We love the Columbia Restaurant! The atmosphere is beautiful, though it can be quite noisy. The food is always good and very consistent. Portions are perfect. They were very busy as usual on a Sunday. There were 4 of us with 3 of us getting the 1/2 cuban and soup and the 4th a salad and it took 35 minutes to get our food once we ordered. A bit long in my opinion but the food is worth it!

The bread and salad were delicious as always. Our entrees were tasty, but the rice was overcooked and gummy. The dessert special had great flavor, but it was tiny. Not really enough to share.

We met up with my niece during her trip back to Florida from Alaska. She really missed Cuban food and was more than happy to try the Columbia in Celebration. It did not disappoint! Our server was attentive and very sweet. The food was authentic and better than I remembered! Everything was fresh and flavorful. I would highly recommend this particular Location to anyone but it’s also great for those looking for great food and a quiet place to talk during a meal with great service! It was well worth the drive from New Smyrna Beach.

We have laid our expectations high and we have not been disappointed! After we have being sat at our table, I have been greeted by our server Ephrain by name! That was an unexpected surprise and VERY professional!! So I introduced my wife to him and lo and behold he did NOT forget our names throughout the whole evening! Great!! Ephrain has displayed an extraordinary attention to details and professionalism throughout our entire visit! He was courteous and never overbearing! GREAT!!! We have expected a bit more from our dinner per se. Everything was a bit bland and overcooked. It was good, but the “finesse” was missing… Examples: the Gambas Al Ajillo have been served in a little Clay dish, but it wasn’t the Dish it was cooked in and therefore the best of it (taste wise) was missing. The Gambas where large shrimps and seemed to be pre-cooked. As the main dish we had the Paella and it came in a cast iron skillet and was then served table side. Again it seemed like the skillet was just there for show and the dish itself was overcooked and lacking “soul” The Surprise Factor where two stalks of white Asparagus, but they came precooked out of a Glas Jar! They are NOT in season and should have been left away OR substituted with fresh green asparagus, which nowadays is always in season! Dessert was Great and came with with an Armada of singing servers to celebrate my wife’s birthday. The overall experience was GOOD! We will return and looking forward to sample other Tapas and Main Courses and are looking forward to the exquisite service again!

Looking for a restaurant that checks all the boxes, look no further! I selected the Columbia Restaurant for my wife’s birthday celebration with my in-laws. We started with a pitcher of Sangria and Columbia's Original "1905" Salad, served with a serving of fresh baked bread. Our entrees (Pollo Manchego, Paella "Española", and the "Tapeo" Sampler) were amazing, cooked to perfection and exceptionally seasoned to complement each dish. The Columbia Restaurant menu includes Vegetarian and Gluten Free selections, fine wines, cocktails, desserts, and after dinner drinks. Save room for dessert, the White Chocolate Bread Pudding was incredible. Franklin, our waiter was professional, very helpful and attentive all night. Franklin was entertaining during our table side preparation of the ice-cold pitcher of Sangria and the Columbia's Original "1905" Salad. The Columbia Restaurant has a fascinating history and is uniquely designed with thought provocative and conversational inspired artwork and décor. We enjoyed a relaxing, quiet dining experience, quite different from the hustle and bustle of the Orlando area.

We have just not had good luck with this restaurant either in Tampa or Orlando, we just never order anything that mets our approval, the Bloody Marys where excellent the food in either place so,so! The friends we met felt the same why so it wasn't just the two of us. Each couple drove and hour and forty five minutes to meet up for a Sunday brunch! boo hoo!!!

We were seated promptly. Our waiters Jesus and Christian were attentive and polite. Food was amazing. I had the salmon stuffed with crabmeat and my husband had the “El Bambino” steak. Excellent! Also ordered the mojito pitcher which is made right at your table. Best restaurant in Celebration.

Everything was great . Our server Jesus was awesome, he described menu items we were on sure of and recommended the Paella dish which was plenty for me and my husband to share and still have some left over to bring home. He even took a picture of us. He clearly knows how to make his customers happy. This restaurant is five stars.

Wonderful dinner, excellent service, great ambiance at this iconic South Florida Cuban restaurant! I grew up in Florida and spent years going to the original Ybor City/Tampa location. Celebration did not miss! Would come again in a heart beat. Bravo!

My wife and I made a reservation for 4 to have dinner and to assess the restaurant as a possible venue for holding the Rehearsal Dinner for our son and his fiancée’s (our guests) November Wedding. This was supposed to be the first of several Orlando-area venues to be assessed. However, we were SO impressed with our overall experience dining at Columbia, we asked to see the Banquet Manager who came to our table right away. After she provided us with an overview of their potential offerings, confirmed the availablility of the date/time, and answered all of our questions, we decided to book it for our upcoming hosted affair. No need to assess any other possible venues. This was IT! Stay tuned for an update on our upcoming banquet experience in November!

The food was okay. I was expecting lots of flavor being a Cuban restaurant. Too be honest, it didn’t taste fresh. It was like the food was previously been frozen. The yuca, how can you mess up yuca! It was like baby food. Very mushy, and absolutely no taste! Put some salt and garlic, come on!

Deion was the consummate professional, prompt and humorous in his demeanor, my wife was enthralled by him. We invited Government Officials from the island of Bermuda to show them a good time. They loved it.... the fooooood was on POINT❗️🐶❗️

Everything we ordered was exceptional. The Pollo Manchego was delicious. The citrus sauce on the crispy chicken had a great flavor. My husband enjoyed all the different flavors of his El Combo de Cuba. The White Chocolate Bread Pudding was out of the world. We couldn't stop talking about the wonderful flavor. The service was fantastic, John did a great job. Our drinks were always full. We'll be back soon.

Not your typical Brazilian Steakhouse. The salad bar was excellent & fresh, however smaller than other steakhouses. I liked the concept of going to choose and have meats cut for you as often as you wish. My husband and I tried at least 6 or 7 and all were delicious. The price is very fair especially if you come with a large appetite. Staff were all friendly & I would recommend to my friends and return on my next trip to Kissimmee.

First visit to this location and we were not disappointed. We actually enjoyed it more than the busier location (St. Armands) that we usually visit. Menu is consistent across all Columbia Restaurants and we enjoyed the 1905 Salad, as always, along with the cuban bread. Everyone enjoyed their entrees and our party of 6 went home sated and happy. A definite must-visit when you visit this area in FL!

I had eaten at the Ybor harbor location many times and was traveling to Orlando with a very beloved friend. Was tempted to drive to Tampa for the full experience (flamingo dancers, glazed pottery walls, etc) but opted to try the Celebration location. It was wonderful and met our expectations. Surrounded by very new buildings, you felt as though you were dining in a restaurant that had been surpassing expectations for the last 100 years.
