Clyde's at Mark Center
Indoor, Outdoor, Carryout
We know it is no fun to wear a mask while enjoying a night out, but our staff's safety is no laughing matter.
We require all guests to wear a mask while moving about the restaurant, and when speaking to Clyde's employees.
Masks have been a hot topic, with passionate views on all sides. With our team and their families' health at stake, we must err on the side of caution. We hope you will understand and look forward to the day, hopefully soon, when we can all throw our masks in the trash.

This Clyde’s is our anniversary spot. After 5 years they don’t disappoint. The food and surroundings are amazing (especially the oysters on a half shell). Our waitress was not quite as diligent as hoped, and we had to keep looking for her just to provide the minimal service, but it didn’t detract from our celebration.
Great service. Special when desert came out with Anniversary chocolate on top.
My 80 year old Mom loves Clyde’s so I have been there many times. This time, the food was the best I have had there. The butternut squash ravioli was eat every bite on your plate excellent. Our side of Brussels was good. We ordered without the bacon, so I can’t truly critique. The hummus was exceptional. Booths are comfortable. Our server was talkative and friendly. Thank you!!
This is amazing placeI recommend to visit I got best in the world calamari and fried oysters it was amazing amazing amazing amazing
The food, service and ambience we're all good. The food was served promptly and tasted as expected. For a Thanksgiving evening, we were not rushed, not be was the expected noise level a problem at all. It was a very pleasant experience all around.
This is the third year that my family has chosen to enjoy Thanksgiving at Clyde’s. We checked to ensure that COVID protocols were in place and asked for a 7pm reservation for four. There was no delay in getting seated, when my party arrived. Everything was great. We ordered items of the regular menu as well as the Thanksgiving meal for a couple of us. It was a very enjoyable Thanksgiving Day celebration thanks to Clyde’s terrific wait staff.
Thanksgiving meal was tasty, another dishes were tasty too.
Excellent Thanksgiving dinner with all the trimmings (and if I can say, as good as, if not better than a homemade meal) and included dessert. It was pricy, but not over priced for the portion. My husband had the meatloaf dinner, it also was delicious and good portion. A wonderful atmosphere with great service. Ample parking. All around win, win!!
I've been going to Clyde's at Mark Center ever since they opened. It was one of my favorite restaurant's. The food was good and the service was superior. Unfortunately, while the food was good, the service was horrible Thanksgiving Day. We ordered appetizers and before they were delivered a waiter was delivering out entree. I had to ask them to take it back until we finished our appetizers. I asked for ice tea and it was delivered with no coaster or straw, so when I picked it up the condensation on the glass dripped on my dress. When our entree was delivered it was lukewarm, I guess it was put under hot lights and not prepared when we were ready. No one ever asked us what we wanted or dessert (we had 3 options), but some lady came by with pies and asked if we ordered anything and we told her no. Fortunately, she had three pies in her hand and asked if we wanted any and she had what we would have ordered. There were servers at the back bar sitting there for several minutes talking and watching the football game. Granted they may have been on a break, but they shouldn't have been there with customers. My companion ordered the check, the waitress brought him an Old Fashion drink...not sure how "old fashion" translate to "check please". It was the worse service I have ever experienced. I understand there is a Pandemic and it's been hard hiring help, but no one trained these people. Normally when I'm there, the Manager comes by and asks how things are, that never happened. He kept to the other dining rooms and not to the back bar. Very disappointing holiday dinner.
Clyde’s is our go-to restaurant in our area. Food is always good, a number of rooms offer different atmospheres and they have a good selection of beers on tap. Today, our service was excellent!
It was just what you expect from Clyde’s. Just fine.
Food and service was very good. Pricey but considering everything, not bad.
A nice time was had by all dinners .
The Thanksgiving meal was excellent. It was a traditional meal on a large plate . Took some home as leftovers.
Always a good experience. I just wish the food arrived hot and not just warm.
As always, a pleasant atmosphere, good food, and attentive but not overly so service. The varied menu helps ensure that even the most discriminating diners will find a meal that hits the spot.
Good food. Good atmosphere. Good time with friends.
My scrimp scampi was way to spicy, did not enjoy my burning lips. Husband enjoyed his oysters. Bread pudding was divine.
Our server made our anniversary so special, it was such a nice surprise! Great location and food was delicious.
The food was great as always but we had to wait 30 minutes to get our entrees! The manger came but and made up some excuse about not putting in the order right and that’s it didn’t offer to get us anything while we waited nothing. Disappointing experience!
Long time customers, but first time in "The Secret Garden"....absolutely lovely sense of privacy. When weather is chilly, there are substantive heaters to chase away the cold. I enjoyed a new dish...Butternut squash ravioli...which was perfect and surprisingly lite. My friend loved her bowl of clam chowder, but said her fried calamari was too salty. I've heard from others that someone there has a heavy hand when it comes to salt, so you may want to make your concerns known when ordering.
I had the crab cake which was wonderful - big chunks of crab meat - great flavor, and great sauce to go with it. Nice that you have the option to have salad, fruit or fries, etc. Our waitress was absolutely wonderful - very friendly and very energetic. Couldn't ask for more.
Everything as always was wonderful. Staff friendly and helpful, food as usual was terrific.
Our server and the woman who helped deliver and clear were wonderful.
We hadn't been to Clyde's in several years. We went to celebrate my 75th birthday. We were extremely pleased.
No matter the time -- lunch, dinner --- or the occasion you can always count on top-notch service, outstanding food, and generous pours of wine. We've been patrons for years and still enjoy it.
Although our server was excellent - super friendly, attentive - the food was only okay. We ordered the deviled eggs app, burgers and the benedict. The food was good, but nothing spectacular.
Had a fantastic dinner date. Food was excellent and the staff was wonderful.
Quality as always.
Clyde’s Is always my go-to, love the calamari, love the long island ice tea And especially the filet mignon ball of butter sitting on top that melts as you consume it mhmhmmmm making me hungry atm. Overall you’ll enjoy the food and atmosphere
Clyde's has consistently great food and service. One of my favorite restaurants.
Outstanding in every way. Mixed drinks were delightful - you could taste the ingredients. No cheating there. Pâté was delicious. Salmon and agnolotti entrees were all you could wish for. Server was helpful with questions and there when needed. Will be returning frequently!
First time dinning at Clyde’s. We were quite impressed. Service was exceptional. Food selection was very good. Quantity and quality of food was exceptionally. I would definitely recommend. We will be returning.
Service and food were above our expectations. However, the noise level from other patrons was more than we had expected on a Sunday morning.
Kathryn, our server was great!
Great food! It was nice and quiet. No crowding so comfortable eating inside without a mask
Great spacing for covid the covid conscious. Great service and food. Will be back!!!
Very limited menu, over priced. Food was ok, dessert was extremely good. Service was very good. High prices don't equal quality of food.
I had the Jager schnitzel which was very good my wife had a salmon salad which was very good. The reason why I had to give it an average score it’s because my 94-year-old mother ordered the shrimp cakes. They were so salty they were inedible. Would’ve sent them back but mom didn’t say anything she just didn’t eat them so we took them home. I tried a little bit of one at home and had to throw them out. All else great but threw away $38.
