    One of our favorite every day restaurants. Very professional staff and service. I love that they have wine recommendations for each meal and the servers are pretty well versed on the wines. Great dinner but not a lot of salad choices (we were eating light that night). Also great music, don’t know what station but it was a nice mix. We’ll return.

    Another great meal at Coopers Hawk! I find the Wine Club benefits to be worthwhile. Our server, Tyler, was very attentive and personable. As someone who comes in regularly, I’d like to see more variation in the menu, perhaps more options when it comes to monthly specials?

    The bisque was outstanding. The pot stickers were exceptional. My fish and chips were excellent. My wife's ravioli with braised beef was very tasty. As always, wine was excellent.

    I made reservations for my husband’s 50th birthday and the food, staff, ambience did not disappoint. We were able to experience different wine tastings (blueberry açaí for the win). The food was amazing and the service matched. I also signed up for the wine membership while we were there. My husband enjoyed his evening and I was thrilled about the experience! Thank you Joe for providing outstanding service for my husband’s birthday!

    Excellent food, beverages, and attentive staff. We have dined at this restaurant several times with friends we have not seen for quite some time. We were not chased out of the restaurant because we were there too long catching up with these friends! A very very nice plus!!

    Food and wine was great as per usual! However I did miss the complimentary wine samples and soup or salad that we got in the Reston location 3 weeks ago… not sure if that varies by location.

    Ordered the Brussels sprouts which are so good at the Reston location and they came out totally burned. The waiter brought us new ones but they were still not amazing. The meals were just ok but the price was so high! The wine was excellent though!

    There to celebrate a birthday. Everything was ok but nothing outstanding. However as we were finishing up we did see a server we’ve had many times. She is always bubbly and cheerful. Nice finish to our meal.

    Jay our server was spectacular! We went with family from out os States and with my in laws. Going out out with elderly ppl can sometimes be challenging because of their dietary restrictions and Jay exceeded my expectations. He was patient, professional and helpful. Will definitely go back and try to request him as our waiter.

    Soy ginger salmon was Devine! The best appetizer by far is the Phyllis shrimp..wanted more than 6! Next time I'm getting that to not share! So so good. Love the life balance choices. Will come back soon! The wine selections are better than any thing else around. Would love to see a coopers hawk closer to springfield...but it's worth the drive

    Very disappointing! We have eaten at Cooper's Hawk-Ashburn a number of times and it has typically been a great experience. However, Saturday night was far from a positive experience. Our waiter was very nice, but new and although apologetic, he certainly was struggling and impacted our ability to enjoy our dinner. First, as a new waiter, you would expect him to write down orders to make sure they were right and confirm them with the customers. He did not; therefore, my husband's meal was a disaster. He had the parmesan crusted chicken which he had always enjoyed; this time, he asked for a simple substitution, broccoli rather than the green beans typically plated with the meal (as usual). What he got was the chicken with two helpings of green beans - no potatoes that should have been part of the meal he ordered and no broccoli. The meal was delivered by another server and he immediately called their attention to the issue. That server did not take care of it and our server didn't appear again to check on us for another 15 min. When my husband called his attention to the issues, the waiter did try to take care of it right away, but brought back the wrong potatoes and cold broccoli. He did replace the potatoes after we told him what should have come with the meal. By the time my husband had sides, he was almost finished his chicken, and couldn't even eat the broccoli since it was served cold. No manager checked on us during our 1.5 hour meal. Our drinks were empty for a longer period than they were full based on the server not being attentive. Overall, this was an awful experience for a higher priced meal. It will be a while before we return based on this experience.

    A very popular and crowded establishment right off Rt 7 in Ashburn. This restaurant has a wine club so when you walk in the door it's difficult to tell where to go if you have a reservation because the front area has too many people congregated there either picking up their wine or waiting for a wine tasting as part of their membership. You make your way past the desk/register on the right to the hostess stand. Food is fantastic, and service for us was good but deciding on a wine caused us to not get the bottle served until after appetizers and main course had been served because our waiter was so busy. That was disappointing, but other than that I highly recommend a visit to Cooper's Hawk.

    Everything we ordered was SO good - the wine, sparking wines, appetizers, dinners, dessert. We thought it was very reasonably priced, especially for how delicious everything was. We aren't Wine Club joiners but we did to our surprise - the wine was that enjoyable, as was the restaurant. Cooper's Hawk just replaced our favorite local restaurant. We look forward to returning again and again!

    I brought my Mom to the Ashburn location for a birthday brunch and wine tasting. The food and ambiance were fantastic. Tyler was our excellent server and we hope to sit in his section again soon. Always an enjoyable, classy, and good-value experience. The wine is superb!

    We enjoyed the experience, dinner was great -most of my friends were Wine-club members. All meals were perfect. I tried for the first time the pork chops. The pretzel crusted pork chops with candied bacon lardo was delicious. Mary’s potatoes we’re an excellent side and even though the menu said it would come with broccolini as a side, it came with asparagus instead (which was a wonderful substitution). The wine was excellent. Our water was refilled on time. The dessert we selected to share exceeded our expectations. Blair took care of us wonderfully. Loved her customer service skills and that she went above and beyond to please us. My favorite place!

    The food tasted good expect that the grilled broccoli was cold (not hot like it should have been). The service could have been better. We waited over an hour for our food. Other people who sat down after us got their food before we did. That was disappointing.

    The restaurant was pretty big. Separate section for bar and restaurant. Interesting concept for wine tasting and paid membership participation if desired. Service by the server, Toure M, was very professional. He was very knowledgeable about the restaurant. It was my first time there. He was very patient as I was reviewing all the menu options. The food was good. The chicken was not as juicy as I would have liked but when I reheated the leftovers in the oven the next day it was amazingly juicy. The potatoes recommended were tasty. The food felt a bit on the healthier side which is what I was looking for in general. I would dine again. The food was a bit pricier than expected but that could be due to inflation, status, and rising food costs in general.
