The menu at Copper River is great and extensive. Everything I've ever had here has been great. they have plenty of vegetarian items if you are looking for those. They also have a large beer menu as well as a full bar. The service is always great even when there are a lot of people there. This is a well run restaurant which we will continue to visit. The only complaint that I have is that in the main area it can be very loud. We were seated in the back when we asked for a quieter place and it was much better.

It was very noisy on a Thursday at dinner time. There was also a long line of people waiting for a table so definitely make a reservation. Food is very good with lots of options but I always have their salmon. This time I had the Santa Fe Salmon salad and it had a very large filet of salmon. If you want a good Bison burger this is the place to go, too.

Highly recommended. I have now been to Copper River several times for both lunch and dinner. Attentive and friendly service, great selection of very tasty food, and acoustics where you can actually have a conversation. I had their lunch Steak Salad this time around, and it was delicious. I plan to return in the near future, for sure!

We have many meals at the copper river. I have not found anything on their menu that was not wonderful. My wife and I truly enjoy this restraint and there often.

Loved it! Celebrated my 51st Birthday with the husband. They accommodated everything we requested. Love the stuffed salmon! We will definitely be back.
