leave there hungry afterwards. Food tasted good, but not worth the price. Ordered the entree size squash ravioli but when my plate arrived, I wondered where the rest of my dinner was. Definitely wasn’t filling as you only got 8 Small ravioli’s. My spouse ordered the veal with risotto, didn’t even come with a few vegetables on the side. For a $100 dinner I expect to be full, not having to go elsewhere to grab something else to fill us up.
Had a great time at Cin Cin for my anniversary, nice touch to get a card from the restaurant as well. The place is very nice, upscale without being pretentious. Service was excellent, food was excellent and the portion sizes were perfect and not huge which I prefer!
Unnecessary music given how load the place was. Food was a disappointment.
As usual cincin did not disappoint. The food was delicious. So many flavours. Service was attentive but not overbearing. Although the wine list is great, this is one of the few places I’ll get a cocktail or scotch as there is a wide selection and quality products.
Lovely atmosphere, great service, but the quality and quantity of the food was not worth the price. Good food but not outstanding and portions much too small for an Italian restaurant, in my opinion.
The food was tasty and Sean our server was exceptional!
When I am in Vancouver at least one dinner is reserved for an evening at CinCin. The food is always outstanding and the service impeccable. What else could you ask for. They set the bar very high and make it look easy.
The meal was amazing. Our server was very knowledgeable and took time to explain the choices on the menu. The hostess who seated us could have been more friendly but after that we had a pleasant experience.
Visiting Vancouver for the first time, we wanted somewhere nice to eat, close to our hotel but something a little bit special and Cincin looked good. The food was amazing - as a vegetarian, it’s not often I enjoy every course - but I was blown away. The service could have been friendlier and they missed a trick by taking so long to take our drink order. But all in all it was a lovely meal and I’d be happy to recommend it.
In short they made a dessert that nearly made my wife weep with fond memories of her childhood. They really nailed our anniversary dinner.
Took a business group - some from out of town and we invited our partners to join us. The service was mindful, the food offered some great choices that were both unique and fresh. The restaurant was full but we still felt special and taken care of - I eat out a lot and I was impressed -thank you CinCin!
Had an absolutely incredible time! My boyfriend and I were blown away at the how delicious our meal was and how attentive and helpful the service was! Thank you for a wonderful evening! We left full and content!
The restaurant is nice large open nicely decorated.
The food was very nicely cooked and presented, although unusually small portions
We had a burrata salad to start and I had pork tenderloin and my wife had the rissotto with truffles, both were really good
We ordered a carafe of wine, 500ml, it came already decanted we never got to see the bottle it came out of. At $70- a carafe I would like to have seen the bottle first.
I would return
Beef tartar 1/10
Mushroom risotto 6/10
Ricotta golden salad 8/10
Dishes were nicly plated 5 stars
But we were disappointed once we started eating.
Beef tartar had no flavour
Veal was extremely over cooked/dry
Stable fish flavours were not complimenting each other.
Overall the dishes had little to no flavour. I’m not one to add salt. But the shaker had a lot of action that night.
Sommelier was excellent! Nice bottle of wine was the highlight of the night.
Food was so good , except desserts not they don't have much variety for dessert but what i ordered was good. The main course was so yummy. We had a good meal we went home happy. But it was noisy when we we had our dinner. Probably everybody having a good time. Cheers
Great experience all around!
They are living off their reputation, menu is terrible with nothing special at all. Didn’t even have any daily chefs special’s which means no chef only a crew making tasteless food. Wine list is an inflated joke.
The Best Italian restaurant in Town. We had wood grilled whole fish. So delicious!
Will definitely return !! Great atmosphere and meals were excellent!
Très bon mais bruyant. La liste des vins est impressionnante.
Wonderful food and excellent service! The staff went out of their way to make our wedding anniversary special.
We had to sit on the covered patio which was a little on the cold side.
Excellent! Ambiance, food and service all spot on.
Parmesan soufflé (a must!) oysters and bolognaese starters were stand outs. Whole bronzino was perfect and Lemon Curd for dessert was as beautiful to look at as it was to eat. I can’t wait to pass this jem on to friends that are looking for a great meal in Vancouver. Truly the best meal we had in the city.
The food was quite tasty but the service was terrible. I have no idea what our servers name was but he barely interacted with us and we spent quite a while waiting for our bill...
Pre-marathon. It was great
Perfect place for a nice, romantic dinner. The terrace was cozy. Everything from the hostess checking our coats, to the staff member who fileted our branzino, to our server who was prompt and attentive, the entire experience was memorable.
We were in Vancouver for six days had such a great experience that we went back a second time. That about says it all
We had a very memorable experience at Cin Cin. Exceptional service and very good food and drinks. I would highly recommend this restaurant for a date night.
Never have we ever been so rushed by a server. Was not a fun experience.
Cin Cin May be consider pricey for some but the food + service + environment make it worth it. The service you will receive here is top-notch, not stuffy, very personable.
Wait staff very good. Main dining room is painfully noisy. When booking a reservation ask for the porch. It is a lot quieter. But, the food preparation was uneven. Some very good and some not so good. Portions small on some items. Food prices high and wine prices very high.
Incredible food and service as usual. The BEST Burrata salad I have EVER had!!! Always a winner for anniversaries, birthdays, groups, couples, etc. A bit loud inside but the covered, heated patio is a quieter option.
the octopus was great, but the steak and braised veal was just normal
