The dinner was up to my expectations. They immediately acknowledged my Birthday upon checking in for the table. They unexpectedly gave me a birthday dessert of an ice cream cake. A great touch to end a wonderful dinner!

First of all our waiter Kevin was amazing. Remembered it was my birthday. Such a pleasant manner about him and knowledgeable about the food, menu, wine list. I always request him when I dine. Food was delicious cooked perfectly and the dessert to die for. Highly recommend this restaurant steaks are great

Great experience. The only complaint was how long it takes to get bread to the table even after requesting it. Also my daughter was not in love with her steak. Otherwise it was very good.

Everyone ordered different items and all were delicious. Coach Grill is very well located for us and the food is always very good from a full menu. The service was exceptional this time and all the staff was very helpful with some physical issues for a couple of us. All in all a very delightful evening.

Let me start by saying that our server was fabulous. We’ve always had great servers at Coach Grille. That said, we were unfortunately seated close to a private wine tasting cocktail party with a speaker. Not fun for us to have people milling about next to our table. Apparently the restaurant doesn’t have a private room for these events, which are held regularly. The food is usually terrific but tonite it was very disappointing. My seared tuna steak was tasteless and my husband was not happy with the clams casino (usually his favorite). Truly an off night.

Coach Grill is our go-to for any celebration. The food and service have been consistently spectacular for as long as we've been going there. John, our waiter was very efficient and personable. He was very gracious when my friend and I asked for a substitution on our beet salad appetizer salad. He made excellent suggestions and timed the arrival of our entrees perfectly after our appetizers. My friend had a filet, I had a sirloin strip. Both delicious and cooked to perfectly. From the bread to the desserts, everything was wonderful. An excellent restaurant for any special occasion, or just a really, really great meal!

Solid meal, with awesome service.Food in general was very strong. Lamb was good not great and overpriced. Same with the Haddock. Deep dish chocolate chip sundae was dry (overcooked). However, most of the food was spot on (stick with steaks, salads and sides) and our server was an ace. We will be back for a special occasion.

A strange experience. The main courses were excellent, but there were a number of little quirks. I ordered the French onion soup. It took a little while to come, but not excessive. I was halfway through when the main course came. The waiter offered too bring it back, but we both had beef, which was cooked perfectly, and knew it we sent it back it would have been overcooked. No idea whose fault it was. But that is unacceptable. I ordered a side of asparagus and it came overcooked and cool. I sent it back and did not ask for a replacement. My wife had fingerling potatoes with her beef wellington, and they were at best warm. But the beef was cooked a perfect medium rare and was hot. It was a birthday celebration and the dessert was free. It too was excellent. On the way out, there were three employees at the desk talking, no one else coming or going, and no one said anything to us. Usually you get some sort of greeting, but all three completely ignored us. So a strange evening. Excellent appetizer and main course, but the little things were unacceptable for a high end restaurant. I will however probably give it another try.

We love the Coach Grill, but our visit last night was our best yet. We went after my daughter had a tough first day of school and Susan from the Coach Grill turned her day around. My daughter loves their steak and I figured it would be a nice place to talk about her day. It was perfect. We had great food (the coach grill style steak is always a hit), but Susan made it even better. She was wonderful about asking my daughter about her day and making her feel seen. She brought her a cake with candles to celebrate her first day, but it was really the way she interacted with her. If you go to Coach Grill with kids or just want a fantastic server, ask for Susan. She’s awesome.

Everything about our experience at the Coach Grill was excellent. Ambience was as you would hope a top tier steakhouse to be. The food was excellent, as was the service. The Saturday night we were there, every table was filled, so we got off to a little bit of a slow start, but we could see our server never slowed down. Once our order was taken, timing was impeccable. When the bottle of wine we had ordered was not available, the sommelier came and helped select a different bottle, with wonderful results. Fabulous from beginning to end.

We always have the best dining experiences at Coach Grill. We were able to express our appreciation to Laura the manager. Our waiter Dillon was simply fantastic. From the bread to the steaks to the dessert, everything is fantastic. But it’s really the people that make it special here.
