   We were seated under a speaker and the music volume was insanely loud. We were told we couldn't move and only after asking twice did we notice a change in the music volume

   They are skimpy with the good cuts of beef. We were there for two hours and they were keen on bringing lots of chicken, pineapple and sides like breads, but every time we asked for picanha and other meats they ignored us or brought a little sliver here and there. The whole concept of a churrasqueria is to get good meat, not fillers! Definitely overpriced for the food, but the dancers and the ambiance was good

   We were seated at our reservation time (7:15pm) and order was taken for beverages within 5 mins. She came back 5 mins later, took our side orders and didn’t return with our beverages until we asked again. Service for meat was very slow (about 20ish mins later) and our server who physically wrote down our side and beverage order always forgot what we ordered. Overall, she was nice, service was terrible and food an ambiance was good. Couple who sat beside us mentioned that there service was slow as well and some people that brought the food out seemed to be new. Unfortunately, not a great experience for us.

   My friends and I came here before and it was great service, we got to try all the different meats. And this time, the service was extremely slow and the meat kept passing our table. We didn’t get all the variety of meats that there was.

   Unfortunately we were quite disappointed. We sat for 20 mins before anyone came to our table. Then another 15 -20 mins for drinks and meat. Music was overly loud. We couldn’t hear each other. Waitress didn’t come to ask if we wanted refills. Waited for the meat to come around . Oh well unfortunately we will not be going back .

    Was a fun time. Food is good. But time between food sometimes is very long. They always ask if you have any requests but they never come back. Sometimes it’s 10-15 mins between getting some meat. Some sides never arrived. Asked 3 times for more sauce. I mean, we had a great time and it was tasty, but I wonder if they sort of “control” the pace of service. Then all of a sudden a waitress appeared and took my plate away. So I guess we were done! Fun time for dates, or especially groups. Good entertainment and overall a fun dinner out.

    Been here at least 10 times and the food is always good or great but I just don’t get that with your 2hr time limit the first 30 mins they come too you nonstop but the after that you’re just sitting there waiting and waiting, I don’t mind the 5-10 mins tops wait in between because you gotta get around too everyone but last night after the first 30 mins it was more like a 15-25 min wait too get the same thing that we got before when I’m watching other ppl come out with different skewers of stuff but not once come too is with it. I’m not the type too complain but when the 3 other ppl I’m with that have been there multiple times as well are upset about how long it takes too get one thing than that’s a problem.

    Been to that location before and was satisfied. This time we waited 30 min for one person to come to our table. One person at my table requested for the meat to be cooked medium-well and they said they would bring but never did. Truly disappointed and don’t think I’d ever go back again. There was meat that we never got cause it was going to other tables and not ours. We asked for seafood and they only brought shrimp when I saw them giving others salmon. Not worth the money while you leave being extremely hungry.

    The website says the price for Monday is $75 yet we were charged $80 each for the 5 of us on a Monday and an 18% tip is automatically added to the bill. The meats were great, some of the sides were great. We were getting full on meats before our drinks and sides arrived. The concept is neat, but the flow seemed unorganized. At times we would have a guy come with this awesome meat and even though there was lots left on the stick he’d walk away before some of us at the table got a slice. After we were full and being served dessert we saw other tables being served meats that we didn’t see. I don’t think we had the chance to try all the meats that we wanted. We had some of the same meats 4-5 times. Glad I experienced it, but can’t see myself going back for another decade.

    When we arrived we were seated in a tight corner (2 ppl who are both big/tall in stature) and servers couldn't fit between my chair and the person behind me, so I was having to slide to the side into the space of the table next to us every single time servers needed to get to the other corner tables. We asked to be moved as this was really unpleasant. We were quickly moved upstairs to window seats which was much better. Server was friendly and quick, but she could have come around more often to check on us for drinks/sides. Food was overall delicious and very well-prepared, but there came a point where servers just stopped coming to our table asking if we wanted any of the meat they were serving. Boyfriend could have had more meat but they just kept bypassing us until we just skipped to dessert and then needed to leave for another reservation. We were there for 2.5 hrs due to how they serve and how busy it was. Volume is very loud, but they have interesting entertainment with dancers and good music. Ambiance is lively and energetic. Wasn't offered/asked to use coat check when we arrived, but it would have helped with how tightly people were packed at their tables (would have made it easier for servers to walk between tables too) since the weather called for winter jackets. Overall would recommend to others for the experience but maybe wouldn't go again myself as we've now done it and would likely try other places

    Different than your typical Brazilian steakhouse. No buffet, so you had to order sides a la carte (included in price) but you can only order 4 at a time, which can be a bit frustrating if there are four diners or more at a table. There is no green/red indicators, so the meat servers would come by when we didn't want food (ie when we were waiting for our guests) and we had to specifically flag them down when we wanted something. They didn't bring around all the different types consistently and even when asked to bring something over that the table beside us got (for example lamb and sausage), they ignored us. There is a two hour dining limit and we noticeably saw them avoiding our table with the meats at about the 1:15 hour mark. All in all, for the price including drinks (bill was $600 for 4 people) we left feeling hungry. They had a few minutes of entertainment which was nice, but overall think this place is overrated. If you've never done Brazilian bbq, this is a nice way to be introduced, but prefer some of the others.

    Unfortunately, I have celebrated several birthdays here. But this year was a complete disappointment. My meals on my birthday have been previously covered which was not. We were given shot glasses filled with water for our table of 6?? The service was slow. We tried speaking to someone about our experience and were told that there as nothing they can do to fix all the issues. Last time I will encourage friends and family to go here.

    Generally the food was great, way better than a lot of other similar restaurants. The only two things that we really didn’t like to much were that at a certain point they stopped bringing us meat and the second thing is that we saw that we didn’t get to taste all the meats…..that was really annoying see other tables being served with different cuts.

    Great meat, sides are very limited, no buffet style anymore. Ambient was ok, not too special. And service just ok, not so friendly and a bit slow. It is all about the beef here, which is delicious.

    I’ve been there before COVID when they has salad bar. Now you have to choose from the menu and they’re bringing it to your table. The service was not organized. We have received our first grill before we would be able to order drinks or appetizers. Also the offered a very bad table beside the kitchen but they changed it when we requested.

    We had a reservation for 7:30 and did not get sat until 7:50-8 ish. I understand they are busy but we booked a reservation for a reason. Otherwise, the food was amazing (as always). Love coming here for the food.

    Food was absolutely amazing! It was extremely busy when we came in. Was hard to find the host when walking in. Most of the trays didn’t come straight to us mostly the table behind then lift. Other than the service everything was amazing.

    It was my first time eating here and I definitely don’t regret it, the ambiance was great, lovely staff and great service other than a longer wait to be served first thing (it was busy so it’s understandable). The food was incredible, amazing quality and quantity for the price. Especially since at first look the price most definitely is intimidating but 100% worth every penny. I will be back in the future for sure!
