   The service was horrible, they did not offer 8 items that were listed on their current menu. When I went to order second of all you can eat food they never came to the table. The service was horrible and not worth $88 per person. They force you to pay $31 tip, which I hope goes to the meat servers but our server was terrible. I am just Someone looking for a nice date night but this place ruined it for me.

   We got 2 pieces of shrimp, 1 piece of pineapple and 2 small pieces of meat. It was outreaches to be charged $85 per person for what we actually eat. The show was boring

   Wow ! The steaks were cooked to prefection , the appetizer were very tasty as well. My favourite was the eggplant . Delicious food. Can’t wait to go back.

   Our waitress madalyn was excellent. The food servers were great at asking us what type of meat we wanted and would ensure that it got brought to our table in a timely manner.

   forgot to bring a few items. could not find parking although i think their parking lot is under renovation. food tasted nice. service could be improved in terms of how often items are brought and forgotten items from menu to be brought to table. overall still really good and recommend to try if you have never been.

    So happy to be back and better than ever. Best steaks I’ve ever had. Renos look amazing. Can’t wait to go back in the summer , our server was great.

    The value just isn’t there. They have now taken away the salad bar as well so you have to wait for little side dishes to come out. The new building doesn’t have the same old one did.

    I enjoyed the night and it was worth the drive. However, there was a miss communication between Tessa and me when I asked for her to take a picture. I understood that when she removed the plates she was going to bring a fresh pair but she also went ahead and brought the bill which I didn't ask for. I tried calling her name but it was too loud in the restaurant.

    The good was delicious as always! We were just disappointed that the they substituted the steak with cheddar cheese with the cheddar prime rib. It was still good though! Definitely a must try!

    The dinner was good but overpriced for what it is. I don’t like that they just add 18% gratuity. I tip accordingly to the actual service I receive and it definitely didn’t warrant that much gratuity.

    I’ve got nothing terrible to say. It’s a nice place to try once or twice but I find the value in what they charge versus what they offer is high. I can imagine their expenses are high being located in Niagara and they don’t get all year around business. However, I find all locations the meat to be incredibly salty and difficult to have in large amounts. You definitely can’t go wrong for eating here, but at this point, I’d rather have one large steak for the same price seasoned the way I like it. I would certainly go again if invited, etc. but if I get to choose id probably not.

    Went for 46th birthday last night. Been here so many times I cannot even recall the number! The food as always was simply amazing, even though we didn’t get any of the signature Picanha! The meat came at absolutely the right pace, a tad slower than usual, but that worked better for us! We actually made it to the 2 hour mark for the first time. Left fully satisfied and feeling fantastic. All of my party(5 of us) felt the same way. Our waitress was incredible and didn’t forget to acknowledge my birthday with a desert sampler that I simply couldn’t finish. Kudos to everyone for another awesome experience.

    The recent renovations have created a space that is no longer unique and feels like every other restaurant. The appetizers were the best part of the whole meal. The meat was not at the same quality or standard that it use to be. The 18% gratuity that was added directly to the bill was the worse part and seeing that after what was an "ok" dining experience was very disappointing. I did not appreciate being told how much I HAD to tip. I did not feel like the meal was worth the $80. This use to be one of our favorite places to visit in Niagara but unfortunately we will not be returning. Not surprised the restaurant was empty.

    This was the best copa experience I’ve ever had. The food is superb, cooked to perfection. The roasted pineapple is the perfect way to finish the meal , love the dessert cart. Can’t wait to go back.

    Every meat we received was very salty, well over salted. We both ended up eating less than anticipated due to this, but overall the meat was very good, drinks were great, sound was a little loud as we had a lot of trouble conversing back and forth without speaking so loud the surrounding tables could hear our conversations and vice versa.

    Amazing night turns sour. The reservation was booked for my bf’s birthday but the service was very questionable. Our main host was amazing but hardly any steaks were brought to our table considering we were right beside the kitchen🤣. So awkward as they look but can’t stop to offer food. I got 3 steaks max, the rest were all appetizers thankfully we got those. ALSO NONE OF THE CHEFS SPECIALS WERE DELIVERED EVEN AFTER REQUESTING THEM! So if you’re a person of colour pls consider a different place to eat.

    Server was new tried his/her best spilt a beer on my jacket. Server did apologize thought a manager would at least come over and apologize and ask if they could have it cleaned ….did not. Automatic 18% gratuity added to our bill which basically says to me that no matter how our service is you are paying for our servers, as if they are my employees. I always tip , do not like to be forced too. They had a show with dancers which was nice. Many of the cuts of meat never showed up at our table, we asked about a few of them were told that we can requests for some if we want. Most of the sides that arrived at our table were not ordered by us. I have been there before the renovation and found it much better in the past. I have already told everyone I know my experience. Will never go again.

    Excellent time as always, we definitely recommend pre-ordering the 45oz Tomahawk steak, the presentation is out of this world and the taste of the meat is unbelievable.

    Recent changes to the place makes the food barely enjoyable. While the quality of the meat is amazing, the thin slice you get every 5 to 10 minutes is not satisfying. You are allowed to choose 4 sides to be made fresh and brought to your table for you, in our hour plus dinner we were brought 1. The price is exorbanant and I will not recommend this place to anyone, or be coming back again.
