    Haven’t been here since the renovation. Totally different vibe but still a nice place to eat. No more red card /green card which was fine. The food was very good, service fast and atmosphere lively. It was quite loud in there. Hard to carry on a conversation without raising our voices to hear each other.

    We are terribly disappointed with our experience, or lack there of. We were looking very forward to concluding our evening here. We made a reservation at 9:45, were not seated until 10:15, and then were not even able to order any proteins except for the “sides”. No server came over for 10min after we sat down, after which we decided to leave, and nobody said anything to us on our way out. We walked out at 10:25 after being there for 35min with a reservation and didn’t even get to order and drink or speak to a server.

    We are regulars at copacabana but last night was not our best night. The quality of meat was lacking as was the variety (we saw the same 4 pieces of meat and that was it). It was very loud and hard to chat with our friends, a lot of our sides came out burnt. I will say our waitress, Sophia was delightful and very attentive! She tried her hardest to make our dismal visit better!

    The food was good but the front of house and server were extremely slow. We had 7:30pm reservations and showed up 5 minutes early. We didn’t get a table until almost 8pm then our server didn’t even get to our table for another 10 minutes. The servers bringing around the meat were fast and efficient and we had food far sooner then we even had water or our drinks. The music was so loud that we couldn’t hear our server and had to yell at each other to even have a conversation. Our ears were ringing all night after we left.

    Felt rushed to get out. Arrived at 515 and by 545 they were asking if we were done. Didn’t really like that. Very loud in there and hard to carry a conversation. All sides were burnt. Never got to see or taste all the meats as kept passing our table. Had to ask at the end as was fed up. Was not even asked if we wanted desert and handed the bill.

    Went for our anniversary. We've been before, but tonight it was a different experience. We had empty plates for awhile between skewers. Some of the meat wasn't hot. I asked for pineapple and shrimp at least three times.. the beverage server finally went back to the kitchen to ask for pineapple for us directly - it finally arrived probably around 35 minutes after the first time we asked for it. The cheese bread is normally delicious and fresh.. this time it wasn't great.. again not the standard, but maybe just not busy enough? This was after we complained that the table next to us had skewers come by 4x and none of them had stopped at our table. It was just an odd experience. I just realized while writing this that the shrimp never did make it to our table. We couldn't tell if they didn't have enough staff in the kitchen or enough staff serving the meat. After we complained they picked it up a lot for us which we appreciated. But by the time they did we were pretty tired and we had been there over 90 minutes. I'm not sure if they do anything extra for anniversaries but we were only wished a happy anniversary upon leaving.

    We found the DJ music selection very poor. He played club style hip hop all night. In our opinion it was very low quality for a high end restaurant.

    Good flavor, slow service, small portions of meat, carvers didn't come for 15-20 mins at times so my side dishes got cold waiting.

    Great service, food was Amazing, fast service. I like the fact that you order the appetizers and it’s not on the buffet. The servers were very professional. My daughter is vegetarian and was able to eat Mac and cheese, cauliflower, salads and more. Thank you
