Claddagh Irish Pub - College Park Ratings and Reviews
We sat in the back room on a cold night after a Movie. Very cozy, fireplace, not too loud for conversation. Perfect casual dinner with friends!
Service was poor
Missed food items in ordering
Food was OK
Beer was great
Cleanliness needs to be better
Very good food and service. We had a nice relaxing time.
Good place, food was “ok”.. great place to hang out with friends or even for the family
Claddagh Irish Pub - College Park is a pleasant place to get a hearty meal and visit with friends and family.
Our art class went to celebrate the end of the semester we spent together, at School craft College! We love knowing one another and talking about our favorite subject---art!
The atmosphere of this Irish Pub was a spectacular addition to our conversation. Our server was excellent! Food was delicious! We will go again!
I reserved online, the week prior and they were all ready for us!
Kudos to Claddah!
Overall the food was good, however our soup was warm not hot, the coffee was warm and the onion rings were warm not hot. The service and wait staff was attentive but we sat by a window was very chilly had to keep our coats on.
Loved the meal and the service! Got seated by the fireplace which made the night a lot better being it was so cold outside! Drinks were awesome and the soup (onion) was amazing.
this was the second time I visited this place, first time was an anniversary dinner for wife's job.. went back 4 years later, our waitress was quite obviously not happy to be serving us, threw napkins across table, never smiled .. just wasn't friendly at all. we had our grandchildren with us, they noticed the obvious displeasure the waitperson was showing, will never go back.
Good food, good menu, great atmosphere. But, the tables and chairs could be kept more clean.
They were sticky.
Very good "Irish" fare and decent service. Can be crowded so plan ahead if you're going to the movies after.
What a nice place. The food was very flavorful ( I love the Fish and chips ) and the portion sizes were large. No Skimping here. Friendly staff
Food and drink delicious, private area for our small party. Waitress was awesome!
It was a Sunday night so it was slow, not many people in the restaurant. The service was good and the food was delicious. I would go back to try something different
Love the Jamieson burger.
Great Irish food. Excellent portion sizes. Tried something new for me, Mac n cheese shepherd's pie. Really good.
We loved how the music was in the background, and that it did not interfere with our conversations, in comparison to other bars. Their appetizers were great. We got 4, and shared those amongst the 4 of us. Appetizers were 1/2 off too on a Tuesday. Overall, a good atmosphere, service and food!
Food and drinks were great. We ordered the Fish n Chips and Jameson Burger.
I was a bit disappointed. First, they didn't have the ingredients to make the first two drinks I ordered, even though they were advertised at the table. Second, the service was only decent. The waitress was very nice but didn't pay much attention. Third, my burger somehow tasted like soggy meatloaf and mashed potatoes when it was supposed to be Jameson-inspired. The fries were phenomenal, but that's really the only great thing I experienced.
Great atmosphere! Service outstanding and food very good
Nice atmosphere, great location. We may be back....Thank you
Went for a family celebration and they placed us in the back. It was hard to hear as it was so loud. People get rowdy when they drink, ah well. Food was excellent as was the service. I'll definitely go back!
Quaint Irish pub with creative food and good drinks. Prices are very reasonable!
I always get the Monte Cristo ( at least 8 times) this time it was WAY over battered, oily and tasted like fish (old oil?). Other than that LOVE your restaurant!
Our table for 8 was ready when we arrived . It was in a side room so we could visit without having to talk over other people. We all had corned beef type dishes. They were delicious . Our server was very attentive. We will go back and recommend others try it.
Frustrating at first. Had a 6:30 pm reservation and there were a lot of people waiting for a table with no reservation yet there were 4 visible tables with reserved signs on them. We were seated within 15 minutes of arriving on time however.
The fish and chips were excellent. I recommend making reservations on weekends, especially during lent, because the line was out the door!
Fish and chips were excellent! Will be going back frequently.
There was insufficient space around the table. We had to move the table to pull out the chairs and still did not have enough room even after the tables next to us moved to help accommodate us. Waiter asked us what we wanted to drink but initially did not provide the beer/drink menu. Ordered an appetizer but wait staff sent it to the wrong table so ours came after our main entree arrived. Food was not impressive for the price, especially the Shepherds Pie. Monte Cristo had way too much fried batter. Paid using credit card and the card was never returned to me, requiring a second trip. Overall our experience was very disappointing.
Waitress was exceptionally attentive and polite
Had my 30th birthday here, private room... was amazing, waitress was very dry but I assume she just didn't get the guest humor. Other than that tge food was good, more selections would of been great, but still a nice spot overall...
My wife and I and also my brother and my aunt enjoyed the evening. Great food, friendly people and the service was great. I definitely recommend this lace to people I know.
The fish special was the reason for our visit, but our waiter messed up our order.
We wanted both meals prepared baked. one came fried, one baked. with the
extra time it takes for a baked fish meal, we just settled for the mixed meals.
Waited 30 minutes for our entrees with no contact from our server. Missed the movie we planned to go see because getting everything to go and paying took some time too.
Great Food and drinks. Just a bit drafty (maybe part of the ambiance?). I would recommend a table near the fireplaces.
We went here on a whim and were not disappointed. The food was great, the dessert was fantastic, and the price wasn't too bad. We did wait a bit for food and the waitress to close us out, but we were in a rush to begin with, so this may not be the case for everyone.
Friendly staff delicious food they just need to get the heat to work more efficiently
The service was excellent, the food was good and the prices were acceptable. Overall a great experience.
