    Our server, Mike U was an absolute joy. My stove was there for her birthday, and a1st time visit for us both. The drinks were great (Espresso Martini & Mimosa), the appetizer (Over the Border Egg Rolls) was so delicious. We each had the Surf & Turf (Pork Chop/Salmon; Steak Medallions/Flounder). We were not sure what Marys Potatoes were, but trust me; you want them. Now in regards to our server Mike U: this gentleman is so kind, thorough & simply has a really good spirit about him. He is very knowledgeable about the menu, provides great explanation & is attentive without being intrusive. He also remembered I made the note about my wife's birthday & brought us out some complimentary truffles. (We ended up purchasing some to go). Mike really made our first experience here wonderful & my wifes birthday one to remember. THANK YOU MIKE!

    Unfortunately, it was disappointing. Want to be sure we say that the server, herself, was very responsive and tried her best. We waited almost an hour for the food, and then one of our guests didn't get hers. The manager had to come help, but even then, it went haywire. Manager was apologetic and comped the whole meal. We've eaten here many times, and this was a first. Unfortunate, since our guests were 1st timers. We will return and give it another try, but hope the kitchen gets their act together.

    This is a surprise. I enjoyed the experience and the atmosphere. The food was terrific and for my wife who is GF, there was a large menu of things to make her feel "normal." I highly recommend to everyone!

    The restaurant was running 45 minutes behind; it was clear they were under staffed as there was a hiring sign out front. The food was delicious, but we weren’t served until 9pm, an hour and 15 minutes after our reservation time. Was not worth the noise and the wait.

    Always love going there! Our server Alaynee was awesome! She was very patient with us...we couldn't make up our minds which caused her to make several trups. Lol. She knew the menu & wine club details and made excellent suggestions! We'll be back!

    Everything was great! The only downfall was time - I checked in at 7:15 pm and we didn’t leave until almost 10:00 pm because of how the kitchen was. They weren’t incredibly busy and we had a party of 5, but it was also a Tuesday. Luckily our waitress was great, but felt like timing was definitely off. I would still choose to give them 5 stars!

    My wife & I look forward to our monthly visits to Coopers Hawk @ Easton. The staff, wine & food options and general ambiance usually meet or exceed our expectations. Our one issue with the restaurant is how customers/members have to jockey for room at the bar for our tastings. We really enjoyed being able to submit reservation requests during the pandemic. It would be fantastic if CH could bring the process back.

    Great atmosphere, excellent menu. The wine was fantastic. It is a bit pricey but well worth it and you get what you pay for. Would highly recommend for a date night.

    The experience was terrible. We had made the reservations 1 month in advance, but still were seated 20 minutes after the reservation time. The waitress indicated she was slammed with new customers as soon as she came to the table. There was to be bread brought to the table but it never arrived. Our orders went in. My wife ordered a low calorie dish and I ordered the cheeseburger. Both dishes were overcooked and overpriced. A few slices of meat, a small potato, and some broccolini cost about $35, My cheese burger was $20. It was my birthday and we were to get a complimentary dessert, which we needed to ask for although the waitress was told about my birthday when we sat down. We were also to get a $15 off the meal due to my birthday, and that was not applied. Overall the seating was late, the meal was overcooked and over priced, and the complimentary birthday incentives were lacking. We will not return.

    The food was very mediocre, and extremely overpriced. This used to be our favorite restaurant, but portions get smaller and the price has skyrocketed. Pair that with stuff that tasted like it sat in the kitchen for 20 minutes too long, and I don’t plan to be back.

    Food was great but beer on draft was warm. Also, out of some of the beers (their own signature beer) and waiter was not informed beforehand. This is management one o one for a restaurant of it’s level. Now I know you say “well you were at a “wine” place”, but it was there own draft beer. We sat upstairs which we never have before so it was much quieter. Overall we had a great time!

    Excellent visit, been here a few times and by far the best was tonight. Our server Lydia was great. She was fun, helpful, and attentive. She had great recommendations! She by far has been the best server I’ve ever had here.

    The orders took very very long. Mgr apologized for the delay &did provide carafe of wine. One couple ordered steak med well & came rare. However, Tom & I our food was delicious. Tom & My filet were cooked perfectly. We had gone to have dinner with friends before our 52nd anniversary this weekend. The waiter asked Anniversary? Tom & I said yes. No other mention about it. Our friend ordered one dessert & the waiter left without asking anyone else.

    Atmosphere was great the server was very nice even though it was very busy due to it being Mother's Day it was very welcoming food was great it was my first time and would definitely be back another time, and the wine was also very good. This place is really really nice

    Bathrooms were very dirty and the reservation was 45 minutes after promised and on my shrimp and scallop entrée for $32 I was not given any scallops didn’t notice until I went home. but again why was I served only half of my meal?
