The staff were excellent! The food was okay, nothing special. We had the seafood Tower, the octopus salad wasn’t to our liking. The fish was too dry and the scallops had sand. Not worth the expensive prices. Had better and tastier food in other restaurants.

One of the most memorable meals! Crudo, scallops, puréed potatoes with white truffles and sautéed garlic greens will be forever favorites. All curated and concisely charmed by our amazing host, Caesar. Thank you all for a stunning performance. So many delights and the best sour dough bread in the entire universe.

Fabulous meal. The quail and the short ribs were perfectly cooked, and the potato puree was so smooth and creamy. Great service, not rushed at all. Highly recommend for a nice night out!

Wonderful evening for our large group! We had 10 people in our party. It was very easy process from planning a special menu, to payment for service. The food was delicious, the staff was friendly, efficient, very attentive & made you feel special. Whenever we are in NYC we dine @ Craft!

Went for a birthday outing and it was a super personable experience for her. They really made her feel special and the food was just absolutely amazing. The service is definitely top tier. I might have to come back for my birthday. Over Great spot and great team. Desserts are second to none. Wow

I’ve always wanted to have a Thanksgiving meal at a restaurant. Craft is my favorite restaurant in Manhattan and I’ve been going there for fifteen years. Thanksgiving did not disappoint- the menu was perfection; it offered traditional Thanksgiving fare infused with new and delectable dishes. The first courses were delicious. We ordered the turkey and the pork for entrees, and both were outstanding.

What an amazing experience during dinner. We were treated like royalty. Obviously it was not busy but everything came out fresh and cooked perfectly. Had our water refilled promptly. Enjoyed the muffins on the go. Craft exceeded my expectations and I have been to a lot of steakhouses.

I had a super amazing experience for my birthday. I came alone and booked the 6 course tasting menu. Cesar my waiter was very attentive and the newer manager Tiana was also very sweet and attentive. I was lucky enough to get a tour in the kitchen and met all the chefs. The best dinner and service ever. Everyone was so welcoming and I'd recommend this place for sure!

A beautiful dining room, great menu and a good wine list. The service was very hit and miss. It really needs someone designated to the table so that we don’t have to have different staff approaching us with the same questions throughout the meal whilst others would take an order for drinks for example and we wouldn’t get them. All a little distracting from an otherwise lovely evening.

We went to Craft for our Anniversary. It was absolutely amazing. From the moment we walked in we were treated with kindness and treated like queens. One of the best meals I’ve ever had. From the service to the food it couldn’t have been better. 100% recommend to anyone!! Amazing.

Unfortunately, my husband and I did not have a good experience and are down $450 because of it. Steak was meh and we regularly enjoy going out for steak (St Anselm in Brooklyn is a favorite as is Hawksmoor), but this piece of meat was just not very good and it came out rare not medium rare as ordered so I had to have the chef sear a couple of pieces so I could eat dinner! Server was very nice and understanding (though he forgot we had ordered the buratta) and gave us some red wine to hold us over but I wouldn’t return. Potato gratin dish was under seasoned but I couldn’t bring myself to complain about another thing after sending the steak back. Too many good restaurants in the city. Oh well. Guess Tom is too busy Top Chef judging to care about the downfall of this establishment.

The service was excellent; friendly and attentive. I was really disappointed in the food though, most notably the prawns and ribeye. The prawns should really be called “small shrimp”. When I think of prawns I think large and plump, these were small and very skinny. The ribeye was grossly undercooked. We requested medium and is was purple and cool on the inside. At $7 an ounce for a minimum 34 ounces I would hope for perfection. Luckily my husband was ok with it. Unfortunately, I could only eat the very ends which is where a lot of the fat was, so barely edible for me.

I never skip Craft when I come to NYC. From the personal interaction with Rob and team who remember me each time to the absolutely exquisite food, it is such a treat. I never miss the scallops, hen of the woods mushrooms, and chocolate soufflé.

We are so happy to have returned to the food and experience we have come to know and love at Craft. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. We enjoyed an amuse bouche of butternut-squash soup, followed by a beet and fig salad course that was sublime. I enjoyed my golden snapper and my daughter loved the roast duck. I only wish the fish had some sort of sauce, but it was very sweet and perfectly cooked. The potato puree never disappoints and our pear and lemon thyme sorbets were the right touch to end the meal. The wine list is always on point. Thank you, Craft, for a terrific experience!
