    We've been before at dinner, but this was the first time at lunch, and the service level was noticeably different. The server was not very attentive, did not offer desert, did not clean off the table between courses, and while nice, provided otherwise very basic service. We ordered an appetizer, soup and entre, and they brought the entre before the soup. When I reminded them, they apologized, but I canceled the soup at that point.

    I always make it a point to eat at Cooper’s Hawk when in town; however, this last trip was extremely disappointing. The service was amazing but the food wasn’t up to par. Ordered a steak medium well and it came out very rare. The waitress was extremely accommodating and even noted how rare it was, she had the kitchen correct the mistake. When I received it again it was EXTRA well done to the point the outside was burnt. The lead on duty did ask if it was prepared to my liking and I said yes as to not send it back to the kitchen for a second time. I was with family who had already began eating their meal so I just ate it. Next time, I’ll either visit the I-4 location or skip my routine visit.

    It’s my birthday order drinks and my-drink takes a 25 minutes- then I find out the grill is broken so no steak no burgers. Appetizers delish waitress nice but my guests cleared the table desserts delish. Wanted to spend lots of money but was prevented by menu choices (no grill) Nice people who work here but sheesh this is supposed to be a special occasion restaurant- my guests compared it to Millers - my prime rib sandwich served with wet roll (ick) so disappointed- this used to be my go to. Now it’s not -so sad because I really loved this place

    The food and service were great. Given we're into holiday season, the restaurant and bar were busy. Thus, the noise level was thunderous. The waitstaff was extremely responsive and you would never know they had several demanding tables.

    This is my family’s favorite place to gather. I am celiac and gluten free and they take that seriously. The food is always amazing. And the service is impeccable, no matter which location we go to. Highly recommend without hesitation.

    This is the first time I’ve ate at this location. Hostess was nice !! We sat down fairly quickly (we had a reservation) we first sat down at a table but had to move because their brand new seats that were leather smelled like manure, the waitress explained it’s the new seats she lived us to a booth. We ordered southwest eggrolls and whipped Bugatti & sausage flat bread for apps and dinner I had the monthly special squash ravioli with lobster it was all Delicious !! The waitress was attentive !! We would definitely come back again !!

    Jilian is one of the best servers if not the best! She always goes above and beyond, we made reservations for a booth when we arrive the hostess said they have the booth to a party that arrived before us, although we were there 5 minutes before our reservation, Jilian sat us in a booth in a section that no one had, she is so friendly and makes sure she offers the best service!

    The food and ambience was perfect, the front desk hostess could’ve done a better job of greeting me and my daughter but this was the first time from coming here throughout the years so maybe she was having a bad day. My waiter Wyatt was perfect.

    We were pleasantly surprised by the delicious traditional Thanksgiving dinner served at such a reasonable price! From soup to a spectacular dessert, everything was excellent! It was our first dinner at Cooper’s Hawk, but it won’t be our last!

    First time visiting this location and what a disappointment. The food was great as usual but the service was awful. We ordered the Thanksgiving dinner along with 2 appetizers and a beer and lemonade. The appetizers were delivered and almost immediately the entrees were brought out. The beer was never served until AFTER the entree was brought to the table and then it wound up being the wrong one. My entree was wrong as well. So I had to watch my husband eat his until mine came. It’s almost like the server wrote nothing down. She never came by to check on us either as I saw other servers checking on their tables. The restaurant was not very busy at the time we were there. My husband was more generous than I would’ve been with the tip. What a sad thanksgiving dinner experience.

    Had a prefect traditional Thanksgiving meal. We were grateful they didn't try to jazz it up and just went old school, turkey, gravy, stuffing, mashed potatoes and cranberry sauce. Everything cooked perfect with generous portions. The pumpkin cheesecake topped it off just great. How did they know our family tradition is cheesecake NYC style? It was perfect as well and definitely worth our hour drive each way. Would eat there again.

    Not a great thanksgiving meal because the turkey tasted like processed meat, gravy was not optional but was already slathered all over everything, the squash was not an option for on the plate, the green beens were too raw/crunchy, there was rather dry bland bread instead of soft dinner rolls and there was no pumpkin pie option. On thanksgiving, which you only get just once a year, the turkey entree in any restaurant needs to be excellent and be nothing short of top notch comfort food! This was not that. The server was nice, responsive and prompt.

    Celebrated our 4th Thanksgiving at Coopers Hawk Winery & was as amazing as ever! The menu is fantastic & the portions quite large. Usually have leftovers for home! Of course their wine paring is perfect! A Thanksgiving tradition.. Coopers Hawk for squash soup with pistachios, turkey & all the trimmings & scrumptious praline cheesecake (which we box for home) THANK YOU WAITSTAFF for always making our dinner so enjoyable!

    We made reservations for 3:30 (good thing it was busy as usual) and we were seated right away. Wyatt was our server. He stopped by and acknowledged us and said it would be a few minutes. He had a table of 10 who had separate checks and needed to run all those credit cards. His assistant dropped water off to us. Wyatt answered our questions on a few dishes and took our order. He said bread would be out shortly as they were very busy. Our meals came out and Wyatt said the side dish of potatoes would be out shortly. My husband was halfway done and the potatoes came out. They looked good, but probably needed another 5-10 minutes to be hot. Wyatt apologized and offered desert or they would replace the side salad for the potatoes. We were happy with that, but don't understand sending out half a order. We could use a Cooper's Hawk on the east coast of Florida in the Melbourne/Viera area.

    our waitress has a similar gluten allergy to my guest, so once again the service and food preparation/presentation were spot on! BRING BACK THE SHAVED BRUSSEL SPROUT SALAD!!

    We started off in the tasting room and had amazing service. Malorie greater us at the table dinner appetizers and dinner and was so sweet and personable. Nothing else could have made the experience better! I haven’t had the best experiences with a variety of Cooper’s hawks in Florida to be honest. Yesterday was everything Cooper’s Hawk represented!
