   Never saw our server. Front of house manager didn’t offer to make the experience better. The head chef was great and the food when it came to our table was good. Not a $200 experience though

   it's my 2nd time dining at this establishment & it's been consistently great so far. the meats were absolutely delectable especially the Prime Rib with Cheddar, Parmesan Filet Mignon, & the Garlic Sirloin Steak. The sides take the spotlight as well like their Tuna Tartare, both chimichuri, salsa, & the best Pao de Queijo I've ever had in my life. It is very pricey though so it's best to come here to celebrate special occasions.

    The meat does not come around as often anymore, we would be waiting 20-30minutes for someone to bring meat around. There were chicken on boards that was an option of coming around but only saw it because I was up walking to the washroom, that never came around. Dessert tray we waited almost an hour no exaggeration, the pineapple we may have had to ask for 5 times.

    Meat carver Anthony was amazing, had a charm and was very hospitable. Had requests of some steaks being cooked longer than others and accommodated our requests. Server Camille was also great, very attentive and didn’t rush our meal.

    Went here to celebrate my birthday. Had to wait 20min to be seated despite having a reservation for party of 8 and then were given two separate tables, which made it awkward to have conversation. The music was also loud. The food was amazing, however they took a while to bring out the side dishes which were cold. Waited over 30min to be served dessert, despite the restaurant being almost empty at that point. This is somewhere you go with a small gathering.

    I attended this with my wife and son for a special occasion. The food quality was excellent as always since I’m a regular customer. The ambience was also very good. But the service was very bad. The drinks took more than 20 minutes to reach our table the food didn’t come to our table like it always does and for the fist time I leave my table without a full stomach. But I will still choose to go again. I’m sure this is a one time experience only

    The meat was fantastic! The servers were very attentive. The chef came out to ask us what we wanted on multiple occasions. The sides were as delicious as the meat!

    Had a great experience this time around, got to meet the assistant manager Daniel for the first time, real gentlemen and a class act. Gabby was our server and she went above and beyond for us, her humorous personality and gorgeous smile were the highlight of our experience. Carlos brought out everything we requested, and some recommendations of his own which were delicious. Our evening concluded with a visit from the General Manager Daniel who is always such a pleasure, he always makes sure that I’m well taken care of, if I could give 5 more stars I would. Daniel and the Woodbridge team have exceeded my expectations this time around.

    Worth the trip for the cheese stuffed prime rib alone . The meats are tender and well seasoned . They don’t have the buffet for the salads open anymore and just bring everything to your table but I prefer that over buffets . Very noisy though and on the expensive side but it was a special dinner and well worth it .

    We ordered salads and cornbread for my husband and me and they brought them to our table when we were almost full of meat... the ones who cut the meat and the shrimp passed from our table without asking if we wanted it... I could barely eat 2 shrimp because my husband called them because I love shrimp... we expected different attention for the price of the menu

    First time visiting this Copacabana, as I have always been to the Copacabana in Niagara Falls. I brought my daughter as she had never experienced this before. Fantastic experience from the moment we entered until we left. The Chef came to our table and asked if we wanted anything and he'd cook it. He also made sure what I asked for was brought to our table first. Food was delicious. Over all very impressed!! Thank you to all the staff for a terrific dining experience.

    The food and overall quality was good, but service was poor, our server tried to get to us best she could. But bigger problem was that the rounds of meat were very slow, waited up to 20 min at one point just to have some one come to our table. Ive been to this Copa multiple times before. If you compare Pre-Covid to now, the price has gone up, and the service has gone down

    Excellent experience. Was our first time at a Brazilian Steakhouse, and all of us completely enjoyed it. Every single item tasted good, and the staff were all courteous and friendly. Got to try so many different items that made it absolutely worth the cost. I can't wait to do it again, and intend to recommend this to my friends.

    They looked to bring us table side meats that were well done as per our request. The pita and hummus were superb as I remember and all meat cuts were exceptional. The pineapple was delicious but I was hoping there was a bit more char on it

    The food was okay,however, a lot of seasonal dishes on the menu were not available. The service of a fixed 18% is charged automatically on top of each bill even when the party is a small party of two people. Not worth the money.
