Nice food. Nice service
It its a very nice environment for young adults on a date. I made arrangements for my daughter and her guy to have dinner.
The salmon dinner was great. The chicken meatballs were good. My cousin enjoyed the chicken and waffles. I would recommend waiters letting their guests know what comes on the waffles so she didn’t have to send it back. She wasn’t expecting the fruit and whipped cream but the manager brought it to her and she was content.
Great ambiance. The service was a little slow but good. Food is consistently delicious, however, a little pricey which is to be expected in these current times.
Great service and delicious food. Seated quickly, bar was a little backed up, Cassie was very attentive. Food came quickly and was excellent. Special requests accommodated perfectly.
Great service from Chris! Good food and excellent service from hostess to serving to dessert to departure. Highly recommend!
The quality of the food at this place has really gone down. The level of service was absurd when we went to check in, they act as if they didn’t know what they were doing and they didn’t greet us or say anything to us as we stood in front of them for over 10 minutes. Finally when I decided to ask a question the guy cut me off and said hold on one minute please. The salmon was not even halfway cooked the chips with the dip was very stale the only thing that saved my taste buds was the Keylime pie
RACHEL was the BOMB! Great food. Amazing service.
Service was outstanding. Food is consistently great. A little too dark.
We love Copper Canyon
Food was truly sub-par. No flavor and in some cases over or under cooked. Menu variety severely lacking.
My good friend was celebrating her birthday and we had a great dining experience. The hostess was pleasant, our waitress Casey was very attentive and provided excellent service. Our food was delicious and looking forward to the next visit.
I ordered something I've ordered in the past but it was not good. It was the prime rib sandwich and it was dry and too much bread. When I sent it back, the waitress said it did not look like it generally looks.
It was not good and the front desk staff were not attentive to the customers including me. I walked in and was not greeted but asked what my name was and how many people were in my party.
The warmth for the past two times I've been back have gone.
Sean gave a great service experience. He was very helpful in his recommendations. I had the most delicious meatloaf with spicy sausage and a lovely fire roasted thick tomato sauce with mashed potatoes and green beans. The iron skillet corn bread and collard greens were also great. Kate had the rotisserie chicken with the mashed potatoes and green beans. The restaurant was warm and welcoming.
Fraser & Kate Scott
Very nice gathering place for family and friends.
This was our second time dining here at it was just as good. The service was excellent and the food quite good. A new favorite .
Food was good...Service great..Server had great personality. Food came in short time....Absolutely no complaints...very enjoyable experience.
There was a smell of weed in the restaurant, which could have been from guests, but very noticeable...
We were seated upon arrival, even though it was before our reservation time. Service was prompt, food was delicious and in large portions.
Always a nice place to go for good food, good conversation (not too loud), and wonderful service.
Service was mediocre. Food was not served hot. Not a bad experience, but not worth the money.
First time trying this restaurant and I am happy to say I will be going back. The food was delicious, the waiter was entertaining and knowledgeable on the menu and the ambiance was just right. The price point was also great.
A great place for a date night!
With the price up substantially, the mashed potatos were reduced by 1/4 over servings from previous years. Disappointing. Also, as soon as possible, you will need to consider expanding your menu selection, moving towards what had made Copper
Canyon special in the pass.
I the food was amazing but we felt we had to rush because they were preparing to close.
Birthday dinner was. Food came out fast and server was easy to work with.
Our waiter was amazing and very attentive in spite of the busyness of the restaurant!
I used to drive up 496 to frequent the Silver Spring, MD location and fell in love with the ambiance of that firepit. While my family and friends were excited when we received this neighborhood gem, it frustrates me that the fire pit is never on when I visit, which is usually the weekends! Honestly, this is one of the only reasons I choose this restaurant and that is to enjoy the full ambiance experience. I feel cheated and am strongly considering not coming back. This reason may seem minuscule, but after a long work week, my choice to enjoy a restaurant in this way is priceless and fortifying.
Overall experience was great! Concerning is the wait time after having been approved for reserved seating through Open Table. After about 12 minutes of standing near the receptionist area, I asked why the delay and how much longer. I was told that just because your reservation is for a certain time, does not mean that you will be seated at that time. It just assures you will be accommodated once seating is available. Because I had a family member with me who suffers from dementia, I advised that we needed to be seated fairly quickly before it negatively impacted her mood, and we did not want to cause any disruptions. The host did then get us seated. Our service was great once we were seated.
Waiter never came to check on the table after dinner was served. Finally flagged him down for hot sauce, pepper and extra dressing ofc he forgot one because he didn’t write it down….continued to call every female at the table baby. Copper Canyon has gone down over the years, no longer offering greens, calamari, crab cakes and no fresh catch of the day. I won’t be returning…only came out to celebrate a friends’ day
I ordered the ribs and they were taste with mild sauce and juicy meat avoiding dryness. The server brought a warm wet hand towel which I appreciated not standing the napkin. The serving is hefty which allowed takeout. I would definitely order again. The atmosphere was pleasant for a Sunday evening dining alone. Very peaceful experience.
Food was good. Our server, Rachel, was knowledgeable, attentive, friendly, and her professional.
Explain to me why you order drinks appetizers and food and you don’t get your drinks till after you eat half of your meal. The only thing that was comped is the desert. Please make it make sense
Everything was good, except you only had one soup on the menu; no choices. Server was very accommodating, friendly and professional. I will go back to restaurant and tell others about it.
Service wasn’t great. I was able to make a 745 reservation but they closed at 8. We were rushed the entire time by the server. Not a good experience.
Everything about the dining experience was enjoyable. Rachel was tentative and the best server I’ve run across in sometime. The food is very good here.
I was disappointed that a cocktail on the menu had sold not sure how liquor gets sold out when they know it's a popular drink. Also an entrée was sold out so my expectations were not meet plus we waited more thant 15 minutes due to our waiter not having it together.
Will definitely revisit!
THE FOOD WAS OUTSTANDING. THE MENU SELECTIONS WERE EXCELLENT. THE SERVICE WAS SUPERB. VERY NICE DINING EXPERIENCE.
Always a delightful venue to dine
