Copacabana Brazilian Steak House - Niagara Falls
Back at your table our Gauchos or Carvers will service you with a feast of various CAB (Certified Angus) grilled meats prepared in a number of ways. Simply tell your carver how you prefer your meat, (most come medium rare) and leave the rest to us!
There is only one small task for you...As your Gaucho is Cutting at your table, use your provided tongs to simply grasp the top slab of meat and assist as he thinly slices a perfect cut of meat onto your plate, enjoy…and repeat as many times as you like!
They were not busy but did not accommodate without reminders comments in booking sections for special requests. (I asked for booth because of disability in hearing, but they did not seat us there even though they had open booths.) We booked for 830 dinner on a Thursday. There was only one person with meat visiting tables as of 1000pm. By 1030pm, he just walked up and asked what we wanted to be finished. When he returned with meat, he was rude and said we "could just have it all" because we were close to last in restaurant to leave. The tone was terrible. We were an inconvenience for even sending in orders with one server. It was unacceptable service. Just rude and ignorant. I would rather the restaurant cancel on me last minute than paying for this.
Great experience. A little overpriced and they only bought out our favorite meat twice . But overall great service and good atmosphere
Everything was great except for parking. There’s never enough parking and the restaurant doesn’t make it easy for customers to know what they can do when the parking lot is full
Outstanding dinner! Waitress and meat carvers were wonderful! Highly recommend.
Awesome food! Great portions, despite the variety of meats!
Food was great. Little wait for meat servers sometimes. But left full and content.
Everything was fantastic- only minor complaint was having to wait 20 minutes despite having a reservation. Amazing service from the waitress.
Great service, food was fantastic. Definitely recommend making reservations, and allocating at least 1.5 - 2 hours for dinner. Come hungry!
Had a great time and the food was delicious.
The food is amazing, one of my favourite restaurants!
Only thing is it would be nice if there was a bit more selection on the buffet... it tasted great but was limited
Went for my husbands 40th with 4 couples. Buffet was good, meat was mostly raw not rare. Pineapple was good but we all felt sick after. Not worth the $600 for dinner and 1 drink. .
The good was delicious I look forward to eating here again soon!
The sides were OK, the drinks were wonderful, the dancers were free entertainment but barely danced, and the staff were friendly. The meat, however, were not good. This was by far the worst Brazilian steakhouse in our experience. We’ve eaten at several from Florida up to Ontario on the east coast and the meat was tough, chewy, and some had weird flavor profiles. The lamb tasted worst of all and the only steak worth eating was the seasoned flank steak. Some steaks were covered in cheeses, which was off and didn’t work flavor wise. The chicken was the best part. All three flavors we tried were amazing, the bbq chicken was one of the best things I’ve ever eaten, but we came for steak. I would totally order the chicken as an entree. The breads were pretty delicious too and the mashed potatoes were good too. The service was lacking after the bar. The server was MIA for large parts of the meal and other servers bussed our table at the end and the meat guys were MIA for long portions of the meal, it was the least amount of service we’ve ever received at this type of steakhouse and it was primtime Friday night, so the place should have been flowing smoothly. We loved the drinks at the bar and will return for cocktails in the future, but I wouldn’t go for dinner again. The place a block down the road is way better overall.
I loved EVERYTHING about this restaurant.. the food was outstanding... the service was amazing... highly recommend.
Food was great. Server took a very long time to come offer drinks and provide us with the food chip.
We went for my wife’s 40th birthday. I’d reserved and requested a booth at the top section. When we got there the hostess didn’t seem to care that there was a reservation at all and we were seated at a table for 2 people. I asked if they had booths available as I could see there were empty ones and was told no. The food was very good which was the only thing we enjoyed. Our server was frantic and far too busy, when she took a second to stop you didn’t want to bother her. There was a large table of guests and once they left all the furniture was being moved around and placed in different areas. Dragging it and yelling orders where to put them, was so unprofessional and complete lack of respect or customer service for the rest of us guests sitting there. There was no acknowledgement of her birthday when I asked she said she could write happy birthday on the bill...Were not going to be returning nor recommending it to anyone in the region. Such a disappointment $150.00 later.
The food was excellent. The service from the guys bringing the food around to tables was excellent. We did feel a little rushed. The waitress was a little under whelming, and the restaurant is very noisy. But we still love the place.
Our trip to copacabana this time was fantastic. It was our first time bringing our 13 year old son and he was in awe. The meat came at a great pace when we first arrived, but slowed down towards the end when the restaurant started filling up. That was ok tho because we were already stuffed. Great experience. Very expensive tho, so we can only come once a year
Disappointed there was no show. Food was great, go hungry!
For all of the reasons listed in the first question. We have been there a number of times and the quality of food, the service and everything else is consistently excellent.
We love our trips to NF and getting awesome food at Copacabana. My husband loves to eat and this always fills his belly! And the meats are to die for. This guys work fast at zipping to the tables with the various meats.
Not to mention the scrumptious variety of buffet foods as well.
Definitely worth the money
Would like to see more hot items with the salads and desert
Always a great time!
Meat carvers were amazing! Waitresses were ok...but not that attentive. Food was amazing!
We came to Canada for my daughter's wedding and were coming celebrating both that and my son in laws birthday. The staff was so awesome! Wishing my guys congrats, comping my son in laws birthday dinner and supplying us with mountains of magnificent meat! Outstanding both in quality and quantity. Thank you for helping us celebrate!!
Amazing experience, food was absolutely incredible.
Food was great as usual
Service was even better than usual
We lol definitely return time after time
Slow service to start, waited 10 minutes to start Rodizio service
We went to Copa for my Birthday in Niagara Falls. We had been to the Vaughan location and loved it and heard great things about this location as well.
The staff were very friendly and attentive, however the food was mediocre. Most of the meat that came out was cooler than normal and the cuts of did not seem as fresh and some items were completely over cooked.
It was a Sunday evening, and the restaurant wasn’t as busy, so not sure if the kitchen just had most of the items left over and were trying to get rid of overstock, but the quality was not what we excepted from such popular Brazilian steak house.
Overall we were a little dissatisfied with the food, sadly our expectations of this place were not at par with our previous experience in Vaughan.
Everything about the entire dinner and experience was great ! We would def go back and def recommend it even the waitress to the boys who bring the meat phenomenal service !
The meat is very slow coming around, also not cooked right. Other than the waitress being polite and courteous, it would of been a very disappointing meal.
Great meal. Great staff. Great service. Great food.
Loved it but the show was running late and didn’t get to see it , it was my husbands birthday and we were disappointed he didn’t get to see the show.
If I could put a zero I would. Went here on Sunday for my anniversary with my boyfriend and wasn’t greeted or brought water until 15 minutes after we already had food on our table. Had to wave down a different server just to get a glass of water. Once our server got to our table she didn’t even apologize for not greeting us or taking long to come to our table. Didn’t do anything other than bring a jug of water halfway through our meal. Didn’t even tell us her name, ask how our food was tasting, NOTHING. Also, we had mentioned on our reservation that it was our anniversary and if something special could be done for us and of course, nothing, not even an acknowledgment. This is the first time I have ever written a review for a restaurant, being a server I’m usually understanding but this experience completely ruined our anniversary and we ended up ordering McDonald’s after we were finished. Buffet was disappointing and the steaks were repetitive. If we’re paying $110 for dinner it should be worth the money. Wish we went to the Keg instead.
Not as many options as other locations , and only rare meat options available. Not good when you don’t like rare meat. A waste .
Food is good and nice ambiance but felt rushed and was quite expensive. Good for special occasions
Really nice atomsphere, what I found weird was there was only male servers serving the meat and the girl were serving the drinks . There should be a mix of both sexes that's my opinion.
The meat was well prepared and came often. The buffet was good for the cold items but the hot food seemed to been sitting around for awhile. Fresh food at buffet would have yield a 5star from me. Carvers were great hostess not so much, slow to get drinks and when they arrived she spilt one of them slowly came back with couple of napkins and barely cleaned up the drink and forgot to replace it. Honestly I feel that it is a little on the pricey side but is probably on par in the area.
Copacabana is NOT a Brazilian steak house. It’s far from it. The food was horrible. The place is too dark.
