This was a great dining experience. I went with my partner on Valentines Day! We were visiting the area, and had a reservation and had accidentally gone to the wrong location (Sterling instead of Ashburn)! However, we called the restaurant and they were still able to accommodate us (even though it was a holiday and presumably busy). We both ordered drinks and they were very good! (pineappletini and a glass of moscato, in case anyone was wondering!) Also the pretzel bread was so so good! Even with warm easily spreadable butter:) I ordered the Parmesan crusted filet medallions surf and turf combo. it came with potatoes and mixed veggies which were both great! And I received a rather large crab cake as the accompanying "turf" part of the meal. my partner ordered the churrasco steak, same sides, plus a side of mac and cheese, which he said was great. I've never been so excited about everything on my plate at a restaurant! Plus the huge winery attached was cool! and the menu had recommendations for drinks to pair with each meal as well as locations of those drinks in the wine shop. They even let you sample a wine before purchasing (dining in) so you don't order a glass of something you dislike. I can easily see myself coming back here and making up excuses to do so :) New favorite restaurant!

Dining was good experience , however on Valentine’s Day they ran out of the VALENTINES SPECIAL which is what I came there for so I was pretty upset about that. We come here often and have our birthdays here as well. Hopefully hey will prepare a little more next Valentine’s Day.

However, we were not offered the free pretzel bread; like other non-minority were.

We attended on Valentines Day and they were well equipped to handle large crowds. Unfortunately, we were seated in the bar area so we were not able to appreciate the full ambiance of the restaurant.

Food was amazing. I got the chicken piccata it was so lemony and delicious. Got an island mojito and it was good, only complaint with the drink is that the mint needs to be muddled not just place mint leaves in the drink.
Desserts are all amazing.

Business lunch but definitely going back to taste the wine. Staff friendly and helpful. Menu has good selections and something for everyone. Lovely decor and suitable for business, romantic, or girls day out gatherings. Would definitely recommend.

Had a great wine tasting even though they were out of just about every wine. I learned a lesson though... they sell out of wines around February 14th. I wonder why?!?

But the food was on point and the service was fast and good. I go to Cooper’s hawk a lot and I’ve only ever had one bad experience in the past 3 years. Usually they are amazing and this time was great like all the others.

Service was terrific. Food ranged from fabulous to mediocre. Pork Belly Tacos were the star of our meal. Could have done without the Mexican Drunken Shrimp which were highly recommended by our server. Shrimp were dry and bland and a waste of money.

We had a wonderful dinner at Coopers Hawk. The appetizers were amazing. We both agreed that it was the best calamari we've ever had. The potstickers were delicious as well. So much flavor. Everyone enjoyed their meals. The wine and cocktails were wonderful. Our server was great.. perfect amount of attention. We might have been the noisy people, but I didn't notice much noise generally. We were able to just enjoy our double date without any distractions around us. Loved it!

Great concept, but something was off that night. Slow, slow service and poorly executed food. Not up to the Reston standards.

Cooper's Hawk never disappoints. The food is consistently excellent, and there are so many things on the menu that appeal that it's hard to make a choice.

Except for table and then booth (for 6) was in the noisiest place in restaurant, everything else was perfect.

The appetizer took 45 minutes to come out, it was crispy Brussels sprouts. Then the main courses took a long time after the appetizer was finished. I had to ask the server three times to check our wine club membership for any discounts, once he checked he did find the discount.

I shouldn’t have to insist on checking the wine club membership, the server should do it automatically and be pleased to use them. I also had to ensure he didn’t mix our cards up because he had three in his hand. The time on food was “because someone stole his appetizer” hard to know if that’s true. Either way a visit from the manager would have been nice. I overheard the table behind and in front of me voicing concerns about time and a manager never visited their table either.

We love being member’s and the food, however we will be rethinking the membership due to the lack of customer service.

I dine out often and was disappointed by the wait time and service. Also, the table we were given was awful. It was near an exit door and in a cold area. I was really looking forward to going there since it was my birthday. We didn’t tell the hostess or waitstaff until the end of the meal. Perhaps, our experience would have been better. I thought being a VIP with Open Table that our service would have been great like all the other times I dine, but not here. It will be awhile before I go back here again. On a positive note the food was good.
