    Staff was absolutely great. The space is beautiful. Food was mediocre- terrible espresso martinis. Music is extremely loud and not good for conversation. All in all not worth the price.

    The ambiance was great, but the service was truly outstanding. My 5 girlfriends and I were catching up and the server never once made us feel conscious of time. It was wonderful. Add 15 minutes to your travel time to find parking during the holidays. Once you’re inside though, it’s all worth it.

    love the cluny it has a great atmosphere and Aniel our bartender/server was amazing…its very busy artist time of year as its the Christmas market and despite the business the staff was friendly and great …. The food is delicious too…pate, French onion soup with frites are a must !

    Hostess was fabulous and accommodated our request for a table change sans problème. Our server was professional and friendly. We both had a simple meal of onion soup which was delicious. Not a complaint but I did not order a dessert as nothing on the menu pique my interest. It’s gotta be amazing if I taking in extra calories. Yes we always recommend and return. Cheers and happy holidays.

    The food quantities have decreased. We were disappointed on the service. The waiter declined taking a photo of us after we had tipped him already. Very sad to see this restaurant not keeping up with the service and food standards. It used to be a favourite of mine.

    Large but comfortable dining room with tables for many many people. Wait staff was very friendly and accommodating. The menu had a very wide selection. Everyone at our table really enjoyed their meals. Will certainly visit again if I ever lose my mind and go to the Distillery District without have a lobotomy first.

    I had expected the "large plate" (I had Steak Frites) would have more vegetables. I would have appreciated being encouraged to order a "small plate" of those. My final beverage, an Irish Coffee was not of a high standard. I believe my guests were happy.

    This was my second visit at Cluny. I love the decor, the bistro ambience. Service is great with very friendly approach. Food choice is enough to please everyone.

    We love the atmosphere, the decor and the french music. However, the menu selections are pricey such as the Lobster Benny was small for the price and the pastry underneath was soggy. The crepe with eggs did not look appetizing.

    A very nice meal with lovely service and decor. My only qualm is that the music was a bit loud for a restaurant where dinner for two is not inexpensive.

    Every time we go to Cluny's, I like it more. This time I had the French Onion soup, one of my favourite dishes, and I can say it was the best I ever remember having. I also had the Earl Grey chicken pate with lemon glaze--it was also delicious, and so charming served in an Earl Grey fancy tea cup! My dining companions equally enjoyed their meals.

    My 4th visit in the past few years which has typically being decent. However, food was mediocre this visit. Started with oysters on the half shell... which were ok. I ordered the pork chop which I found pretty underwhelming. The pan jus was nothing to write home about. We ordered bread for the table - $8. Overall value, fair at best.

    The cluny is a beautiful restaurant the decor is so lovely we had the French onion soup, asparagus fondue and the pate….everything was excellent and the bartender also our server Aniel Was terrific, can’t wait to go back 😘

    Great atmosphere and decor, excellent service from all staff. Food was very good in terms of quality and taste. Only complaint was we sat near the entrance door and there was a constant cold breeze on our backs!

    Lovely place to eat, fantastic location. We’ve previously enjoyed eating here, but have to admit the quality of the food has declined. We got gnocchi and French onion soup, both of which were fine. Not great, but fine. We also ordered the tuna, which was bad. No seasoning at all, so the entire dish just tasted like the olive oil it was swimming in. I normally love seared tuna so this was a big disappointment.

    We took a couple clients to Cluny for an informal early holiday season lunch and it was a fantastic choice. The staff were warm and friendly and the food was fresh and brilliantly prepared and presented.
