My experience at this restaurant was underwhelming, especially considering the high price. The waiter lacked the skill to properly cut the meat, and it often arrived at our table cold. The seasoning used, including pepper and other spices, was a far cry from the authentic Brazilian barbecue flavors I expected. Moreover, the service was slow, and there was very little variety in the meat selection. As a Brazilian, I cannot recommend this place for an authentic Brazilian barbecue experience.

Well the meat was good, salad not so much. The meat started to arrive when we got there but then there was a big lull in the service. The meat skewers seemed to go in different directions but not near our table. The server asked how everything was so we told her. Then still nothing. The only skewers we saw go by was the meat with the cheese stuffed in it. We had to ask again for meat when asked by our server. Then the meat was lined up at our table. When I said I didn’t want a certain meat the guy said “well you asked for this didn’t you” but there was a lot of attitude behind his comment. Now we haven’t been there since 2 years ago and the price has gone up considerably and for $75 it better be good. That is what we went there for and I just think it was ok not great.

The meats come super fast when you first sit down but after that they almost avoid coming back to your table. The sides are nice and come out fairly quickly.

Amazing food and ambience. We loved the live music and the food is impeccable. The only area to improve is service, it’s simply too slow. You end up sitting for 2-3 hours and waitresses are stretched thin. There needs to be more efficient service - I think we had to ask for items 3/4 times.

It was my first time at this restaurant and our server was great at helping us understand the works. The food is absolutely delicious, I have been thinking about the lasagna since I left. The steak is perfectly cooked and they make sure your plate is never empty. Even the desserts were amazing. Will definitely be coming back here

Terrible experience, food quality was bad, food choices very slim, waiter sucked, had to ask several times for our sides, made mistake with our drinks and added to bill, asked for napkins never received it, had to ask for clean plates. I never write reviews but had gone to this location twice before Covid and loved the food and the variety. Went to Touro last year and even though we had great experience wanted to go back to Copacabans. With the bill of 5 ppl + tip and to go home hungry shamefully on your establishment. Will not be bringing my family and will be going to Touro instead which I'd a shame.

It's a great place but it came out to more than two hundred dollars for just the meal with my wife. No alcohol drinks. This seems way too much when you can go across the street to yumiko and get a top rate all you can eat Asin meal for half the price

The quality of food is not the same as it was before, the cuts came out very slow and there was not much to choose from, we came hungry and left after 2 hours still hungry, I use to go all the time but after the pandemic the owners are trying to cut cost but still raised prices per person, I don't mind paying for the extra cost if there were more meats coming out in time. I will definitely not go there anymore, there are many Brazilian steak houses to go to that has better selection. I would recommend you spend money at another Brazilian steak house.

Went yesterday (Friday) and there was no salmon or lamb and for $75 pp I thought we would at least get salmon as well and not just chicken, beef & shrimp (I’m allergic to shrimp)

We had a terrific table on the patio. My first visit to a Brazilian Steakhouse. It did not disappoint. Food and service was great. Not thrilled with the 18% automatic gratuity. I like to decide if I’m leaving more or less.

Didn't exactly receive cuts of meat. The rotation of meat was not well maintained. Same thing (flank) kept repeating and the meats didn't flow often to us. Expensive for what we received. Wouldn't be coming back

I'm ambeonce was fine for the establishment. Overpriced for what you get. Definitely not worth $75 plus tax ahead. Noise level was moderate. Also charging $30 for a child that eats a small fraction of what an adult eats is outrageous. A family of 4 paid almost $300. Staff almost looks annoyed when you request certain things. Also, being restricted to an hour and a half for dining is not fair for what is charged.

Ok to start this was a birthday gift for my husband. When we were seated food came to us before we even knew what was going on. We sat for a really long time before our waitress even came over to explain things and ask about drinks. There was long periods of time between asking for something and actually getting it. I asked for salt which I didn’t get until I was pretty much finished eating. I had said it was my husband’s birthday when I made the reservations expecting some kind of birthday dessert for him . Because the service took so long we sat ages before someone came around about dessert which at this point my husband no longer wanted. I was expecting someone to just bring him a piece of cake. He was finally asked about dessert which he said he would take some churros. It took another 10-15 minutes until he received them and when he was almost done those our waitress brought his cake. At this point the mood of the night was ruined. Then when we get the bill you have already put a tip on there. We were not happy with the service but still had to pay the tip. I would have expected much more for 75.00 a person. Also. The men’s washroom was very dirty.

service was fantastic, check in multiple times to make sure drinks and side were full at all times. offered clean plates and cutlery throughout. the men walking around picked up on the fact i didn't eat red meat quick and had chicken and pineapple circle frequently for me. They even made sure to ask if there was anything specific we were looking for if we declined a meat. Our server was outstanding!! overall a great experience. Food was fantastic as well. If you can pack it in, it is great value. Just wanted to make a note to others, the 18% included for tip is for EVERYONE not just your server, make sure to tip her as well if you believe she did a good job!

My boyfriend and I went to CopaCabana for our anniversary the staff was amazing, our waitress was very friendly and sweet she surprised us with a piece of cake for our anniversary. Very sweet and thoughtful. amazing food as always! Will definitely be going back again soon

The food was pretty good overall, however, with the money you’re spending, you have expectations for service. Our server did not seem happy to be there, was dragging her feet around and barely showed up to our table. We wanted to order more drinks, etc., but she wasn’t really around. By the end, we were so frustrated that we asked if we could just pay our bill at the front because we just couldn’t seem to find her. Most of the time, we saw her standing around with other staff just chatting. And to add - when we got there, we were the second table on the patio so saying they were “busy” wasn’t an option. We let the manager know but he seemed pretty dismissive, like our concerns weren’t valid. Manager had quite a chip on his shoulder. Didn’t make us feel any better. This is something we’d definitely take into consideration for next time.

Defiantly interesting. Choose to sit inside if you are sensitive to air current as the (semi) outdoors have a strong and uncomfortable current from the air blowers. The drinks are fantastic, thank you bar tender for accommodating me with a delicious drink that was not on the menu. I was the only vegetarian in a group of carnivores and there was enough selection (for me) on the menu and left the restaurant full. You will not see some of the meat on the menu circling so make sure to ask. I wish they had some Samba/Carnival/Brazilian beach video playing on the many TV screens instead of Baseball, I think visual effect plays a great deal and adds a special touch to the experience. Thank you Copacabana for such fun and interesting restaurant to Woodbridge!

It was wonderful. They knew what we wanted even before we asked for it. One person in our party asked for well done meat. From then on, every time he wanted a meat the server said he would get him some well done (and it wasn't always the same server!). It was an excellent experience overall.
